If there was an options for a negative review star I would have chosen that option. It's a long story but she had my computer for a month and I'm not exaggerating. All I needed was a new hard drive and an OP system. I had gone up there three times to have her shake a tail feather. One time, she came back 1 1/2 hr late from lunch. The third time she actually closed down her shop from posted time so that she could take a "mental health day." I started asking around about her. Finally I bumped into Rich of Communications Systems. He did all the major computer system around the Tri Lakes area for decades (retired now). The moment I brought up her name he rolled his eyes and gave me a few colorful adjectives about her knowledge on computers. This was not a good sign. I found another person who said he remembered her. He worked at the Adult Center. She had supposedly screwed up their whole computer system and he said that were disgusted with her. They reluctantly paid her so that their name didnt get smeared around town and had to called Malone to get the problem fixed. Needless to say my computer worked for about 2 weeks and after that my next two hard drive burnt out quickly. Like she put some kind of old hippie chick curse on it or something. My overall impression on her is that she is just winging every job she does and hoping for the best.
