I met Nate through a computer repair clinic in Greensboro. Communication before the clinic was excellent so that he had the parts I might need for my repair. The broken cord was replaced and the other part was unnecessary so he sent the part back. Then he helped me trouble shoot through possible problems since I had not used the computer for two years. It needed cleaning up and updating badly. I had been ready to get rid of the computer before this but I decided to use his services at Flipped and have the computer cleaned and updated. Possibly something he could have taught me but honestly, it is so worth it to have the peace of mind that someone as knowledgeable as Nate clean it up and tell you it is good to go. It is so nice not to have sent this to the landfill and have it working again. You will be pleasantly pleased with Nate and his positive attitude and work ethic. Thanks, Nate and your secretary! I hate to break the streak of 5 star reviews, but, based on my own experience a YEAR ago, they appear suspiciously effusive. Perhaps Nate was going through a bad time. While he may be a great PC systems administrator, don't ask him to work on a Mac.

I cannot praise the team at flipped Vermont Technology Solutions enough.Nate and Elizabeth have helped me several times, coming to my home, taking my computer to their office for extensive repair, making sure I understood what they were doing every step of the way....I was scammed out of $599 and with their help, I was able to win my dispute and the money was put back on my credit card. Thank you so very much...I will never let anyone else help with any computer issues I have. They are warm, caring and friendly people.. I would recommend anyone who may have computer issues to contact Flipped VT, They are truly the best around.

FlippedVT saved my slow-as-molasses laptop from certain death. Nate was wonderful to work with, and explained all my options. I had purchased an antivirus that wasn’t working, and he suggested I contact the company for a refund - I did, and they reimbursed me!
