My phone worse then when it went in! Home button dont work screws missing! I was told not to go here. I gave it benefit of doubt cause of reviews but never again. When we confronted the man he got defensive and said he did not loss the screws. Very rude!! Phones never been touched before and has a case so if the screws fell out would be in the case!! There not!! Never had a problem with my home button till this shop touched my phone!

Epic is fabulous! They saved me during a computer emergency. I live in California, but was in Pownal, VT visiting family, but also in the middle of a big work project, due in two days, when I upended a large, very hot cup of coffee (with cream) onto the keyboard of my laptop. It was Saturday. Epic not only prioritized my emergency, they worked on it on Sunday, when they were officially closed. Suffice to say: I am typing this review from that laptop. When I brought my laptop in to them, I did not have much hope. Luckily, I brought it right away (which is what the NYT article about such spills stresses as necessary). Epic told me not to despair; they took my computer apart and cleaned it thoroughly, plus did other things, and by the end of the day it was working again. Rather like a miracle. Their service was friendly, compassionate, efficient, very well informed, and extremely reasonably priced (too reasonable?) I know only the first name of the young man who served me and worked on my computer: Madison. Articulate, knowledgeable, polite. I wish I could take Epic with me back to California.
