I appreciate the wonderful work done by: (DES-Top Computer Repair Services). Ask for “Eric.” I still don’t know if there is anything he can’t fix? I only wish, I had contacted “Eric,” first, so he wouldn’t have had to undo the poor previous attempts at fixing my computer, before getting to the root of the problem. Apparently, it was overloaded with outdated redundant free software, which the previous repair guy had installed. Turns out, it’s not so free if you have to pay someone to get rid of it, after paying someone to install it. It was slowing my computer down and full of ad-ware. It makes perfect sense, Eric said, “Windows doesn’t really need any old outdated software, to take care of it’s self and run smoothly.” Thanks Eric and “DES-Top” Computer Repair Services, for solving this issue and the other issues my computer had, as well as, (my issues), I had with my computer, it’s self. Ha…ha! Those (keyboard short-cuts) make it a lot easier to navigate, as you said they would, now that I have them memorized. Keep up the good work!
