Wow. I am so impressed by their thoughtful, thorough, exceptional work. I needed to upgrade from Windows XP to Windows 7 and migrate a lot of programs and data to a new computer. Our system is complicated and we used it every day. They asked the right questions along the way and did the job right in a quick turnaround. When I got the new computer back to the office everything worked, no kinks. And all this for a very reasonable price! I will use them from now on. So lucky they are here in town.

Brads has always been there to help me out with parts and questions. I do all my own work on my PC but when my power supply failed I was able to bring it in, they helped test it to be sure and then sold me a better used, but perfectly working one thats still chugging over a year later. Now I had a hard drive issue, GPU issue and case issue and not only did they answer and help me with all my issues but they gave me the new cable I needed. These guys are studs and only want to help your PC. Ive never had a frills or upgrade style sale from these guys. Only what you need when i need it. 5 stars guys keep it up!

This store is staffed with knowledgable, kind and helpful people. I have always received services and recommendations that are entirely helpful. I have been treated with respect and courtesy. There has never been a long wait to receive a call back, or to schedule an appointment.

These guys were GREAT. I tried a couple of other shops that gave me huge estimates to fix my computer. I took it to Brad's and within 24 hrs they isolated the real problem and saved me over $200!!! This is the only place I will go from now on! Thanks guys!

In response to Roe P. We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied. While we urge our customers to make appointments to have their computers worked on, to save on wait times, walk ins are welcome on a first come first served basis. While it is rare to see such a long wait time on diagnostics, it does sometimes happen. The wait time now and normally is 1 to 4 days. The rush diagnostic charge of $60 exists for customers who need immediate help for critical systems when the wait time for diagnostics is longer than the customer can wait. The $40 charge for normal diagnostics is only paid when the customer declines to fix the system after diagnostics is completed and can be applied forward towards future work. As a small business with 16 years in the community we value each and every customer and will continue to strive to provide the best and most timely service as possible.

Finished off my old lap top with a cup of coffee. It couldn't be saved, so they quickly and professionally moved all my data and essential programs to a new one. I run my whole business from that computer, their quick competant services minimized my down time.

Don't bother using these guys. Poor service and a lousy attitide. These guys use hot software and rest assured they are doing minimal work and charging top dollar.

I should have walked out when I was told, it would take 2 maybe 3 weeks to get to my repair. However, if I wanted it sooner I could pay $60.00 to fix the computer sooner..I paid $40.00 for labor and asked for my computer back...I opted for no repair..

TL;DR - Initially thought it was pricey. The care, detail, and service I received made it well worth my time and money. 10/10 would use Brad's again. I was pretty irate to learn that, despite having a surge protector, a recent power outage caused my computer to stop working. After testing the power supply to find that it was working fine, I decided to bring it in to Brad's. It was a little pricey but I was frustrated and would've really broken something if I kept trying to figure it out myself. I paid for express diagnostic which took a bit longer than I had hoped, but was still done sooner than the original quote for normal service. They called me up to explain it was my motherboard that died. They walked me through the entire process and made sure I felt confident in their work before quoting me on the fix - for the diagnostic, the labor to replace it, and a new motherboard. Fortunately, mine was still under warranty so I worked with the manufacturer to get a replacement. Brad was happy to sit on my machine and do the rest of the work when my part came in. I let them know when I expected to get the replacement in and on that day Brad called me to make sure we were on schedule - not in a pushy way, but in a genuinely excited to finish my project kind of way. It was great. Jake received my motherboard, installed it, and took extra time to check EVERYTHING to make sure it was working fine. I expected a quick once over and that was it, but he actually put time and effort into making sure their work was flawless. While I felt it was pricey at first, I was incredibly pleased with the service and the work. The attention to detail and care given to my machine made it money well spent. I hope nothing like that ever happens to my computer again, but Brad's Computer Services will be my first call if it ever does. Keep up the great work!

Don't be fooled by the no-frills setting. Brad knows what he's doing and has kept me going over the years with logical repairs and upgrades, and replacement if absolutely necessary.

I have used Brad's computers for several repair and troubleshooting jobs on my Macbook. Everyone in the shop has been friendly and approachable and responsive. Their labor prices have been fair. My main repair/go-to person is Shawn. I am someone with only basic knowledge of computers and internet; I have truly appreciated Shawn's patience and thoroughness in his work, and in his dealings with me. He has never failed to fix a problem, and he has explained his process to the best of my understanding. I trust their work and their advice.
