I found this place on Google when looking for an alternative to Systems Plus (didn't have a great experience with them in the past). I dropped my computer off with Wayne and wasn't home 10 minutes before he called with a diagnosis and fair estimate for a new part. He was very nice, neither condescending nor treating me like I knew nothing like many computer experts. I definitely plan to call on him next time I need my computer repaired!
