These guys are the bees knees! Whenever I had a laptop issue, I'd bring it in and Tony Larose would help me out. No questions asked. He is the man! The rest of the guys are pretty awesome as well. Dennis knows everything about computers. And by everything, I mean it! Ask for his assistance with anything and he'll get you back on your feet. Josh is also great! He fixes any laptop hardware stuff for you and gets that stuff done! What a team!

I got my some help building my desktop from them and they knew every part that I needed. I also wanted extra case fans and they had good ones. I would like a bit of expansion tho.

These guys are my go-to place for all my computer hardware problems. They are knowledgeable and helpful with all your needs. They have recently helped me out with my Chromebook and with my PC laptops in the past and have gone beyond the usual repair shop mentality to help me as a customer. They are as good as it gets in computer repair!

CAUTION !! BEWARE !!! CAUTION !! BEWARE !!! I went to GREAT LENGTHS to communicate as CLEARLY as possible w/these people, to try & understand what services they were going to offer me, and for what costs. My communication skills are very-good to excellent. I called & spoke to an employee named Matt. I went in & talked to this same Matt. I took notes, because I have two laptops that need a lot of work. So, I was looking at spending a lot of $ for repairs, so I wanted to do my homework on these people before I authorized any repairs. So, I spoke to Matt at the counter for 20-min's & left feeling just O.K. about All Systems Repairs abilities. Nothing about them struck me. I called back to ask the same questions to see if I'd get the same answers & spoke to a "Colin" this time. After I asked him the same questions I asked Matt earlier, I went in & spoke directly to this same Colin. I refreshed his memory about his & my phone conversation. And asked him the same questions a 3rd time. He answered them as he did, and as Matt did the past 2X's. I left again to go get my laptops & bring them back in for the repairs finally, because I was satisfied w/the fact that they just told me the SAME answer, for a THIRD TIME, that they could & would be able to provide a certain service on my laptop. Well, I TRIED to communicate w/these people, to only end up having one of the employees, "Colin" become very defensive w/me, and start arguing w/me over a point that I was politely trying to make to him about their horrible communications that resulted in them changing their answer the 4th time ! The 1st 3X's I asked them if they could perform a very important service to my laptop, the answer was "Yes", 3X's ! Then, after I invested ALL that time & energy, I finally trusted them to perform the work to my laptops, and brought them in for Colin to to do a final Diagnoses. Which he did. but then when he wanted me to authorize ALL this expensive work that resulted from his diagnostics, I asked him ONE LAST TIME if they're going to be able to perform this ONE certain service to my laptop, HE CHANGED HIS MIND & SAID "NO" ! THESE CLOWNS HAVE ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER-SERVICE ! NOR DO THEY HAVE ANY INTEGRITY ! And, they expect you to TRUST every word they say ! Well, guess what !?? I don't trust anyone who works on something of mine that I cant actually "see" what they've done ! So, I'm going to do due-diligence to understand exactly what they're offering, and for how much $ ! Well, as soon as you start asking questions these clowns questions, they get REALLY defensive ! And WE ALL KNOW WHY PEOPLE GET DEFENSIVE ! They're HIDING SOMETHING ! Usually the TRUTH ! These Tech-Kids (They're not even Adults !) are simply a bunch or young, anti-social kids who come & go at this place like McDonalds ! The turn over rate here is SO HIGH, that you never know who you'll be dealing w/on a daily basis ! And they cant even afford there own HEAT...so they burn wood ! C'mon man, REALLY !!!! Wood-heat & smoke is the absolute WORSE thing for Electronics !!!! I know this for a FACT. So, THANK GOD they showed their true colors BEFORE I authorized & allowed them to do ANY work ! Ha ! Ha ! Laugh is on you Colin ! You LOST OUT on TWO, not one, BUT TWO laptop repairs ! That's A LOT of $ ! So, I foresee this dump lasting maybe another year or two, and then, like ALL THE OTHER PREVIOUS DUMPS BEFORE IT, in the same building, on the same street, in the same town, WILL FAIL & GO UNDER and become VACANT ONCE AGAIN ! So, I'm telling you, this was not a one time, unique incident ! This was a true test of this places integrity & test of their customer-service, BEFORE they did ANY work for me on my laptops, and "ALL SYSTEMS FAILED" !!! Ha ! Ha ! Ha ! Ha ! Ha ! Ha ! Funny how that sounds so good. So, its funny how things happen in life. Thankfully they showed their true colors, and scared me off, because I found a Tech-group not 200 ft from my house here in Essex jct ! YAHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOO !!!!!!

I am usually really good with my machines- I've run Linux almost exclusively since 2010 and I've worked in the past as an IT guy, but I had recently moved and didn't have the time, the tools, or, in this case, the knowledge to handle the latest problem. I dropped it off with them and they did their free diagnosis thing, and it turned out that the problem was so easy to fix that they just did it for me and charged $40- minimum shop fee. They went to the effort of researching my specific motherboard and told me all about how other ones like mine are holding up to the test of time. I know what to look out for and which components are starting to show wear and tear. I'll be coming to them again if I ever need help. edit: I went to them again last winter. Long story short, do not trust them with your ultrabook.

They understood my computing needs and helped me save a lot of money and a headache. I was expecting to spend $500 for parts and labor to fix my Macbook Retina Screen. Nearly every local repair shop gave me the same estimate. All Systems Repair found a local replacement part and got the job done for only $200. I couldn't be happier with the fix and the savings!

I went in and bought a refurbished notebook from All Systems. I needed to for college. Upon purchasing it, I brought it home and turned it on. The first thing was the virus protection just expired and wanted me to renew it. I also tried to download a words document only to discover this notebook didn't even have a word processor on it. Really? I was paying $360 for a notebook that didn't even have a word processor on it? So I download MS Student Outlook . I had the notebook for not even a month and when I tried to turn it on one day it just gave me a black screen with a mouse. I wasn't impressed at all with this. I wasn't happy to see that on the amount I was investing that I had to purchase a word processor and now update a virus protection in not even a month. I didn't like Explorer and Downloaded Fire Fox. Then my notebook wouldn't start up at all. I thought this purchase was crazy. I just kept getting a black screen for start up. and was just frustrated. The note book was brought back to All Systems repair with the a note telling them what was wrong how I didn't download anything but the word processor from a legit sight and fire fox. The owner gave me a call and told me he would make things right and that it sounds like the hard drive crashed. Really, why would the device crash when you guys fixed it? He was a very nice fellow and I was willing to give him a chance. My mother went over to pick up the notebook and had just a rude interaction. First of all saying the reason the notebook crashed was my fault. Considering that I haven't done one thing to this device but put on an word processor and internet browser? I found that rather insulting. He then told my mother that if it happened again we were going to get charged. I told them to keep the notebook. I just felt out of that, if I bought something refurbished it was just sad. I could get a new notebook for the same price and have more on it, I thought I would give a local business a chance. But it turned out lacking a word processor was just wrong. When I heard about the transaction that went down, just spoke volumes. Why would I want to bring home a notebook I am always going to worry about. that I cannot download anything on and just have it crash on me to hear this company say hey it's your fault. I would rather by a new one then to deal with a sleazy sale tactic like that. This company will maybe fix your notebook. But based on my experience. It's used parts so you can go in and get it fixed for a price. Don't waste your time. Purchase a new one. Stay clear from here.

Quick computer service that was near me. The guys here helped me out a lot!

Postcards

Simply called and asked if they were interested in purchasing a machine of mine. He asked what it was, and I respond with Dell XPS. He then askes how much I want and then decline the offer and hangs up. As a tech guy myself I thought this was very rude that he never even asked what was inside the computer, as he was very rude about it all. Definitely needs better public skills.

I brought my laptop to All Systems Repair to investigate recent slowness issues. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told that malware on the laptop was found and removed for a fee of $75. No logs were left of either the actions performed or malware removed. After returning home and turning on the computer, I checked the performance. I was disappointed to see windows and processes were still running as slowly, and I noticed that my program purchased through Piriform had been uninstalled. Within ten minutes of running the computer, I encountered a blue screen detailing a physical memory dump error, followed by the restart of my computer. This has been a disappointment. In short, I feel as though I wasted time and money at this establishment.

It is a small, yet big town. People are friendly and there are loads to do here. The fun never ends!
