In the end, we got our computer back and cleaned out as we asked, but it was only after dozens and dozens of phone calls, text messages, emails, visits to the office where nobody is ever present, etc, that we final got our property returned weeks after it was promised. Clearly, as other reviews indicate, I am not the only victim. I even talked to today someone who Invise has had her computer for months now.

Great service, great follow up. They contact me occasionally just to see how all my equipment is working. They care and continue to support me after the sale or service is complete. I had a cord go bad just after the warranty was up and they replaced it for just their cost even though the warranty period had expired. Invise is my computer repair place!

If I could give lower I would. The customer service is horrible. I was trying to buy a laptop from Mike. He sure talks a good game, but don't be fooled! There is no contact, call backs or follow through. So before he gives this we were moving story, I have tried for the last 6 months. I even made an appointment and Mike was a no show. Thanks for wasting my time! Update: So here is a bit of background. I have gone to Mike in the past and his work was mediocre at best. I wanted to give a small business a chance. If this is how Mike has treated a return customer, I would think twice before going to Invise! Also, I would not take his calls because Mike is threatening to write bad reviews about me in retaliation. I say go ahead! This came after he said he would give me a new computer to change my review. I am an independent contractor who works from home with my laptop. So I was very concerned when I developed a computer virus. I had been referred to Invise Solutions and Mike assured me that if I paid their reasonable rush charge, he would get it done the same day. And he was true to his word even though it was after 11 PM when he finished up. He also took the time to make sure I could access all of my work-related programs successfully, he cleaned out the extra garbage to free up a lot of space and he installed a new anti-virus program & showed me how to access it. It is obvious that Mike loves what he does and offers a very professional service. I highly recommend Invise Solutions to anyone needing help with their computers.

I called Invise about running a cable from the kitchen to an upstairs bedroom just above. They were professional, courteous, and experienced. They suggested a solution which saved me a great deal of hassle and some money as well, using a specific Ethernet-over-power solution which they've had success with in the past, with a fallback of my original plan. They suggested this knowing it might work and cost them the job, because they felt it would be a better solution for the customer. I would definitely call them again for any similar issues, and pay them happily for their work, as I know they are fair and have the customer's interests at heart.

Worst service ever, makes up excuses after excuses and seems like they actually never worked on the laptop while they had it for the 2 weeks. Then come to find out, it cant even be fixed. So it took 5 days for the part to come in and then another week for him to tell me that information. Stay away from this place, and go somewhere way more reputable. Very frustrating. They are open 8:30am to 6pm, and I asked if I could come by at 8:30 to grab the laptop, and he said no, because he wont be in until 9 to 9:30. WHO DOES THAT AS A OWNER??? your open at bloody 8:30 and have no one there to run the damn store??? You should bend over backwards for your customers.

I had a really negative experience with Invise Solutions. I would not recommend them to anyone. Over the phone they appear to have great customer service. I had them repair my phone and they ended up just destroying my phone. They were simply changing a broken LCD screen and they ended up giving it back to me in worse condition than I gave it to them in. The owner wanted me to pay for the repair before I could even tell if the phone was working properly. The battery was dead and needed to be charged for an hour before it would turn on. I refused to pay for it without knowing if it worked. I'm so glad I didn't pay because the phone wouldn't power on because they broke it. The owner met me over several times to for things he needed and every time he was way later than the time he asked me to meet him. He was not reliable. Also here is an example of how bad their service is. They repair phones yet they do not have a charger to charge the phone when the battery dies on them as they work on it. The owner told me the turn around time for my phone would be 24 hours, and it took him 14 days to give me back a broken phone. The investor of the company had as poor of service as the owner did. Overall, I'd recommend another company to work on your electronics.

I've known and worked with Invise Solutions for the last 4 years and I couldn't be more thrilled with the excellent service I receive!! Recently my grandson Tyrell just entered UVU, he lives in my home, room and board free of charge as long as he keeps the grades up. Right in the middle of working on homework his laptop crashes, I called Invise in a panic, half sick with the thought that all his school work was gone. Mike reassured me that he would be able to save the files and the laptop, 2 days later he has hard drive fixed and all the school files are saved. Absolutely a miracle! Terrible service. Never going back or recommending it to anybody. First of all, they say that their business hours are from 8:30 - 6:00, but I showed up during business hours FOUR TIMES and nobody was at the shop. Two of these times I even called ahead to make sure someone would be there. I was told there would be, and still, it was empty. I even ran into another unhappy costumer who had been waiting an hour and a half and was told that someone would meet him there 90 minutes earlier. They took much longer than they told me it would take to fix my problem, and when it was finally done (and someone was actually at the shop) they charged me about $30 more for the service than he told me it was going to cost. Incredibly unprofessional, and unbelievably poor service. If I could give even less than 1 star I would. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to bring your computer. (By the way, pretty sure they wrote their own 5 star reviews to bump the average. See all of the 5 star, no comment reviews from "A google user" from 2 years ago")

I recently posted a poor review which I am now updating because Invise not only finished our project with them but they also went above and beyond to make up for the poor experience to make sure we were taken care of: I have always been impressed with the quality of Invise. They do GREAT work at an affordable rate. Although we had a small road bump of miscommunication with our most recent laptop they went above and beyond to make things right and it made a huge difference! I feel like Invise solutions can fix just about anything so before you give up on your device bring it to them and see what they can do!

Not happy with our experience. Unfortunately, Mike was less than helpful and even charged us extra for a mistake THEY made in ordering. No one ever returned phone calls that were promised. Our repair took five times longer than expected and our laptop would still be sitting there if we didn't dog them each day. Stay far away. Sorry.

I just want to warn you. Get email documentation from the start if you are dealing with Mike. I wish I had taken into account all the FB post about Mike before bringing my computer to him. I do have documentation thank GOD. ...but now Mike is refusing to schdule pick up for computer until I give him a email stating I wont take him to small claims court. The other 50% owner has not reached out to me. I am unsure of his/her name. The others employed there are interns and they answer the phones only to tell you Mike will call you back. Yet he never does. I will now have to pay to have it looked at by another company to ensure all is ok....because this situation has me very afraid of further damage.

They transferred my information and data from my broken PC to a new one. There may have been a few glitches but that was from both our ends. With my schedule Mike even worked on my PC remotely that saved me plenty of time. I would recommend Invise Solutions for a good all around experience.

I’ve been going to Mike since he was a high schooler running the business out of his parent’s house over 10 years ago. Like any self-taught tech whiz, that extra concentration of brain power in one area resulted in a bit of a deficit in the social skills area, lol. But I was trying to support this awkward kid I knew and he was cheap, so I stuck it out. Since then, my business interactions with him have averaged about once a year so I’ve seen him grow his company from that after school/ spare room operation into a legitimate business with employees, interns, and corporate clients. It’s taken awhile, but experience has been a good teacher, and he’s only gotten better and better over the years. In fact, these days, it almost freaks me out sometimes when I hear him talk about his business philosophies or overhear other customer interactions because he’s become so professional! I forget he’s not still that geeky kid (though some of that will always be there

If i could give Invise solutions a zero, I absolutely would! Anyone looking for a quality job, free of scams and antics should steer clear of Mike lierman. He is a lair and a crook and he takes advantage of the technologically ignorant. It's downright shameful to think that i'm not the only one hes scammed. PEOPLE BEWARE!!! (Business dealings from April, 2019) It was sometime in the middle of April when my computer took a turn for the worst. I am a semi-famous youtuber and do a lot of editing on my mac book pro. I saw Mike Lierman's add in the weekly nickle and decided to see if he was able to fix my macbook. We set up an appointment for an hour after from when I called and to my surprise, when I showed up he wasn't there. This was extremely unprofessional. You'd think that he would remember that he had an appointment, being that he literally just scheduled it not even an hour ago?!?! Later that night he called me back and profusely apologized to me and promised to fix my macbook (I seriously thought that he was crying on the other end. What's up with that?). I dropped it off at the designated time and sure enough he was there. He asked me to come into his office to "talk turkey", as he described. I followed him in there and boy was it a pitiful mess. There were mountains of paper everywhere, covering every usable surface. The place smelled as if someone had been living in there. It smelled really sweaty and musty and felt very unwelcoming. Aside from this he agreed to fix my macbook for a reasonable price and that was that. A week after i had dropped it off i received a call from mike, exclaiming that there were complications. This is what he said to me and I quote, "All of the circuits n' stuff are fried man, this jobbers goin' cost more than I quoted you, son.". This was the first thing he said to me when I picked up the phone. He tried to gouge me out of another 450 bucks! I told him that I was coming back to pick up my macbook because I was already extremely disgusted with his unprofessional ism. When I arrived at the store I saw him through the windows sitting at the front counter. It must have occurred to him that I had arrived because he quickly locked the front door as I was reaching for the handle. He began to slowly unbutton his dress shirt and then he started pressing his bare chest up against the glass . I was in disbelief! I stood there and watched for a lil bit but once he started reaching for his belt buckle, i knew I had to get out of dodge quick! I put my Sanchez in the highest gear and tailed it to my house. He called me shortly after I got home and he told me that he wanted me, bad. Mike Lierman is now on my block list. He can keep the macbook, god only knows what he's done with it. TL;DR Mike Lierman is a creep.

Out of the 4 other IT companies I've worked with in the past NONE of them come close to the level of service I've received @ Invise. I've had them fix both personal and business computers. Examples: 1) He got my iPhone and Outlook calendars to sync!! Groovy! 2) My server never goes down anymore, which it used to all the time. 3) Mike's minions almost do as good of a job as the boss himself, I'm impressed. Keep it goin fellas!

Would rate 6 Stars if I could Invise exceeded my expectations! I don’t normally write reviews as I never have the time, that says something right there. First off, they are one of the only few places open on Saturday. I work 60+ hours a week and that’s the only day I have off. Right away huge plus. I called and explained the issues I was experiencing with my laptop - overheats constantly. Dell Smart Tools kept giving me alerts that my fan was malfunctioning. I use my laptop every day so it’s mission critical. Fast forward a bit, several hours after dropping off my laptop that Saturday Mike (owner I think) called me explaining to me what the problem was most likely being caused by and what they needed to do to fix the overheating. Essentially, they outlined about 4 things. Take it apart and clean the insides; Check the fan motor and soak the spindle in oil - these weren’t his exact words, I can’t remember the terminology he used, but he did say something about Utah being a desert makes sense I guess; Update the software that controls the sensors and cooling components inside; Lastly, check for Windows problems, errors, viruses, etc that could be running up the CPU. I was happy to hear what they recommended, but I was also worried, because this sounded like a project that would take days. I didn’t have days. I had 1 day. I explained to Invise my hesitations about moving forward. Mike suggested I leave it over the weekend, and come pick it up Monday 9:30AM. Follow through was great! Happy customer I am! One of Mike’s interns called me Monday 9AM letting me know my laptop was ready for pickup. They upgraded the BIOS and some other things, my laptop is running faster than ever, best of all, NO OVERHEATING, no slowness! Thank you fellas, you done did it!!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Invise! I traveled to Switzerland the UK over the spring and early summer and got my laptop infected.. I don't know if it was the overseas traveling or just my computer illiteratness. Probably the latter! But either way, it was in bad shape. The guy at Invise told me to expect 5-7 days because of how bad it was. So I wasn't expecting them to call on the 3rd day telling me it was finished and running like new. Some of the other issues I was having like being unable to print, were also fixed by the work they did. I don't know how you guys did it, but I'm so thrilled and grateful!! -Jess.

So no appointment was ever made** Update since I can't reply to the comment. Yes my husband and I were upset and very frustrated. My husband never yelled and also never made and threats of violence. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Never ever use invise solution. Unless you love terrible customer service and love hearing a million excuses. I brought my laptop in to get fixed. they told me it would take 5-10 business days to have it done. Instead it took about twice as long. Their "excuse" is that the parts took longer than expected to ship. It took 11 days. Interestingly enough my husband and I stopped by the office and no one was there (which happens very frequently) and there was a UPS "unable to deliver note". so whose fault was the delay in shipping?

The worst customer service. Every commitment they made to me was not met, nor did they seem to care. Completely unreliable, for example, they told me it would take 2 hours for them to fix my stuff, it took 7 days. They never called once to let me know it would take longer, I had to call daily to follow what was going on. On one occasion I called and they told me it was ready and that I should come by, I arrived at the time they told me to, only to find the store closed, an hour before the actual closing time. Tried calling, no answer for the next couple days that followed.

I run a small business in Provo, and honestly, HANDS DOWN Mike his techs are the best computer guys on this planet!! Saved me out of hot water several times. First time I met him was several months ago. My business works around the clock doing laser cutting on steel. When a computer goes down, depending on which one, I could be dead in the water. What are the chances, out of the 4 PCs I own in my office, my PRODUCTION machine goes down. I called Invise absolutely panicked, Mike told me to bring in the tower and they'd run their 21-point whatever thing and tell me what's wrong. Later he called, said something about the hard drive needing to be replaced. 5 hours later he shows up at my shop with a fixed computer. Thanks a ton!

UPDATE: FEB 25th still no iMac this is ridiculous Mike the founder and owner is not a man of his word he makes excuses after excuses never gets back to you unless you keep calling and emailing again and again.I took my iMac for hard drive upgrade and it took weeks for them to call me back and when they did they used a tape which wasn't even for an iMac. The screen stuck out because of the tape they used...horrible job. Then they call me again telling me they broke my screen trying to fix it and that it would be weeks until i would get it back, weeks turned into months and when i finally got a call to pick it up the screen that was installed on the iMac was defective. since then all they have done is blame their supplier and try to make it seem like an replacement screen takes months to get. Now he has the audacity rot tell me I can take it broken to get it fix myself because they don't have the funds to fix it!!!!!!I took this iMac at the end of September 2016!!! I have been more than patient throughout this but this is just too much. I will most likely be forced to take legal route because this is outrageous DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER OR HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!! They are unprofessional and are not capable or trained to do business.

I needed help with fixing my Mac, so without reading any reviews I made an appointment online, only to go in and no one was there and the door was locked. I gave them a call and no one answered, they did call me back and we were able to set up an appt. for the next day in the morning, they text me at 2 o’clock in the morning saying they needed to change the appt. to the afternoon which was no big deal to me. So I replied and said I would be there. I get to their office at the time they told me to and still no one was there with the door locked. I have tried to text and call them with no reply. After reading about other people’s experiences with them I’m actually happy I didn’t give my computer to them! So I guess I should be thanking them for completely disregarding my appointments and phone calls.

Mike was really straightforward and explained in detail what was going on. I communicated with him regularly--that's kind of a given. Communication is important. Even with all the things that Invise Solutions was facing at the time, the custom computer was brought in, fixed, cleaned, and done in the best time it could take under the circumstances. Definitely one of the best IT companies I've ever done business with!! They're not afraid to teach me what I did wrong or how to prevent the issue in the future. For example, my touchscreen started screwing up, and they explained to me what to try before bringing it in. Needless to say, it was not a hardware issue. I love their "let's get this resolved" attitude! One thing they could do better is the phone situation, a good 30% of the time I have to leave a voicemail. Again, not a big deal, because they have always called me back fairly quickly as long as I leave a message.

IN RESPONSE TO KARLY HEYMAN's 1 * review: Please provide audio of when I was yelling or using threats of violence. I know those recordings are kept, and would love to review them. As for explicit language - I swore once out of frustration of continuing to hear lies and excuses. After your employee kindly asked me to not use such language, I sincerely apologized and there were no other instances of such language. NEVER USE INVISE SOLUTIONS! I've never heard so many excuses and lies, nor seen such a lack of organization and accountability from a business owner. September 18th, Karly's laptop screen broke. we dropped off the laptop, and were told it would take 5-10 business days. October 4th - 15 business days later (business is open on Saturdays). They called to let us know the computer would be done that day or the next. October 6th- we still hadn't heard if the computer was actually done. We called at noon - no answer. At 645 (45 minutes after posted closing time) they returned our call to let us know the computer had been finished. October 7th- around 11AM, we stopped by their office, once again, no one was there. We called, and they said they'd be back in the office at 2. An hour later, they called us again and said they wouldn't be back until 2:30. We had commitments. We explained this, so both parties agreed that we would stop by a little after 4. We returned to the office and, once again, no one was there. We called them. They said they were still out of office and would call when they returned. They never called. October 9th – after trying to be patient, I stepped in to try take care of it. I called and explained our frustration. Rather than taking responsibility for their faults, I heard excuse after excuse. Finally, we agreed we would stop by the store at 3. After hanging up, he called back to inform me he "wouldn't be in the store until 310, so JUST TO BE SAFE, don't come until 330." We arrived at the store at 330. NO ONE WAS THERE. At 345, another customer arrived at the store having agreed to meet them at 330. We talked and he was having the same TERRIBLE experience. At 350, Mike called, blamed the fact that he wasn't there on us because we "said we would call him when we were on our way there" (lie). He was another 25 minutes out. FINALLY, at 415, Mike arrived. After waiting 10 minutes until he came out with our laptop, he offered us a $5 discount on our $160 charge for the inconvenience, saying "it was the best he could do". Ridiculous. He said he couldn't do anything else until he talked with his business partner. I asked him to get his business partner on the phone right then, but he claimed he was "busy". He told us we could pay then, and could be refunded our money later after having spoken with his business partner. We felt extremely uncomfortable, doubting we would ever get any money back, but didn't want to risk another week without the laptop. After Mike gave us his word that he would talk with his business partner and call us back that night around 7 PM, we paid for the laptop and left. HE DIDN'T CALL. This morning, I stopped by the store - no one was there. I called and was stuck talking to an employee of only 2 months. Finally, he called this afternoon claiming he had never guaranteed he would call us last night (lie) and that after talking to his business partner, they wouldn't refund us anything. Frustrated, I hung up on him. He called back 10 minutes later, and left a voicemail saying he felt disrespected by me, and that's why he won't refund us. He then lied again and said if I had not been so disrespectful, he was going to try and work things out and CALL HIS BUSINESS PARTNER (which he already said he'd called). He has not apologized to us nor taken accountability for any of this. He also warned that “shouting this experience from the rooftops” would be defamation (knowingly communicating false information). These experiences are not false and are documented. WE JUST WANT OUR MONEY BACK.

last week I had Invise Solutions service my gaming PC. thrilled with how everything turned out!! (the recommendation came from a friend of mine who used to work there a couple of summers ago for an internship.) so several months ago, I started noticing INSANE input lag in Apex Legends. like, unplayable lag in most games, Apex being the worst. overall, my PC was running like a snail!

I've been meaning to write a review for some time now and am finally getting around to it. My friend's power button had stopped working so he gave me his laptop.They charged me $140 for parts and labor to fix the power button. Told me they would do a 21 point inspection before they ordered any parts to make sure everything worked well on the laptop. I asked if I could get it wiped too and the man said "no problem". No mention of it costing more. I took it in on a Thursday morning, and I got the call back on a Tuesday afternoon saying they couldn't do the 21 point inspection without ordering the part. This was the first red flag. Why lie to begin with? Just to get the sell. They talked me into moving forward with it, saying it would by done by the end of the week as long as the part came. The part never came. I never got a call saying it would be delayed and I had to be constantly calling to get updates. They finally get it done for me 15 days later. I asked if it had been wiped and they said it would cost $50 MORE DOLLARS. Just to get it wiped. Obviously didn't go through with that. I tell them I can come in Monday (they called Fri afternoon) and they said it would be fine. Just to make sure I call in advance. I called in the morning, no answer. Called in the afternoon, no answer. Showed up during business hours, and the door was locked. They finally call back Tues and after a bunch of back and forth, I'm told I can come pick it up only if I have cash or check. I come with cash, try to turn on my laptop and it doesn't work. The guy says the battery is dead and I don't have the charger. I pay the $140 cash and no receipt is given to me. I'm promised I will get a receipt in my email that night and it never comes. Shady business, shady people. DO NOT COME HERE. Even after all the BS, they wouldn't wipe the laptop, didn't bother cleaning it at all, and did the absolute bare minimum. I really wish I would have shopped around a little more. It took me 5 sec to wipe the laptop. Dishonest people, shady business, unprofessional.
