Awesome and quick! I went in for what I assumed would be a charging port replacement and that it would take all day. The tech looked at it and realized a couple pins were bent. They bent the pins back and charged it to make sure they solved the problem. I was in and out within 10 mind and there was no charge!

I am very disappointed with I Que and their so called waterproofing. We purchased the I Smart Genius Protection package for me. I Que explained that this would prevent water damage to my phone if I should drop it in toilet or if it was exposed to water. They also have a sign on the wall that says "Waterproofing" with pictures and the terms waterproof, dust/sand and moisture below it. According to the dictionary the definition of waterproofing is: "impervious to water; especially : covered or treated with a material (such as a solution of rubber) to prevent permeation by water." I had the waterproofing and tempered glass installed in February 2017. Shortly after my phone started freezing and acting weird. They also installed the tempered glass slightly over my front camera lens, so every picture taken from this angle was blurry. I have a very busy schedule and was unable to take it in immediately. So I ignored this and used the back camera. Recently I attended an event and had my phone in my backpack. It got wet but, because my phone had the waterproofing done I didn't panic. I calmly took my phone out to of my bag to see the screen turning black. Immediately I powered it off and took it to I Que. They told me their waterproofing wasn't guaranteed and they were sorry I was given the wrong impression but they would look at my phone and get back to me in a couple days. I called to check on my phone today and was told they couldn't fix it. That it had water damage. I asked them again how that could happen when I had the waterproofing package. Again they told me that they were sorry I was misinformed but I could buy a used phone from them for $199. I explained my frustration again to be told that they were sorry I was misinformed. If I would have been informed correctly from the beginning that it wasn't guaranteed I would have been more careful. We paid for this plan because we thought it would help protect my phone. Not because I wanted to waste $109 on a waterproof plan with no guarantees only to have to fork out even more money. I should have bought a waterproof case instead.

TERRIBLE SERVICE and completely unethical business practice. I had given them a phone for a screen repair and was paying for the replacement when my boyfriend noticed the display was very dull with muted colors and the tones of the colors were off. Also the screen wasn't even glued down properly which the salesperson recognized but said their technician was gone for the day. They decided the screen was probably faulty from the manufacturer and they would order a new one and replace it. They would call me when the new screen came in however I was going out of town in a week and then out of the country. They said it would be there in a few days. I had already paid for the original screen fix, they told me I didn't need a receipt because everything was in their system. They never called. They wouldn't answer my phone calls or my boyfriends calls. I even left them a voicemail. Over the next couple weeks I was still in the country, I never heard from them. I'm mad at myself for not demanding a refund at that time and taking the phone somewhere else. I thought they had the integrity to fix it the right way. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this business and all of it's locations. Why can't I give ZERO stars?

I’m not usually a five star guy (who really deserves five stars?) but these guys are good. I dropped my phone and my camera stopped working. I paid for a replacement and had some issues. I did have to travel to a couple of different locations but they took care of me without charging me extra. Everyone I dealt with were extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend them.

Easy and reasonably priced, staff were friendly and few helpful. I originally rated 5 stars but 2 days after the fix, it cracked. I set my phone down in a bag on a granite counter and pulled it out to discover the screen itself had cracked and only a teeny chip on the "protective" tempered glass. Disappointed overall that there's no warranty period without the protection package which I didn't purchase since I live in a different state most of the time.

I needed a new battery for my iPhone 6. They had some in stock and told me it would be an hour to install (on a Saturday). When I returned, the manager Paul told me the batch of batteries they had received were bad and he didn't want to put a bad battery in my phone. He had more on order and said he would hold one for me when they came in the following Wednesday. Not only did he keep his word on holding a battery for me, he gave me a discount on the price for the inconvenience. These guys took great care of me!

Battery’s and bulbs butchered the inside of my android phone trying to replace the battery. They gave me back a dead phone and said Good Luck with your contacts, photos, etc. Lance at FIXIT Mobile was able to ID the problem and return my phone better than new. Took 10 days to repair broken screen. Had to order part in, said vendor sent wrong screen. Had to reorder supposedly overnight, but still took 3 more days to get new screen. While I was waiting they never called me to let me know the status. I had to call them. Only time they called was when it was finally repaired. When in to pick up phone, and not everything had been done that I paid for up front. They sold me on their liquid screen protector, which is supposed to be better than the other one and they can water proof the phone. When I picked up phone I asked about it, not done, I had to wait another 10 minutes to complete. Glad I asked, could have walked out assuming these things had been done and paid for! Talked to the manager about the problems and he didn't seem all that caring about all that had happened. They don't seem to sweat the details for the customer's repairs. Phone works so will see how that goes. Don't think I'll go back if I need phone repairs. Will find some other place.

They lost my case and with a transition to the new business it took 4-5 months for them to replace it. The new management seems to be much better. My screen cracked again after their repair and they worked with me to get a good deal on a replacement.

I bought a phone from these guys, along with the genius protection plan. The plan was supposed to come with a tempered glass screen protector, which it did, but it was for a different phone and did not fit, so I still had to buy one. Also, I think it was strange that the phone did not include a cord to charge it with. Recently, the camera developed a defect, so I took it back for repair. They replaced it with a camera that doesn't work at all and they were ready to send me on my way. Luckily, I turned it on and noticed the new problem. I had them replace it again and, this time, they used another defective camera that does not focus and that's what I now have because they had no more cameras to try. The manager said he would pick up another camera at another location tomorrow and try again, but I have very little confidence now in this company. It seemed at first that the prices here are great, but now it seems that they can only have good prices because they are replacing bad parts with more bad parts. Originally, I left a good review of this place, but after having to use the so-called warranty, I would not recommend them. I would recommend going somewhere else and paying for quality.

This place is awesome. We came in after spilling a glass of water on macbook air, he took it and opened it up immediately so we could see if it would be alright, and found that the laptop would probably be just fine. We left it with them expecting to be out a couple of days, when they called that evening, a couple hours later saying everything was good to go, we were ecstatic. They are wonderful with customer service and very fast with the work they do. I will, and do recommend them to anyone who needs apple care, and when they move into other markets, am convinced that I can recommend them for complete service.

In order to unfreeze the screen I have to restart it now which is inconvenient. Update: I returned to the store and the fixed the problem I was having. I typically don’t leave reviews, let alone negative ones because I feel guilty talking lowly of a persons business. But I’m so disappointed. It took them over 24 hours to fix something they said would take an hour. By fixing one thing they broke 3 others and they told me they’d call me when they did research and learn how to fix it because I guess their technicians don’t know how to do it. I never heard from them again. Their policy is if they can’t fix it they replace it... but in reality they just avoid you.

I have visited this place more times than I would have hoped but originally was hoping that it would only be twice. The first time was because I dropped my phone after owning it for 3 days and the screen cracked. During repair, they dropped my phone and cracked the back. No big deal, accidents happen. However, I was told my new back was in and dropped my phone off. They ordered the wrong one - no big deal- accidents happen. However, it took them an additional 3 weeks to get the correct part in because they kept "forgetting" to order it. Unfortunately, I cracked my screen again. They got the part in and I dropped my phone off. I had to remind them that I had purchased the protection plan. They told me it would be done in an hour; came back - it wasn't done; came back and picked up my phone - got home and couldn't plug charger; went back and waited 20 more minutes to get it fixed. It took 4 trips to get my phone repaired correctly. Besides this place being hard to get to, I don't think it should take additional trips every time I get my phone repaired.

Great guys to work with. Rare combination of laid back but highly professional. Brought my daughter's phone in dreading I'd have to dish out some serious $ for a new battery. But they took 20 minutes to look at it and were able to get it up and running right away at no charge. Definitely coming back for any future repairs!

Great customer service! I took two phones in to be worked on. They did a free test on the batteries and actually told me one didn't need to be changed. They also cleaned the speaker in my phone and it works like new and at no cost!

I absolutely love these guys!!!! I have been using iQue for my phone repairs for years and am always happy with the result. They are fast and the work they do is always top notch. I went to the Store in South Jordan to pick up a couple of used iPads for Christmas and was blown away at the prices and the quality and they come with a warranty. Went there to replace the glass on my phone they tried to put the wrong one on and put the old one back. Now I have a big hole in the glass and it's broken up more ! Best part is they put scotch tape on it so it doesn't scratch me! Haha

My iPhone was not charging well , intermittently disconnecting. Stopped in to get repair quote, they were very helpful. Found it was just dirty not broken. They cleaned it quickly and tested it with out charging me. Great customer service. I will be back. .
