AVOID THIS STORE Absolutely terrible store manager and poor customer service, rep was fine… Stopped by to see about having my iPad Pro checked out and repaired with charging issues. They ran a test on it only to tell me that the only way I can repair is to replace it... how is that a repair when the only solution is a replacement? It was also suggested that a local 3rd party might be able to repair the unit since they won’t risk the “integrity” of a broken iPad. what’s the risk when the iPad won’t work? Most of this discussion was with the Manager after he came over only to be condescending argumentative saying “we are just talking about semantics here” when I said I actually want to know what’s wrong with the unit so I can understand if it was in the unit or a faulty wire... He became even louder and more dismissive... TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

What an amazing store. Since the renovation is has a whole new wow factor. It's laid out way better and the free classes are really accommodating. There are some lines for big release dates but they keep it moving quick. Just looking around, I have had 3 people ask if I needed help. Great store.

I wish they have some reserved car parking slots for pickup customers for 5-10 mins. Very premium shopping experience in the area and parking is very problematic here. You will have good waiting times and premium outlets nearby. Parking is free though but have to park at distance and come here walking . SO I will not recommend that much as coming out with Apple inventory is very risky and walking alone to car parking. But there will be cop / security at all times in front of the shop - but as i said its the long walk sometimes you have to do from there. Coming to staff they are nice and this retail has inventory nearly all the time. free WiFi available.

Knock-off parts !!! Read on: I took my iPhone in for a battery replacement. After waiting for 3 hours I received the phone back, which seemed to work fine. The next day I checked the Battery Health menu, and it's status was "Service". According to Apple, this means that they didn't use a genuine Apple battery, but rather a knock-off. Called and chatted with multiple people from support who ran their remote diagnostics and they pretty much gave me the runaround. They even set up a call back which they never made happened and then emailed me to tell me that they tried. Way to go Apple for not caring about your paying customers or your stores going rogue and using knock-off parts.

On a Saturday, after 5pm, the store was packed with customers. My first thought was, oh boy we're gonna have along wait. But no waiting at all! As soon as we walked through the doors, there was an employee greeting us and we were helped right away! In and out, problem solved with our iPad. We even had a little amusement with one if the employees showing us some tech drawings on the wall screen as we waited a few seconds for the iPad technician.

They told me I couldn't trade in my IPhone X for an IPhone Xs Max. Went to the apple store in Northpark mall and got a full trade in price for the same phone thanks to a very helpful associate. You have got to do better apple Southlake.

I went in here today at noon to purchase an iphone xs max. I was service by an old lady and i think she is new worker here. I asked her to see both airpods version too because i was stilI thinking if i will buy it or not. She brought them out. I asked to have devices on hand to read over the features. She insisted to keep them for me to see on her hand which was very disturbing me. I just wonder if she was afraid of me take them and and run away??? Which is very annoyed me. There is not reason for someone to put them in danger of having criminal record for an 159$ airpods. I was still polite to her. I still purchased the Iphone since i didn't want to waste my time to drive to another apple store. I went to a few apple stores and this is my first worst experience at this location. I felt i was treated unfavorably in a "nice way". I will never come back here to be treated like that.

Currently closed for construction. I don’t know how long it will take but the rear of the building is completely gutted out walls missing. No access at all and definitely not open while under construction. Other locations are just too far. 30-40 min in either direction.

I can’t speak for all employees but most at this location are not very knowledgeable about their products. I’ve dealt with about five employees in the past few weeks and they really don’t know much. I went into the store today and asked to buy one of the bands on display inside their new tables. The employee sends a request for someone to bring it and it comes. It clearly was not the same color but i trusted him thinking it’s probably the light inside the table that was changing the color. Yet he still does not do anything and is confused himself and proceeds with the purchase with me even questioning him if it’s actually the same. Then after i buy it I open it in the store pull it out and show him it’s really different. Then he asks me what do i think as to if it’s the same or not. He then calls another employee and that employee agrees that it’s different then he calls another employee and finally that employee saids no it’s the same confidently so i then leave trusting him. I get home and do some research and it’s definitely not the same. This store needs help in terms of service they used to have very knowledgeable employees not anymore.

I went into the store on yesterday (10/2/2019) , I had a appointment for 1:05pm , I got there a bit early.. I wasnt able to check in until 10 mins early which I find is kinda crazy .. if I'm already here and theres people available to help me why cant i just get service? This Apple Store is awesome!!! When I first walked in the store I was greeted by Mason. He was super friendly and made sure I was taken care of. My Apple expert was named Heather, she was very knowledgeable and made sure I was good to go 100% before I left. Her personality was very infectious. She constantly smiled which made myself and everyone around her be happy. I definitely recommend this store!

REFURBISHED JUNK AND BAD SERVICE... SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! APPLE CARE IS A JOKE! I recommend NO ONE BUY Apple Care!!!! My Apple Watch 3 (LTE) broke, I have Apple Care Plus - They sent a REFURBISHED UNIT and it had fingerprints on it... It came in a Yellow envelope and the battery is deffective and dies within 5 hours (barely any Use)... I have called multiple times to have this rectified, they want to place another $420 hold on my Card to get another one sent out and their attitudes are SUB PAR and borderline RUDE as hell. Definitely UN-Caring! Apple Care is a waste of money anyway. They charge you $70 Deductible, plus the original $50 for the Apple Care JOKE program and by that time, I could have just had my screen replaced for that price and not worry about a REFURBISHED P.O.S. that was used by someone else. They use the same, old Motherboards in these units and supposedly replace the battery (WHICH THEY DID NOT FOR THIS ONE).... Like I said, they now want me to pay them another $400 (a hold), which I find un-acceptable.... APPLE CARE PLUS is supposed to be EXPRESS treatment and that is NOT what I have been getting. First, before all of this - I had went to the FORT WORTH APPLE STORE and the guy in there treated me with Disdain as well and sent me back home to call Apple.... TOTALLY RIDICULOUS. REFURBISHED JUNK AND BAD SERVICE... SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE! A month ago: SAME TREATMENT when I had to buy another iPhone X... Their service at the stores and on the phone is absolutely TERRIBLE... Save your money!

RIDICULOUS paid in advance for airpods. Didn't realize I HAVE to wait for "order fulfilled" email. There's a ton of them on the shelf and they won't give me a box. THEY'RE PAID FOR! Never again! Employees are extremely rude. Literally 6 employees standing around not helping anyone.

Not the experience Job's would have expected of his company. Employees not only don't know the product, they offer incorrect information. Also, the watch display invites customers to pick up and experience the product, yet the employees scold customers for doing exactly what the display invites. One display has watches cased in glass, which does not allow you to pick up the product, so it's obvious they are not to be touched. Every other product in the store has product displayed so customers can see, feel, and experience...so why is the watch section different? This is just one example of how apple is missing the point or this store is mismanaged and needs a full revamp on it's leadership and better staff training. Apple is forgetting that customers wanting to engage in the product experience is a gift. Just because the stores are packed today does not mean it will be in the future and the experience of apple includes the store experience. Total disappointment.

Staff was unaware of my problem and they asked me to come to store with a lot of things multiple times only to tell me that there is no solution. The staff told me to wait 1-1/2 hours and then an hour and then half an hour. They made me wait for 3 hours straight for nothing. Busy busy busy. Took 2 of their IPad skills classes. I had not been an "I" person. Android all the way. Then I got a good deal on a 6th gen IPad and now, I'm giving it a chance. Lots of cool things I learned I can do on my new IPad. It was fun and informative even met new friends.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever had. There is absolutely no management of anyone. People walk in and don't even know where to go. There was no one to greet anybody. I don't blame the workers because they are all kids. They need better management and some sort of organization. I will not return. Had a an appointment at 3:00 and told my phone repair would be done by 6:30. When I got there it took another hour to be ready and nobody would help check up on the repairs. Do Better apple.

Needed a laptop repaired. Waited about 30 minuets which wasn’t bad considering how busy it was. Our helper was very polite and helpful overall.

Staff was friendly, but the Technical Support was very substandard. Without properly analyzing the issue on my MacBook Pro, they quickly jumped to conclusions that my main board or SSD drive are defective and recommended I commit to a $575 service to replace the parts. The tech said they would replace whichever was defective and when I asked if they would give me the defective part after it was serviced they said they will not. I explained several times that the issue began when I upgraded the OS, and they said it had to be a bad board or SSD drive, because they couldn’t get it to turn on. (Several weeks ago I upgraded to Mojave OS and my screen began flickering and eventually wouldn’t turn on.) I took my laptop home without being service and it started up again with the flickering screen. My visit all the way to the Southlake store for technical support was a waste of time and I won’t go back.

Apple Stores seem deliberately designed to be a bad experience. I don't get it. No price tags/info visible. No counter/register I can just go up to or get in line for. When they are busy, it's chaos; whereas an old fuddy duddy uncool normie store has a line where I can clearly just get in queue. They have been busy all 3 times I've ever been. Worst Apple store ever. Today I had my second horrible experience within 2 weeks. First I went in to replace my phone battery and the so called "genius" claimed that my phone has a chance to not re-boot after the battery gets replaced so I was only offered to replace my phone as my ONLY option. I made a complaint and the store manager made me a new appointment, I went in a week later and surprisingly, the battery was replaced and phone worked just fine with zero issues. Today, I went in again to upgrade my Apple watch that I just got as a GIFT for a different size. I told another "genius" that it's a GIFT and I showed her the GIFT receipt and all I need is to SWAP it for a bigger size. Guess what, this moron took my watch and the box and came back to tell me that she RETURNED the watch and the money will go back to the original credit. HOW STUPID IS THIS... The "lead" came to apologize and tells me that there is nothing they could do about it. She didn't even offer me a gift card option. If I try to return something at a Walmart, they would've asked if I needed the refund to the original card or a gift card. HOW EMBARRASSING IS IT WHEN A GIFT GETS RETURNED.. THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE AUDITED.. THEY HAVE A MAJOR OPERATIONAL ISSUE AND THEY HIRE A PUNCH OF CLUELESS DUMMIES.

I had an appointment to replace an iPhone battery and drove 45 miles to this Apple store. After 30 min no one had come to meet me so I checked and was told Augustine just started my appointment. REFURBISHED JUNK AND BAD SERVICE... SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! APPLE CARE IS A JOKE! I recommend NO ONE BUY Apple Care!!!! My Apple Watch 3 (LTE) broke, I have Apple Care Plus - They sent a REFURBISHED UNIT and it had fingerprints on it... It came in a Yellow envelope and the battery is deffective and dies within 5 hours (barely any Use)... I have called multiple times to have this rectified, they want to place another $420 hold on my Card to get another one sent out and their attitudes are SUB PAR and borderline RUDE as hell. Definitely UN-Caring! Apple Care is a waste of money anyway. They charge you $70 Deductible, plus the original $50 for the Apple Care JOKE program and by that time, I could have just had my screen replaced for that price and not worry about a REFURBISHED P.O.S. that was used by someone else. They use the same, old Motherboards in these units and supposedly replace the battery (WHICH THEY DID NOT FOR THIS ONE).... Like I said, they now want me to pay them another $400 (a hold), which I find un-acceptable.... APPLE CARE PLUS is supposed to be EXPRESS treatment and that is NOT what I have been getting. First, before all of this - I had went to the FORT WORTH APPLE STORE and the guy in there treated me with Disdain as well and sent me back home to call Apple.... TOTALLY RIDICULOUS. REFURBISHED JUNK AND BAD SERVICE... SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE! A month ago: SAME TREATMENT when I had to buy another iPhone X... Not the experience Job's would have expected of his company. Employees not only don't know the product, they offer incorrect information. Also, the watch display invites customers to pick up and experience the product, yet the employees scold customers for doing exactly what the display invites. One display has watches cased in glass, which does not allow you to pick up the product, so it's obvious they are not to be touched. Every other product in the store has product displayed so customers can see, feel, and experience...so why is the watch section different? This is just one example of how apple is missing the point or this store is mismanaged and needs a full revamp on it's leadership and better staff training. Apple is forgetting that customers wanting to engage in the product experience is a gift. Just because the stores are packed today does not mean it will be in the future and the experience of apple includes the store experience. Total disappointment.

The staff told me to wait 1-1/2 hours and then an hour and then half an hour. They made me wait for 3 hours straight for nothing. Probably the worst customer service I've ever had. There is absolutely no management of anyone. People walk in and don't even know where to go. There was no one to greet anybody. I don't blame the workers because they are all kids. They need better management and some sort of organization. I will not return. Had a an appointment at 3:00 and told my phone repair would be done by 6:30. When I got there it took another hour to be ready and nobody would help check up on the repairs. Do Better apple.

Staff was friendly, but the Technical Support was very substandard. Without properly analyzing the issue on my MacBook Pro, they quickly jumped to conclusions that my main board or SSD drive are defective and recommended I commit to a $575 service to replace the parts. The tech said they would replace whichever was defective and when I asked if they would give me the defective part after it was serviced they said they will not. I explained several times that the issue began when I upgraded the OS, and they said it had to be a bad board or SSD drive, because they couldn’t get it to turn on. (Several weeks ago I upgraded to Mojave OS and my screen began flickering and eventually wouldn’t turn on.) I took my laptop home without being service and it started up again with the flickering screen. My visit all the way to the Southlake store for technical support was a waste of time and I won’t go back.

Worst Apple store ever. Today I had my second horrible experience within 2 weeks. First I went in to replace my phone battery and the so called "genius" claimed that my phone has a chance to not re-boot after the battery gets replaced so I was only offered to replace my phone as my ONLY option. I made a complaint and the store manager made me a new appointment, I went in a week later and surprisingly, the battery was replaced and phone worked just fine with zero issues. Today, I went in again to upgrade my Apple watch that I just got as a GIFT for a different size. I told another "genius" that it's a GIFT and I showed her the GIFT receipt and all I need is to SWAP it for a bigger size. Guess what, this moron took my watch and the box and came back to tell me that she RETURNED the watch and the money will go back to the original credit. HOW STUPID IS THIS... The "lead" came to apologize and tells me that there is nothing they could do about it. She didn't even offer me a gift card option. If I try to return something at a Walmart, they would've asked if I needed the refund to the original card or a gift card. HOW EMBARRASSING IS IT WHEN A GIFT GETS RETURNED.. THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE AUDITED.. THEY HAVE A MAJOR OPERATIONAL ISSUE AND THEY HIRE A PUNCH OF CLUELESS DUMMIES.

Advice to store management: Just try to be accommodating instead of being RIGHT! I highly recommend not placing orders online and choosing store pickup. Just choose delivery. The staff is not trained to handle online orders. They have no ability to edit online orders. And they have no problem telling you to read the online policy. They will not try to accommodate online orders in anyway. Avoid the frustration of this store’s untrained staff and less than accommodating attitude. Escalating your complaint to the store management will prove useless. I love Apple Products. This store has management and training issues.

Came in with my IPhone Maxx Xs with a C shape crack in the camera lens. I pulled the phone out of my pocket and noticed this the day before. I haven’t dropped the phone nor is there any other damage. The technician in the store asked if I bumped against something with the phone in my pocket. If simply bumping against something will crack the camera lens with no other damage then this is a manufacturer defect. This is a widespread issue which you can find all over on the Apple forums and Phone review websites. However, Apple refuses to stand behind a product they refer to as premium. The manager at the store kept repeating that if he could just give me the store he would. Their only solution was to pay $599 for a new phone. I just paid $1100 for what I thought was a premium product. Their assistance was not helpful, I left frustrated and without assistance. This is my 5th IPhone and will be the last Apple product for me and my family.

At the store they knew nothing about it and would not even send it to be looked at unless I paid more the watch costs new. A complete waste of time. We purchased another $1000 phone to go with the other 6 that our family owns along with 7 computers and new appleTV. One of their nice associates looked at a phone we wanted to trade in but it wouldn’t turn on. She said if it comes back on bring it in for a $70 tradein. We did charge it and got it to come on so we drove a half hour a few days later to get our $70 trade in against our thousands of dollars worth of business... but when we arrived the manager refused on the basis that the phone had been exposed to water. Haha! You’re kidding right? You’re the manager and could make a call like this and you didn’t!? Bad customer service decision. Wasted my time for this and what would have been a 5 star review went to a 2 and that’s because the first sales associate was with it.

Upon returning (on time), I was asked to wait - despite having an appointment. Once a tech finally, helped me - he told me he was not able to replace my phone battery. I took time off from work!!! Made an appointment two days prior. On arrival about 20 minutes early was told I had no appointment. The greeter supposedly registered me as a walk in. My appointment confirmation text came in a few minutes later and when I checked with another representative was told I was still not registered and did not have an appointment but should wait and maybe they could get me in within the next three hours. Just about the time of the original appointment Casey came out, resolved the phone charging issue and took it in for the battery change. Gave me a claim check and said come back in an hour. Came back in 45 minutes and was told by the greeter the phone would be ready in a few minutes and to wait at the repair table. After 30 minutes I checked with another associate and was told the phone had been ready for 30 minutes and I should have checked with someone. Work was accomplished properly and I appreciate Casey. Hope to NEVER return to this location.

I made an appointment when I arrived I waited an hour before I was seen and they saw about 4-5 other people even though they arrived after I did. When I was finally seen the guy that assisted me was great and kind however they weren’t able to repair my phone. They stated they needed to order the part as they had run out. Based on the ritzy location of this store, you assume that the customer service would be stupendous. Wrong!! ........Went in to get information on my options for a dead battery in my I Pad. Stood in line to get the pleasure of speaking with a young smug bearded hipster doffus who addresses middle aged folks as man and dude. He proceeds to give me erroneous information on my options and price for replacement. I know this, because I followed up my store visit with a phone call to an Apple a technical support representative. He gave me the correct option and pricing information. He even apologized to me for having to waste my time with the "so called genius".

Words do can not capture how BAD the service is at this Apple store. I had an appointment, arrived early and was told to leave the store and return within 10m of my appointment time. Upon returning (on time), I was asked to wait - despite having an appointment. Once a tech finally, helped me - he told me he was not able to replace my phone battery. I took time off from work!!! Never Again!!! I am switching Samsung or Google

Made an appointment two days prior. On arrival about 20 minutes early was told I had no appointment. The greeter supposedly registered me as a walk in. My appointment confirmation text came in a few minutes later and when I checked with another representative was told I was still not registered and did not have an appointment but should wait and maybe they could get me in within the next three hours. Just about the time of the original appointment Casey came out, resolved the phone charging issue and took it in for the battery change. Gave me a claim check and said come back in an hour. Came back in 45 minutes and was told by the greeter the phone would be ready in a few minutes and to wait at the repair table. After 30 minutes I checked with another associate and was told the phone had been ready for 30 minutes and I should have checked with someone. Work was accomplished properly and I appreciate Casey. Hope to NEVER return to this location.

They bent over backwards to ensure that my computer was working. I had to buy a back up disk in order to get repaired. I don't mind that at all. Was there for 4 hours ,and yes,I had an appointment. It all depends on what is going on with your computer. They are running live classes with a wall screen. Great stuff. Very interactive. I made an appointment when I arrived I waited an hour before I was seen and they saw about 4-5 other people even though they arrived after I did. When I was finally seen the guy that assisted me was great and kind however they weren’t able to repair my phone. They stated they needed to order the part as they had run out. I asked why did they allow me to wait so long knowing that information and they couldn’t answer. One of the lady managers was very rude. She was semi loud and did quite a bit of neck rolling. I’m still waiting to hear back from them. I will give it another chance at at bat time I’ll consider updating my thoughts

Erased everything on phone for a screen repair. Asked if things on phone were backed up but didn’t offer to say why or that they were going to clear the phone. ALL of my daughters photos are gone, and last messages from deceased grandma as well. Let us know beforehand if things have to be erased or offer a way to salvage before this happens.

Based on the ritzy location of this store, you assume that the customer service would be stupendous. Wrong!! ........Went in to get information on my options for a dead battery in my I Pad. Stood in line to get the pleasure of speaking with a young smug bearded hipster doffus who addresses middle aged folks as man and dude. He proceeds to give me erroneous information on my options and price for replacement. I know this, because I followed up my store visit with a phone call to an Apple a technical support representative. He gave me the correct option and pricing information. He even apologized to me for having to waste my time with the "so called genius".

Hope nothing goes wrong with your device, having to wait 1 week for an appointment is really stupid. Finally got my appointed after going back and forth for a week. Tech tried to restore my phone 3 times didn’t work then told me only option was to buy a new phone. Phones just over a year old at this point. $1300 phone lasts just one year now? No thanks,I’ll pass! Taking my business back to Samsung. Manager was rude as well after having a quick chat, I’ve spent over $10k over the last two years at this location btw....

Waited 30 min without being helped. Apparently we were supposed to wait by the door but there was no sign and nobody working would help us out. The lady was very confusing about making reservations as opposed to just a walk in. Complained about how things should be easier for people that didn’t do anything to break their phones. Mine just disabled Face ID and told me to take it in. All I had to do was reset my settings. Overall, not a helpful place or environment.

This is a long overdue review for Joseph K. and our visits on 06/02/2019 and 06/03/2019. My fiancé visited this location with a phone that wasn’t charging properly on 06/02/2019 and he paid to have it repaired. However, after walking out the door (and only a few minutes after getting it fixed) it was worse than it was before, so we scheduled another appointment for the next day. Enter Joseph K. Joseph K. was AMAZING. He restored our faith in Apple and explained to us what was going on and how to avoid it in the future. His customer service was phenomenal and he really made us feel like people and not just another number or another sale. It is people like Joseph K. that keep me returning to Apple and buying the new products. I will have to come back and visit more soon, because Joseph K. will surely not last long before getting promoted and moving up in the company. Thank you, Joseph K. What you helped us with that day went above and beyond what we ever expected. You will go far. Thank you. TL;DR: Joseph K. is an amazing employee and Apple should hire more employees like him.

0 Stars if I could. My Iphone needs a new battery. Made appointment on apple website for this store with selected option to replace battery. Drove 35 mins to the store. The "genius" made me sit through 15 mins of "diagnostics" only to tell me my phone needed a new battery & they were out of stock. He then told me they'd call me when the battery was back in stock. No call. I called customer service to discuss & was told I was in the wrong. While the appointment may have said it was for battery replacement, I shouldn't have expected to have the battery replaced.... I'll be purchasing anything but apple for my next phone.

Apple Genius Bar is an oxymoron when it comes to making reservation for repair on your phone. They know what you need to have done before your appointment but they still let you show up and then tell you they don't have the parts. People waiting for hours for any number of different reasons, but for some reason they are not prepared. Now I wait for parts to be ordered, which they knew was required in advance of appointment. Not to Genius if you ask me!

I definitely will quit on Apple products. I have been apple fan since the beginning, owning several Macs, Iphones, iPads and many other software products. But in recent years, the quality of their products and the service we get from them have decrease considerably. My previous episode was with my iPhone 6 who after upgrade to the new software, was impossible to use. Apple solution, upgrade to a new iPhone. Now is my MacBook. Less than two years and the battery only have lees than 700 cycles and it must last at least 1000 cycles. Apple solution, charge me $200 for a new battery. This mean 20% of the original value of this Mac. Apple has become in a secta, that create the necessity so the followers are force to spend money in their products again and again without too much options. I quit Apple products.

This newly renovated store really awesome. People work there are very courteous and knowledgeable . It’s quite busy most of the time so it’s good if take an appointment before the visit. I asked a person one visit if my old airpods would charge and work if I just bought a new wireless charging case and the sales person didn’t know. On another visit I asked for details about what changed between the 11 pro and the XS and they told me to just go look online. What is the point of having these people around?

This Apple store succeeded in its purpose- I needed to fix my laptop! You're able to set up an appointment online and I'd suggest doing that because it can get VERY busy. I've noticed when it's busy- you can sort of get lost in the shuffle or get ignored which is a bit annoying but, once they have you- they help you in whatever way. In my case, the servicer helped me save some money on my laptop repairs which is awesome!

My iPhone 6s was suffering from a old depleted battery that needed to be charged twice a day. So I needed a new battery. But Lon helped me out and was back on my feet in 1 1/2 hours as expected busy store. They are great and have a nice store there! 3/04 Update- I went back again today 3/05 with another concern about my 6S. My Tech’s name this time was Brian. He addressed my issue and took care of my repair no questions asked. This has now become my go to Apple Store. I walked out of there with a smile on my face. Definitely recommend this location to anyone. Thanks to all the employees there!

I am updating my two star post from a while ago to five stars. I decided to try this store on Monday hoping it would be less busy, and based on this store being the closest to my house. I had a great experience all the way around. Christian my Sales Associate was great along with one other person who helped. I ended up with a new phone and laptop. Also, I dropped off my iMac for them to migrate the data to the new laptop. I received a call from Michael in repair letting me know there was an issue, and asked me to make a Genius Bar appointment to work it out. The skeptic in me was very concerned given my review below and what happened previously. I got done this evening with this appointment. The two Genius Bar associates were great, and helped fix my problem with the data transfer. They were both fantastic. So, the various people I interacted with yesterday and today redeemed the store for me. I look forward to going there now to do some classes. I would say for anyone having a negative experience try a slower day if you have a lot of questions or repair issues. I also picked a time this PM that was quiet. This made all the difference for me. The folks were all helpful and very good! Two Stars Appointments are just suggestions not real appointments. I wanted them to just look at my iMac to see if I could update it or if I needed to replace it. I did not want to sit and hold hands with someone while they checked my software and such. Had I known it was a sit and chat appointment I would not have signed up for it. Hauling my iMac for four blocks to the store then getting juggled around for nearly an hour did not make me happy. When I was told nonchalantly after fifteen minutes past my time that there were still five people a head of me I walked out. I did not want to spend my Saturday in the Apple store for this issue. If they have gotten to the point where you can’t just drop off a computer to be diagnosed without having a so called appointment where I have to sit and chat and hold hands with a technician I want no part of it. Also, why would I buy a new computer or phone from you if this is how you service them? Spend time figuring out the customer service piece or you will lose more business than just mine. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is the sales people trying to sell you things are pretty good. As a follow up, I was sent a survey from the store asking how “Patrick” had done with my Genius Bar appointment. Patrick who? I walked out after the wait with no help. I then received an email from them asking permission to contact me regarding my survey to provide better service - I had already asked for follow up, but I again gave my phone number. Still waiting for that follow up call...........not holding my breath.

I would not even give one star. Worst store ever! Every-time we went, WITH the appointment - we waited for 4 plus hours and and even after that no help was provided. Technicians & managers were not helpful - not just once but every-time we went. Usually we buy products where we get good customer service, I am now realizing that buying an APPLE product was a mistake. Service is not just WORST at store but over the phone as well. Took my Apple Refurbished imac computer in with power problem, kept shutting itself down after 30 seconds to 2 minutes. I scheduled an appointment through Apple Support. Appointment was 4 1/2 days from that date, Apple stores are ALL busy around here. I took my computer in and was seen at my scheduled appointment time. Matt escorted me to the Genius Bar and he set my computer up and turned it on, it came up and ran fine. He informed me that they would need to keep my computer for 3 to 5 days to try and duplicate the problem and do diagnostics checks. True to their word after 4 days Kelly called and said the computer was ready for pickup. They could not duplicate the problem. I brought the computer home and plugged it in and it is working fine, at least for now anyway. I have worked on aircraft for over 27 years in the electrical field and know it is hard to duplicate problems some of the times and electrical parts can break when ever they want to, even new out of the box computers would fail. I give the Southlake Apple Store a 5 star rating for customer service and technical help, and I say thank you to the staff.

I came to pick up a laptop that I had order online, and I ended up having to go to 3 employees, which is fine, but each one h4as the same opening line... I asked "do you mind helping me with something?" and they hesitantly say "uhh... ... ... Maybe... depending on what it is". I get that they may have specialized jobs, but they should be happy to help and happily direct me to the right person -- other stores with better customer service would even walk me over to the right employee and tell the other employee exactly what I was there for. Expected a lot more from Apple management.

Visited the Apple store @ Southlake Town Center. It has been redesigned and is one large open room inside. A bit noisy with classes going on, and customers being served. They have a huge wall screen for training. I had a short wait and my business was completed satisfactorily. Parking garage is about 75yard walk from the store.

Technicians & managers were not helpful - not just once but every-time we went. Usually we buy products where we get good customer service, I am now realizing that buying an APPLE product was a mistake. Service is not just WORST at store but over the phone as well. They are not knowledgeable and don't keep their word.

Took my Apple Refurbished imac computer in with power problem, kept shutting itself down after 30 seconds to 2 minutes. I scheduled an appointment through Apple Support. Appointment was 4 1/2 days from that date, Apple stores are ALL busy around here. I took my computer in and was seen at my scheduled appointment time. Matt escorted me to the Genius Bar and he set my computer up and turned it on, it came up and ran fine. He informed me that they would need to keep my computer for 3 to 5 days to try and duplicate the problem and do diagnostics checks. True to their word after 4 days Kelly called and said the computer was ready for pickup. They could not duplicate the problem. I brought the computer home and plugged it in and it is working fine, at least for now anyway. I have worked on aircraft for over 27 years in the electrical field and know it is hard to duplicate problems some of the times and electrical parts can break when ever they want to, even new out of the box computers would fail. I give the Southlake Apple Store a 5 star rating for customer service and technical help, and I say thank you to the staff.

Employees here very hesitant to help customers. I came to pick up a laptop that I had order online, and I ended up having to go to 3 employees, which is fine, but each one h4as the same opening line... I asked "do you mind helping me with something?" and they hesitantly say "uhh... ... ... Maybe... depending on what it is". I get that they may have specialized jobs, but they should be happy to help and happily direct me to the right person -- other stores with better customer service would even walk me over to the right employee and tell the other employee exactly what I was there for. Expected a lot more from Apple management.

Visited the Apple store @ Southlake Town Center. It has been redesigned and is one large open room inside. A bit noisy with classes going on, and customers being served. They have a huge wall screen for training. I had a short wait and my business was completed satisfactorily. Parking garage is about 75yard walk from the store.

I was very impressed with the level of expertise the staff at this location has! While we were waiting for the phone to be repaired, we spoke with several customer service representatives about Apple new products and apps. Everyone was very helpful and very professional. We really appreciate Bo taking the time to help us, he is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We learned so much! Thanks again! This is a great location, the repair has been completed in less than one hour! Wow - yes - definitely recommended!
