Went in because my IPhone 7 had “loop disease” which is caused by a design flaw and currently has a class action lawsuit in regards to it. When I mentioned it to the greeter he explained the next tech available is in 2 hours. That was far too long of a wait. I told him I already know the resolution,which they can’t fix same day, and would be open to purchasing a new device but I would want a small discount because had the iPhone 7 not had a design flaw I wouldn’t of upgraded my phone for at least another year. He ignored the issue and worked quick to find a representative to help purchase the new phone. The agent was nice enough but she did not care I was only buying the phone due to Apples flawed design. She continued to laugh off or avoid the subject and just processed my transaction as if I had no issue at all. This is just bad customer service and I would not recommend Apple to anyone if this is their reaction to their own issue. Guess I just have to wait for the courts to work vs apple addressing their own issue internally. I would not recommend going to this store if you have an issue because the customer service is non existent.

Apple North Park Center is amazing. Although it is always very crowded, my daughter always loves going there. The Staff are always very nice, warm, friendly and receptive. They are always willing to help you and always answer any questions you have. I really enjoy taking my daughter there

Wish I could give them a zero..... for starters they are liars just to get your hard earned money Second the warranty they so called give is for a refurbished phone so if you get a brand new phone from a carrier any breaks down next day you get a refurbished and you have to pay the total price of the phone you had for the reefer like it was the old phone that was messing up which is ridiculous I went to the store and the one on Knox Street I live in Waco an hour and a half away I went to both stores for no reason two days in a row ridiculous there are ripoffs and con artist

the idea that Apple provides a premium "whole product" in the sense that support matches their hardware is clearly not the case, at least any longer; for a company that prides itself in design, my experience as writing this is a remarkable achievement: probably the single worst “waiting room” design I’ve ever experienced—after nearly an hour past my appointment time and being told twice it would be “about 5 minutes”, they couldn’t tell me where in line I was to see a tech. . . oh yeah, this is after finding out I’d come in for no reason since the battery I needed wasn’t in stock. . . and, yes, I had been told by phone support that they’d let me know in advance if batteries wouldn’t be available

The worst experience I ever had, went to buy a phone for my son, he paid $1400, that was on a Thursday at noon So didn’t have to fight the weekend crowd. Attitude from everyone wearing the apple logo from the minute you walk in, they act they are giving you something for free. Once processed the payment , his attitude was “i’m done here leave me alone”! Shameful , that’s what monopoly looks like!

Got my phone and Mac from here. The staff's super sweet. They stayed a little after work hours once to fix my phone. I felt terrible about it (still do) even though they kept assuring me it was fine. The best thing about Apple are the people who work at Apple because they're extremely kind.

Worst customer service ever by Apple store. I went to buy an iPad Pro and was waiting that somebody will come and help me. I waited for too long, then I turned around and two representatives were talking with each other and I said excuse me can you help me please one of these guys came rudely and said what’s going on I told him I would like to buy an iPad do you have any color options beside this and he was like it just comes in two color he was so rude with me and I asked him they use to have gold color but he was keep saying it has two colors I said let me make a phone call ask my friend what color she wants and after that he walked away and didn’t came back and asked me if I need further assistance.This thing made me so upset And I called the Manager then he came and I told him the whole situation but he said I apologize but he even didn’t take any action I don’t think so he deserve to be a manager.

I would have given this 5 stars if the chair was more comfortable. On a busy day expect to wait 2 hours. OR.....make an appointment. While I waited I took the garage band class (free) learned some tricks on my iPhone too. Everyone I worked with was very helpful. It’s a big mall and easy to get lost. Apple is on the first level.

Hey, I am Mike (janes husband). I walked into a sea of redshirt Apple employees ( 2 feet away ) that were busy chatting with each other. that’s cool and all but when I am visibly trying to get some headphones to work and the table of iPods that are dead I’d call that a bad experience. Hey maybe you should tell them what’s up I said to myself. So I proceeded to give them a heads up. They spent a minute to check it out to find that there was no power. So I bet you are wondering if they fixed it. Let me tell you after 20 minutes it still doesn’t work. I walked away and found a different guy who finally helped me connect to my phone. The iPods that I think these headphones should connect to still don’t work/have any power. A solid 2 stars.

My iPhone 6 received water damage while on vacation in Hawaii and honestly the last thing I wanted to do after hopping off an eight-hour red-eye flight was go to the Apple Store to get a new phone, but being back in reality, I knew I could no longer live life without a phone. The Genius Bar guy I got didn’t tell me anything I didn’t already know — I needed a new phone — but the way he treated me was pretty horrible. I asked for pricing on the iPhone 8, which he gave me, but not without telling me that I should “just get the Xr instead,” which was, if I remember, like $150 more without Apple Care (keep in mind Apple Care is also more expensive on these newer phones). I told him that I obviously would like to get the latest and greatest phone, but couldn’t afford a $1k phone, especially coming from an expensive vacation. That’s when he started telling me about the payment plans all the mobile carriers offer now and I told him I didn’t want to make payments on a phone, which just baffled him. He continued to HARDCORE sell me on both the Xr and the payment plan for the next 15 minutes, would not even entertain any questions I had about the 8, then walked away to let me “think it over.” I didn’t really need to think it over, I knew I wanted the 8 — I felt more comfortable with it UI-wise and I didn’t wanna walk out of there getting bullied into an expensive phone I didn’t even want. He just could not “understand” where I was coming from. He seriously kept saying over and over how he didn’t understand why I would choose the 8 over a far more superior phone like the Xr and that he didn’t understand why I would choose to pay in-full for a phone instead of making a $30 payment each month. He didn’t need to “understand,” he just needed to listen to my concerns and respect them. He even condescendingly said, “Well, if you’re going to wait ANOTHER five years to get a new phone…it only makes sense to me to get the newest phone.” After telling him three times I was going to go with the 8, and three attempts by him to show me features on the Xr that didn’t even really apply to how I’d use the phone, he chucked me off to a salesperson who was night and day different from that guy. As we walked over to where the 8’s were, the salesperson asked me what drew me to the 8 versus the Xr. I told him mainly price and that I felt more comfortable using it since the interface was just like my 6 and he responded, “I completely get that.” That was the last we ever spoke about it. He happily walked me through the purchase and setup of my 8 and made small talk with me about my vacation. Even the girl who came from the back to bring him my new phone exclaimed, “Oh my gosh, congratulations! This is such a pretty color! Congrats on your new phone!” The first guy I got acted like I was the biggest idiot in the world for choosing the 8, but these last two people treated me with respect, after all, the 8 without a trade-in is STILL an expensive phone…I feel like buying a phone is almost akin to buying a new car or a luxury product. It’s a huge financial decision and should be responded to with a “congratulations” by the people selling me this product. I definitely shouldn’t be made to feel stupid by a tech “Genius” for buying what they may consider an “obsolete” phone. I waited to write this review because I thought I was maybe blowing things out of proportion from jet lag and lack of sleep, but now that I’ve had time to think about my experience at this store, it’s not right. I mean jeez, I’m in my 20s, so I grew up with technology and I fully understand the appeal of getting the newest phone, but I feel sorry for anyone over the age of 40 who walks into this store and has to deal with that first guy I got, especially if they’re just trying to purchase something they feel comfortable with. I wish I could remember everyone’s names, especially the last two people I encountered because they were amazing.

I had made an appointment a few days in advance because that’s the only thing they had available despite having viruses and hackers on my computer and phone and missed my appointment time due to being at work and when I drove all the way over to the store one of the guys was very rude about it and said I couldn’t be seen because I had missed my appointment time. Really? You can’t find someone else? Very rude African American gentleman I will never forget this experience. You’re not a doctors office you’re an Apple store and your customers should come first not be turned away after they couldn’t make it and asked to make another appointment a week from yours after you already had one! By the way people have emergencies and if you can’t work on someone’s issue because they missed their appointment time and they have to wait another week for an appointment that is absurd.

Went to this Apple Store for my first Apple Store experience and I did it on the launch of the new iPhone without realizing it! However, even though it was completely packed I was taken care of the whole time and they were able to help me pick out the Apple Watch right for me. Hopefully going to be able to come back for the iPhone 11 Pro in a few months. But for a first time experience, this made a good impression! (Picture is me trying on some watches)

Don’t bother wasting your time at this place - waited 30 minutes to be approached after checking in for my appointment. This is why people make appointments - to be seen on time because many have other scheduled things going on in life. There were several people waiting before me that had earlier appointment times. I asked for pricing on the iPhone 8, which he gave me, but not without telling me that I should “just get the Xr instead,” which was, if I remember, like $150 more without Apple Care (keep in mind Apple Care is also more expensive on these newer phones). I told him that I obviously would like to get the latest and greatest phone, but couldn’t afford a $1k phone, especially coming from an expensive vacation. That’s when he started telling me about the payment plans all the mobile carriers offer now and I told him I didn’t want to make payments on a phone, which just baffled him. He continued to HARDCORE sell me on both the Xr and the payment plan for the next 15 minutes, would not even entertain any questions I had about the 8, then walked away to let me “think it over.” I didn’t really need to think it over, I knew I wanted the 8 — I felt more comfortable with it UI-wise and I didn’t wanna walk out of there getting bullied into an expensive phone I didn’t even want. He just could not “understand” where I was coming from. He seriously kept saying over and over how he didn’t understand why I would choose the 8 over a far more superior phone like the Xr and that he didn’t understand why I would choose to pay in-full for a phone instead of making a $30 payment each month. He didn’t need to “understand,” he just needed to listen to my concerns and respect them. He even condescendingly said, “Well, if you’re going to wait ANOTHER five years to get a new phone…it only makes sense to me to get the newest phone.” After telling him three times I was going to go with the 8, and three attempts by him to show me features on the Xr that didn’t even really apply to how I’d use the phone, he chucked me off to a salesperson who was night and day different from that guy. As we walked over to where the 8’s were, the salesperson asked me what drew me to the 8 versus the Xr. I told him mainly price and that I felt more comfortable using it since the interface was just like my 6 and he responded, “I completely get that.” That was the last we ever spoke about it. He happily walked me through the purchase and setup of my 8 and made small talk with me about my vacation. Even the girl who came from the back to bring him my new phone exclaimed, “Oh my gosh, congratulations! This is such a pretty color! Congrats on your new phone!” The first guy I got acted like I was the biggest idiot in the world for choosing the 8, but these last two people treated me with respect, after all, the 8 without a trade-in is STILL an expensive phone…I feel like buying a phone is almost akin to buying a new car or a luxury product. It’s a huge financial decision and should be responded to with a “congratulations” by the people selling me this product. I definitely shouldn’t be made to feel stupid by a tech “Genius” for buying what they may consider an “obsolete” phone. I waited to write this review because I thought I was maybe blowing things out of proportion from jet lag and lack of sleep, but now that I’ve had time to think about my experience at this store, it’s not right. I mean jeez, I’m in my 20s, so I grew up with technology and I fully understand the appeal of getting the newest phone, but I feel sorry for anyone over the age of 40 who walks into this store and has to deal with that first guy I got, especially if they’re just trying to purchase something they feel comfortable with. I wish I could remember everyone’s names, especially the last two people I encountered because they were amazing.

I had made an appointment a few days in advance because that’s the only thing they had available despite having viruses and hackers on my computer and phone and missed my appointment time due to being at work and when I drove all the way over to the store one of the guys was very rude about it and said I couldn’t be seen because I had missed my appointment time. Really? You can’t find someone else? Very rude African American gentleman I will never forget this experience. You’re not a doctors office you’re an Apple store and your customers should come first not be turned away after they couldn’t make it and asked to make another appointment a week from yours after you already had one! By the way people have emergencies and if you can’t work on someone’s issue because they missed their appointment time and they have to wait another week for an appointment that is absurd.

Went here to buy a new laptop for my sis. We were checking out all the new laptops they had and since they had great deals we were taking a look at everything. Each table and 1-2 workers. When we looking someone asked us if we needed help. The process was easy and fast. The only thing was when we we came to pick up the next day... and not looking at products...we were just standing arounf looking lost. We could see workers bunched up and chit chatting away instead of looking around to see if there any customers who needed help. that really urks me. but we had to bug someone who was busy to help us and everything worked out. This Apple Store has got to be one of the flagship stores for Apple inside the beautiful NorthPark Mall. They are located near Nordstrom’s so mama can go get some fine shoes while you are picking out the newest and finest iPhones, iPads, computers, laptops, I mean to tell you, it’s like a full acres of the best of Apple’s best including their employees. Denise at this location was amazing. I was going to leave a 3 star review because the guy who was helping us completely forgot to come and check up on us and sign our receipt after 53 minutes. Denise kept checking up on us while helping everyone else at the table we were at. The original guy who was helping us out not only didn’t check up on us.. but gave us a used air pod case we were switching our for repair. Denise had to then get us a new one from the back and we had to start the update process again. But, kudos to Denise for getting us taking care of in 15 mins.

Now for the review...Apple staff are always friendly. They love their products and are users of them. They feel our pain when things aren’t right. They approach their customers like their helping a friend. Technology takes time, so be patient, be kind, and know you have an advocate with everyone you deal with at an Apple store. My issues from start to finish took six hours. Did I like the time spent, no! Was I satisfied with the service and end result, ABSOLUTELY!

I arrived was told it was not ready, waited an hour, asked another rep about the order and was told it was ready for a few minutes. I was so disappointed after going to this store today. I was looking to buy the Apple Watch 4 Series but the associate was not at all interested in telling me about it or helping me in any other way. I asked multiple times about different features hoping the associate would explain them to me but they gave quick, uninformed answers (and as I later discovered on my own, some of the answers were incorrect). I let the associate know I had a medical need for the watch and asked specifically about those features but again their answers were clipped and short. The whole exchange was less than 5 minutes. Apple makes great products but in order to buy those products the stores need informed and interested employees. I walked in ready to spend $450 on a watch but instead walked out and bought a competitors product.

Today I took my iPhone 6splus into the store to be tested and repaired for a problem with the sound breaking up repeatedly and often during phone calls. The past two days the phone had no sound at all. Steve, the tech who helped me, tested the phone and said it showed no problem. Then he said we needed to delete all of the phone's software and download it again onto the phone. I said that I do not want to lose any information that I have in my phone. He said okay, no problem. Now that I am back at home I discovered that 5 year's worth of very important information in my "Notes" app is lost forever. A lot of it is irreplaceable. I am very upset. How could this happen? I trusted Steve and Apple to take care of my phone and all of its information. Sadly, it was misplaced trust. I have no recourse to retrieve the information. What can be done about this? This should never happen again. Please retrain Steve regarding this grave mistake.

Today I took my iPhone 6splus into the store to be tested and repaired for a problem with the sound breaking up repeatedly and often during phone calls. The past two days the phone had no sound at all. Steve, the tech who helped me, tested the phone and said it showed no problem. Then he said we needed to delete all of the phone's software and download it again onto the phone. I said that I do not want to lose any information that I have in my phone. He said okay, no problem. Now that I am back at home I discovered that 5 year's worth of very important information in my "Notes" app is lost forever. A lot of it is irreplaceable. I am very upset. How could this happen? I trusted Steve and Apple to take care of my phone and all of its information. Sadly, it was misplaced trust. I have no recourse to retrieve the information. What can be done about this? This should never happen again. Please retrain Steve regarding this grave mistake.

I will have to say, thanks to this place my wife switched over from an iphone to a note. This place was overwhlemed, and the staff seemed as if they did not want to be there. My wife walked in with my two children, and the ability to purchase a new iPhone. This was going to be my present to her, and that is what she was going to pick as her gift. Well she came back home upset, and without a phone. She stated that she waited over two hours, and was bounced around from one table to another. She also stated that she also over heard other people complain about nothing being done to help them with their situations, i do not know what they were there for, and i am not going to elaborate on that point any further. I am disappointed that this happened and will not recommend this place to anyone. If management reads this review, understand this, people who want to buy a new phone have walked out without buying anything, and turning over to your competitor for service. That means you are losing thousands, i say that becasue word of mouth is the best marketing tool for either negative or positive feedback. For consumers that only means that eventually things are going to change for you, maybe prices, or even quality of products to make up for the losses. Of course any big company can sustain for a while, but the bottom line is always on the minds of share holders and when that is affected....well whos going to pay then? Think about that

The only reason not giving this place 1 star is because Jesse and Nicky’s amazing service. A young girl was in a group of boys just laughing about something on the iPad in the midst of working on a very busy Sunday. I asked for service and she replied with a “hold on please” and continued to laugh. Obviously being annoyed and angry, I walked away before I said something inappropriate. Luckily, the gentleman named Nicky approached and helped us. We walked away with a purchase of $1800. We aren’t there for kicks and giggles, I wish the service was better because I do like the shopping mall.

Great Apple store! Customer service is really fantastic. As soon as you walk in you're greeted and assisted. I just got a new iPhone from sprint and just wanted to get a new case for it. The store was extremely busy but I was still in and out within 10 minutes. I love that they have people roving that are able to check you out and you can simply get your receipt emailed to you. Very convenient.

I hate crowds, and this place is always packed, but after a buddy of mine told me about their service my wife and I gave it a shot. It is well worth the wait to have knowledgeable people working on you equipment (iphone/ipad). They are hands down far better than going to any at&t store. The people at an att store barely know half the stuff the apple does. Walked in here already expecting to wait about 2 hours and they got to us in 20 mins. Went here for service on new phones that att screwed up a few days before. I will from now on only go to apple stores for my trade ins and service issues. They can do everything att (service providers) can do and more.

Craziness abounds in this place. The concept of traffic control and organization is definitely missing. But the staff are knowledgeable and patient even while trying to teach the most basic fundamentals of modern technology. Strongly suggest you visit the website before going. Is Apple starting to upsell customers? I’ve had great experiences with this store in the past but was turned off by my last experience in the store. Usually, staff makes an effort to be helpful without pushing sales. I appreciate an atmosphere where staff is knowledgeable enough to answer questions to help me make a decision over a future purchase or even service options. This last trip I had a specific question about Apple Watch battery replacement (which I already knew the answer but needed verification). Her (Apple store “salesperson”) response was that she wasn’t sure about replacing a battery but that I should consider purchasing a new watch altogether. I was done at that point and left the store. I hope Apple is not shifting their CS model to up-selling tactics.

They gave me an iPhone with a defective screen and refused to change it despite me opening the packaging in the store itself and showing them the problem right in front of them. The manager, Kevin Uhles refused to acknowledge my concern and even refused to take back my phone for a refund.

I had to exchange 2 pairs of ear buds. But, what I couldn't understand is, their were TONS of employees walking around, doing absolutely NOTHING, but conversating w/fellow employees. I mean, they had a room full of patrons in the place, but no one was being helped!!! I was rather upset, so I brought it to management"s attention. They didn't really seem to be bothered, as much as I was, though. I was very disappointed with the service I received here. So, if you're in a hurry, DON'T go here!!!

EDIT: Went to another apple store and they allowed me to unlock my phone without an appointment. So the manager at this store lied to me. Apple is know for their customer serivce which is a joke. I call into apple to make an appointment to get my phone unlocked and they say I do not need and appointment to unlock the phone. So I drive 1 hour and I get to the store and they said I cant get help without and appointment that is 6 hours later. I speak to the manager and he said he doesnt care what they said on the phone and that he makes the rules and it doesnt matter what was said by their rep.

If you're buying any Apple product, you should come here rather than places like Bestbuy that keep asking to pressure you into buying a warranty. Once i got serviced it was very fast. I only needed to know how to pull up my saved passwords in my different application. He showed me how to retrieve them in 1 mintue but the wait to see someone was about 20-25 minutes it was very busy there.

Let me start off by saying that I am an Android Guy and going to any Apple Store is not on my list of the top 1000 things to do! With that being said, I have had to go twice in the last 30 days. #1: iPhone XR was misplaced while shopping. Someone took off with the phone, then dropped it in the middle of a lightly used street when we started calling it to find it. We found in using the find my phone feature (see photo). I took it to the Apple Store to get the screen replaced. They replaced the phone as the face ID sensor was failing 50% of the time. #2: Got an iPad mini for a client that had a bad battery. Scheduled a trip back to the Apple Store, spent 20 minutes with the rep and they replaced it. BEFORE you go for a repair, schedule an appointment or you will be waiting for a while. This store always has at least 50 - 100 customers at any given time roaming around. The reps have worked hard to make sure that I was well taken care of!

Apple is rotting. This is what in my mind when i step out of the store extremely frustrated. My iPhone X had the top area dark. Made an appointment arrived on time everything was good. The service rep checked on the phone and said, yeh there is no cosmetic damage, it is within warranty. We will fix it for you for free. "IF WE CAN CALIBRATE". He added. "IF WE CANNOT CALIBRATE, WE WILL CHARGE YOU $699." I doubted and ask him, "okey.. you will tell me first before charging me right?" He said yes. "OK. let's register the repair then." oh "THE SYSTEM WON'T ALLOW ME. I HAVE TO SEND IT TO A THIRD PARTY SHOP. IT WILL TAKE TWO WEEKS". Really??? Last time I had to come to an apple store was 2011 when i shattered my iphone4S. It was my fault i dropped it and broke the screen. I came to the shop and they gave me a BRAND NEW ONE with no question asked. Now you tell me to wait 2 weeks before you can tell me if you will charge me $699 even though it is within warranty? i'd rather you be honest and just tell me that you don't want to provide service no more!!! Farewell iphone. My last iphone it is.
