Thought I had a hard drive failure, Robin quickly tested and found the problem was actually with my ram. He pulled the bad stick and even gave me the proper error code and how to contact the company over the lifetime warrenty i didnt even know i had. He was kind and super knowledgeable, this will be my go to place in Dalton!

Staff was extremely heplful. Got a new computer for my Father and they are fixing a laptop for mu daughter. They show you what is wrong before any repair and give a warranty that is fair on all their items. The have my business from now on.

I was having trouble with my wireless connection and had searched internet for answers with no luck. Finally I looked on Google for a local computer store. Robin was very helpful and friendly and helped resolve the issue in 5 minutes. I also took time to look at his inventories of computers and found them reasonably priced. I prefer to shop local and will return when I need a new computer or help with repairs. Thanks!!

Complete waste of time, can never get ahold of anyone on the store phone, would not recommend this shop. You are better off going to a big chain store, or somewhere eles atleast then you could contact someone about produces, repairs.

I had a Sony laptop that refused to turn on. I stopped by PC P.I.'s after checking them out online. I expected to have to leave the PC with them, but they took it right away and essentially fixed it before my eyes within 20 minutes or so. It was awesome and they are really good people. They don't really work on printers at this computer repair place… and that makes sense. but today, they took in my Samsung color laser printer and were able to remove paper and labels that were stuck on a roller inside the printer casing. Their price was better than most shops like this, since it was no charge. It was a comparatively easy fix, but I had no idea they would not charge me anything. So this is my full recommendation, based on the fact that they did what I asked and charged me nothing. I'm thinking that might not happen every time… but it sure was nice the 1st time.

Good group and very helpful, but difficult to communicate with after they have your machine! No voicemail, just an apology that they are with someone. If you want an update, be prepared to actually go into the shop.

The staff at PC P.I.'s are awesome and always able to supply the support I need on the different programs I have problems with. The supply of the computers is always high quality and good prices but to me the difference is the after sales support. If you go to a large retail store you either have to wait in line and then leave the computer with them and getting what you wanted solved is often an issue. Not here at with PC P.I.'s. You cannot go wrong with these guys!

I have been to PcPi's several times. Each time i have been treated with extreme courtesy. but more than that they have always found out what is going on with my computer. Today I walked in having trouble with office 365. After a few questions, a wiggles of the fingers in the back ground waved and WOW office back up and running. It was stuck in the back ground . I know some things are not that easy , but from easy to hard the service, professionalism have always been impeccable. P.S. They have the best music playing!!

It was a great experience. I had operating system upgraded and a sticking keyboard repaired. I was told 2 days but they would call me when it was done. They called next day said it was ready. Everything was explained before I left. They are Knowledgeable and very professional. Ill buy my next machine there instead of some giant. Great people.
