I've taken my iPhone there to have the screen replace, and recently I took my husband's iPad. Phones and More has the best prices around. They are usually pretty quick to take care of repairs, if they have the part in. My iPhone repair went without problems. However, when i got my husband's iPad home, the home button didn't work. i took it back, and they said it worked when I left with it. Their checkout sheet even said it did. I should have checked it myself, but since I didn't i paid the extra $25 to get it fixed. I like the people who work there. They are friendly and nice. However, although they say they text you when the item is ready, I have yet to get a text. i always have to call or go by there to see if the item is done. I don't think they are that good on communication. That said, I'd still go back again.

Phones and More is definitely the best place to go to get your phone and tablet screens fixed!! Tara is by far the best in the business! A++++ service and so friendly to do business with! I wouldn't recommend anybody else other than Phones and More!! My iPhone 6s looks amazing!!!!

if i could give this place no stars i would! went there to get my iphone 6s plus screen replaced and everything that was working no longer works. proximity sensor does not work. i can not make phone calls without it being on speaker. sometime the touch doesn’t work. and here recently it says that my headphones are in and i can’t hear anything. the day after i got my phone “fixed” , i went back there to get them to actually fix it and they would not even give it a look. they said that since the guy checked everything off as still working, there was nothing they could do about it and then laughed in my face. 10/10 do NOT recommend. worst place i’ve been to.

I have always gone to Phones and More for all of my phone/iPad/iPod issues. I love this place. To be such a busy place, I've never waited long for my repairs. The service is great, staff is super friendly no matter how many rude customers walk through that door, they treat the next customer with a smile. I trust their service and that's what keeps me coming back. Their prices are unbeatable and they never use aftermarket parts. I know this because a sales rep came in while I was waiting for my phone and was trying to sell the main woman at the front aftermarket parts and she told the guy no she doesn't use aftermarket parts, they are cheap she said. Bought a unlocked phone from here. It works great so that’s not the problem. The customer service needs a little fine tuning. I asked to see a phone that I was purchasing but the lady behind the counter had a death grip on the phone and wouldn’t let me touch it to look at it like I was going to steal it. After I payed the $400 for the phone she looked at each bill like I was trying to give her counterfeit bills. I felt more like a criminal instead of a paying customer. My advice is to be more discreet. Use those dollar pens to detect counterfeit. I have good credit and my cash was good. Don’t make me feel like I’m trying to steal from u

I had dropped my granddaughter's cell phone and cracked the screen very badly. I took it by and got a very fair and least expensive estimate than I found anywhere else and was told they could do it in half an hour, which is less time than I found anywhere else. [One place I checked and they would have to send the phone off.] It is an I-Phone 7. I was very pleased and they have a 180 day guarantee on their work. I will be going back here for all my cell phone needs and repairs from now on.

I cracked my screen again several months after getting it fixed here. Took it to an Apple store. Then I realized how dull the screen from here was. It was also sometimes unresponsive. They gave me a copy of the handwritten work order as a receipt. Square Trade wouldn't accept it as a receipt and, therefore, wouldn't pay the claim. IPhone repair wouldn't give me any other kind of receipt. I asked them to type one up and print it off. They refused. I spoke to the owner to ask. She hung up on me!

They said they ordered a mother board for my phone and it would take two days. That two days turned into FIVE WEEKS. Then once the mother board was "in" I gave them my phone to repair. Two weeks later after getting the run-around that they have used 3 mother board that didn't work I finally got fed up and asked for my phone back. They wouldn't even look me in the eye when I was in the office asking about the phone... and I wasn't rude in the office. They're quick to hang up the phone when you're asking about the status to your phone. I listed two phone numbers for them to contact with any updates on the repair and the lady said she texted both numbers... in which neither phone number received a text message. They are very friendly but it's kind of rude to not apologize about the wait time. So after SEVEN WEEKS of not having my phone fixed... I will not do business with them in the future. I'm sure they're good for cracked screens, but if you have a major phone malfunction, go somewhere else.

I am very impressed with the TECH AT PHONES AND MORE! I let them know that I dropped my phone in the TOILET. My Phone had completely stopped working .He let me know that they were a full service cell phone repair facility and, one of the services they offer was LIQUID DAMAGE. I had my screen repaired here. When I got my phone back the front camera and speakerphone did not work. I went back with my receipt which states the phone has a limited warranty. They tell me that the screen does not have anything to do with the front camera or speakerphone, which is not true. Spend a little more money and go somewhere.

I called all different repair shops in town. Every one quote $150-$250 , and take days to fix the digitize on my iPad 6th generation. I called Phones & More and they quote $90, and only take less than 2 hours. I stopped by, and one hour later my iPad not cracked any more. Wonderful work! Fast! Friendly!

Customer BEWARE I took a Ipad in to get a screen after I had experience Tech refer me to them (only cause he could not get screen for a week) THEY wanted MY Password and I did Not see a reason for that. NOTHING was wrong with IPAD, had used it for weeks with a small crack on bottom, only replaced screen so i would not cut my finger BUT when I picked it up half my screen was tinted. They messed up the LG lighting putting on the screen TOLD me because I didn't give password they couldn't check that. THEY didn't need password to put on a screen and IPAD was fine when I dropped it off. Funny how they have cameras but wouldn't pull the next day i dropped it off to see nothing was damaged on my Ipad. I have experienced Apple tech now to see if he can fix if not I am will have to sue them for my $800.00 Ipad BEWARE If you don't want your information in their hands and your equipment tore up STAY AWAY from this STORE!!!!!

Not the place for repairs if time is a concern. Took items in for repair mid-week to assure items would be ready for Christmas. Left items and was advised I would receive a call back the following day. No calls to update. I have called every other day and finally was told items are being repaired by a third-party and the store has no control over when items will be completed. At best it would be acceptable as a response if communicated upfront or along the way. Not sure if the store understands the importance of holidays that happen once a year. Make sure you ask all the right questions before dropping off items. It appears they will say what you want to hear to gain business but in reality delivery is not up to par. Buyer beware.

I dont no how these people are in business.I took the fone in and had the board fixed wasnt fixed when got it home took it back in they fixed the screen said that wouldnt cost anything else still disnt work so they replased the board again supposedly i dont think they fixed it the first time told me i would get a new fone case nd they disnt give it 2 me and charged me another 40 dollars after the fact said if i didnt wamt 2 pay that they can put my old screen back on i said well do that but they tried 2 put one on their that wasnt even mine. So now the camera on either side dont work amd their not going 2 fix it nd lost the sims card saying their wasnt one in it then when i call they hung up on me back 2 back so beware of these people they need to be turned in 2 bbb thats my next move. i had taken my Macbook so i could find out why my computer was shutting off on its own. They told me they would call me back the next day and i NEVER got a call, i had to call THEM! & after i kept calling and calling the next couple days she finally told me to come get it. I went to go pick it up and the asian lady was rude. i asked her what was wrong with my computer and i honestly couldn’t understand what she was telling me so i asked her if she could write it down and she replied back saying “no i am telling you” in a rude way. i am very upset because it’s literally very difficult to understand her and she couldn't just write it down. overall i wouldn’t recommend to bring your laptops here.

Never take your phone here. I came in to get my screen repaired and they “repaired it”. I came Back three days later because the screen was coming up on the bottom (it had not been dropped or anything it was just lifted from not being installed properly). I was called a liar and they told me I must have dropped it and they would not fix it even though I had my receipt. After much argument they did the screen for half price. When I came back an hour later to pick up my phone they were extremely rude. After about 2 hours my screen had issues with the blue coloring and blue lines kept coming across my screen. I took it to a different store after that and paid for a third screen because these guys installed a bad screen the second time! Do not trust them. Go Anywhere else!!!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I called about 10 different place before called them. All other place want to fix the back of iPhone XR for over $300 , and they have to keep my phone for over a week. I called this place, they told me $150 and will be ready after 1 hour. I bought my iPhone to them and after 1 hour my iPhone back is not cracked any more. My phone work great and look awesome.

Was digging through trying to find places that still repair the Galaxy S3 that wouldn't take 2+ weeks to repair. Apparently a lot of repair stores no longer even do repairs on my phone enough to keep the parts so it would have been a special order. Phones & More was my one stop shop for this cell phone repair. They repaired my phone in under a week and it looks and works just like new! This is a great casual store with a clear eye on making a great customer experience. They said they fixed it then later that day my phone kept going black and changing colors worse than it was before I brought it to them. ive read alot of reviews and most of them are positive so i hate to be that one guy butttt... i take my iphone 7 here to get my charging port fixed (my screen was badly cracked at the time) they said theyd have to replace the screen as well because it would crack even more when they fix the charging port. so i got that all fixed. apparently after that “i dropped my phone again or put it in my back pocket??” and left the tiniest crack that prevented me from touching certain parts on the phone. i had to pay to get that fixed.. so like 2 weeks later “I DROP MY PHONE AGAIN” but brought my receipt and they fixed it for free but said if the manager was there they wouldnt be able to do that so i go on my way.. literally the next day i get ANOTHER tiny little crack right by the home button which prevents me from touching certain parts again so i call them and yes im irritated at this point! the lady says that im yelling and straight up hangs up on me

I've had 2 screens replaced here, an iPhone 6 and 5S. Both are working very good. I also had another issue and was heading out of town and of course my Best Buy insurance would cost an arm and a leg. why No police come and take them to jail? They buy devices from thief and help them jail break (unlock the phone ) and then sell to other people , they should go to jail with thieves. I caught the thief and tell them the truth and the horrible Asian woman was afraid police will come and get them she help the thief to run away. I hope those cops should investigate them.

DO NOT GO HERE !!! I was told over the phone and through text messages they could fix my phone just didn't know the price without seeing it. So I bring the parts that are needed to fix my phone and travel almost 50+ miles to be told that they don't fix them that way and it would be 80 dollars and thats pretty much a new phone and there not willing to fix it and where just rude and hateful about the entire ordeal and didn't really care at all about me or the phone needing to be fixed
