However, only 20-25 minutes later my phone was done. I’m very satisfied with their work. My phone looks brand new. Way to go iFix

Really friendly service, they even remembered me from the last time my toddler broke my screen! They were able to fix not only my screen, but also my “selfie” camera and phone earpiece, despite pre-existing water damage. They’re great!

I walked by this store so many times with a doubt for past 2 years. But finally I have to pay a visit for my broken iPhone screen. The experience was very great. Sales rep was very friendly, explanatory, welcoming and assuring. On the top of it you can see through the glass what is being performed on the phone. I felt better here than compared to being in apple store. Cost to replace screen was 80% cheaper. I strongly can say if you want to be treated as real valued customer and for a better price and quicker please visit this store before going to apple. Also, as a local business they offer institution discounts based on your workplace.

Because my phone is about 6 phone generations old, no one in town had a screen for it in stock, so it had to be ordered. I was about to go to the place that the ATT store recommended, but decided to call around since it was far for me. IFix found one at a better price AND they got the screen and installed it 2 days faster than estimated. They also helped me with backing up everything. I like that customers can watch them working as well.

My phone took a ride on the top of my car due to me rushing about. It flew off and fell into the street. The screen was completely shattered. I had 3 options... forget it and live off the grid which is not an option, take it to my cellular carrier which is always annoying, or take it to iFix where they know how to remedy the situation and fix it if possible. Diagnostics were run, the screen replaced, and I have my phone back. Thank you iFix!

Then sent me to Poplar Ave store near Perkins after calling and locating a replacement camera that would work for my model. Quick, professional and reasonable cost. 60 day warranty on work.

I was told over the phone that the repair to my device would be a two to three hour wait. When I dropped my device off At 1:20 I was told it would be 5:00 before it would be ready. That’s not the two to three hours I was told it would take, not even an hour earlier on the phone. I was told my device might be ready sooner but if you don’t hear from us just be back at five to pick it up. That did not leave me with much hope that the job wouldn’t take the full three hours and fourty minutes to complete. I was not given a price of the replacement battery before leaving the store. Partly my fault cause I didn’t ask but I shouldn’t have to ask what the service is going to cost me. The associate seemed like she would have rather been anywhere else but there taking my information. In the end the service was complete and at this time the device is working properly. Only time will tell if the battery will hold up. That’s why I’m ranking two stars. Cause the service I paid for was done. Just wish I could have felt more confident in the staff or that they wanted my business in the first place.

10/10 best customer service, best price. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in town for phone repairs. Independent retail repair stores usually have to gouge you price wise, just to stay in business. iFix Memphis has managed to build a loyal returning customer base, having little use for cheap sales pitches and promotions. Also offered me a tempered screen to go with my new screen purchase to better protect as I am not one who likes to use the phone cases. I got my iPhone 8 screen replaced here a while back and it's like someone is trying to hack into my phone. I'll pull my phone out and it's disabled for 1hr from putting the password in wrong so many times, or I wake up to 400+ black pictures taken over the night and 30 mins long screen recordings. It even FaceTime people in the middle of the night 2am, 4am &6am, it's so embarrassing. I wouldn't go back.

I came in today with a busted IPhoneX screen. I saw online that I’d be paying around $280. IFix it not only fixed my screen for SIGNIFICANTLY LESS, but the repair was prompt taking only an hour, with other people’s repairs ahead of mine. The staff was also friendly and polite and I felt comfortable that they were experts at what they were doing. I bought a screen protector to keep the pretty new screen they put on safe, and the man behind the counter noted he felt confident putting the cover on because they had allowed him to practice putting these one so that when he did it for a customer he was an expert. I also saw the individual in the back diligently working on repairs. Top notch iPhone repair shop. I will never go anywhere else!

Wow. Quick and affordable! Good service too. Went in with a busted glass on my iPhone. Walked out hour and half later with new glass, new protective temper glass shield and a new cover for less than I paid for a new glass only last year. As a contractor my phone takes a lot of abuse.
