They went above and beyond to help me keep my costs down by only recovering a few files that I specified (I had the rest backed up). They were able to restore my laptop and retrieve the files I asked for. When I picked up my laptop they booted it up and went over things with me, making sure I understood everything. I went to look at a possible laptop for a startup business. They were courteous, and one of the sales guys (possible tech) was knowledgeable. However, when I said I wanted to think over the purchase, the high pressure sales pitch went into effect. I felt as if i had to defend my decision to wait. There was no empathetic listening applied from the one salesman, and for that reason, I'm leaning toward making my purchase elsewhere.
