I decided to see for myself and I couldn't be happier with that choice. Ben was professional, friendly and very helpful in resolving my issue with my laptop. In fact, from the time it took to explain my problem to the time he had my problem resolved was about an hour and thirty minutes. I realize my issue was a minor one but blow away by how efficient and quickly he was able to fix it for me! Solid computer repair work, and fast. They called me with a diagnosis of the problem the same day I dropped it off! Even though I dropped it off right before Thanksgiving, it was ready within two business days, and now runs great. You can count on this business to provide honest, competent consultation and assessment of the issues before and after repairs. Not only was my hard drive replaced, but their experts deleted the unnecessary background programs my computer had accumulated that were slowing it down. To say the least, it was a far better experience here than at other local computer shops in the area (namely, Trinity Computers), where my relatives have been over-charged and under-serviced. Definitely telling them to come here, instead.

Commercial Business Systems worked with them for over 12 years. In 2003, we purchased a server and several workstations from them, and they all worked great for many years.
