My macbook pro was blinking a file folder with a question mark, so I took it here! I was met with excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Apparently my hard drive failed so they ordered a new one and replaced it. I was told the part would come in within 5-7 business days, but they had it fixed and ready to go in 4 days. Would highly recommend Jordan!!

Apple products are a joke and their customer service representatives are a even bigger joke. Came in on November 30 2017 with 2 friends to get my phone fixed because the screen was going out. So I walk up to a tech and tell him what all is going on he says they can replace it but I'll haft to come back in the morning on because it's almost closing time this was at 8pm remind so oh alright why not tonight he said because everyone is booked up and it would be after hours before they could see me and said I'll be back in the morning when you all open came back Dec 1 20117 to get it replaced the guy that I spoke to was not there so I told a employee I had came in the day before and had my device inspected and they said I could get it replaced today. Guy gets a attitude right off the bat and says well we'll haft to inspect the device again and said sure he comes back and says they will not replace it and that I'll haft to buy a new phone for 300 dollars I said the guy yesterday who inspected my phone said it was able for replacement so what happened from the day before. He goes on to list a cracked screen when there wasn't and a bend in the phone which was another lie. So I tell him no and call customer support and they gave me a price of 260 dollars to replace my phone because they could not get ahold of this stores management staff. They lied about my device and they lied about prices this companies employees and products are a joke especially only having the device 8 months and it screwing up.

What can you do without an Apple store?. I had a problem with my Mac it was so convenient just to go down to the store for their help and I was able to accomplish what I needed. I made an appointment for the Genius BarAnd then did some shopping so when it was time I could return to the store and they waited on me with a smile.

You think your $1000 iPhone is waterproof or water resistant???? Heeeeell no!!! My 2 month old iPhone X was in 1 feet water for less than 10 seconds and it won’t turn on!! Apple store manager Casey says it’s an accident matter we are not replacing it even if we advertising it as a water resistant! The biggest accident is when you tell people that their iPhone can be in 3 feet water for 30 minutes but less than 10 second 1 feet water will kill your iPhone completely.

Brought my Apple Watch in to have it looked at because it wouldn’t turn on. The guy I worked with tried to turn it on and a red exclamation point popped up. He turned to me and said “I don’t know what is wrong with it but whenever that happens it just means that they will send you a new watch or fix this one (whichever works out) for free”. My best friend was there and heard what was said and we talked about how awesome that was WITH that employee! When I was called to come pick up my watch a different guy brought it out to me. He took it out of the box and tried to turn it on and it wouldn’t come on. He went to the back to “check the repair notes”. When he returned he informed me that what they had thought was wrong with it, wasn’t wrong with it and that I would not be receiving a new/fixed watch. He then told me that I could pay $250+ to have it fixed or just buy a new one. When I declined he asked if I wanted to keep it or if he should dispose of it for me. I took it with me. I’m not leaving it with them so that they can fix it and sell it to somebody else! Now I have no watch and what happened to it was in no way my fault! Apple is a joke. I guess when your company gets to a certain point of success, you just stop caring about customer service.

I was 8 minutes late to my appointment. Arrived and was told I was taken off the appointment list, but he added it back on. The technician said it was going to be 750 some dollars to fix my MacBook air (new ones cost 999). He asked if I wanted to buy the new one today. Said I needed sometime to think about it but I wanted to have some time to think about it, but I wanted to look at the ipads today. He said a sales associate would meet me at the ipads and he'd boost me to the front of the line. I wandered for 20 min and no one came to help me. It doesnt make me want to puchase another apple product honestly.... Theirive already switched away from the iPhone and I need a new computer and tablet... Don't think I'll buy Apple products for them now either. Their new system with no front desk or lines or anything is utter chaos and apple no longer has the quality product with the longevity and warrantee that they used to.

The staff here is very knowledgeable and also courteous... but the cult of Apple is strong. Apple has certainly built an excellent reputation by taking someone else's original ideas and making them better. The displays are always fun to play around on.

This was my 1st dealings with the Apple Store. I was very impressed with Tyler who helped with our technical support and resolved the issue, he was very knowledgeable and patient. I was also pleased with Jacob, he too was knowledgeable and very helpful during our purchase of a few apple products. Overall, I was quite pleased with the whole experience and will definitely recommend to others

SIMM card not installed in $1,400 iPhone upgrade. Over 2 hours of my wasted time valued equal to a cell phone case. I declined the case as I was pretty disappointed that the manager valued 50 miles of driving my car, and over 2 hours of my time to equal the value of a $15-40 retail phone case. Here is what transpired: I traded in my iPhone for the latest model. An employee helped me activate and transfer my account, data, settings, etc. from my old iPhone to the new one. We were about 95% complete and she handed of the process to a second lady. After a couple of minutes she said all was done and my old screen now appeared on the new phone. I was assured all was good. Upon returning to my home 25 miles away I found the phone had no SIMM card. My original card was still in my old phone which I turned in for recycling. I found a neighbor with a cell phone, and a after a 5 minute call to the Apple help line, I was assured my new phone had a SIMM card and to call my carrier to activate. Upon opening the new phone I found no SIMM card. So I drive another 25 miles back to Knoxville during rush hour. After a 10 minute wait, the manager at the Apple store learns of the problem, another 10 minutes and she has my found my original SIMM card and inserts it into the new phone. Success. The phone is good. For my inconvenience she offers an apology and a free case. I declined the case as I was pretty disappointed at the poor service setting up my new phone, advise given on the Apple help line, and the poor effort made by the Knoxville Apple retail store manager to offset my inconvenience. I am very disappointed and hope others will use more caution when making purchases at Apple West Town Mall in Knoxville, TN.

Not a happy customer on Christmas morning. I bought an iPhone 8 plus Saturday, 12/23, as a gift for my niece as well as a leather otterbox phone case. She opens everything this morning only to discover that the phone case I paid just over $43.00 for is NOT INSIDE THE BOX!!!! REALLY??? So, you all sold me an EMPTY BOX!!! And on top of that, The receipt says 7P for the case. I am truly one pissed off Aunt on Christmas morning. I cannot wait until this store opens Tuesday morning.

Waited over 2 hours to get help with a computer problem, then had to wait longer after "my assigned time". Originally told us it would be an hour and a half, which wasn't true. The appointments were behind by 2-3 hours. I'd say make an appointment, but I don't think that even matters.

Apple Store The Electronic Theme Park. The Apple Store has a huge selection of the state of the arts electronics. The Apple Store is the only store, that lets you test out their laptops and I pads inside the store. And there is always an Apple Store representative, standing by to ask any questions about the Apple Products. This Christmas Holiday, My 12 year old son wanted an I phone, I pad and a new Laptop. He wants a job at the Apple Store, so he can purchase these items for himself.

Took my daughters phone in on Christmas Eve and had the screen replaced for $170. She has had problems with it ever since. Took it in today to see what the problem was and was told they couldn’t fix it because it was “a third party screen”. The phone hasn’t been anywhere besides Apple to be worked on so they basically called me a liar and wanted an additional $170 to put on a new screen. Long story short...I went to our cell phone carrier and got a brand new phone. I hope I NEVER have to deal with this store again, especially the manager Carlos, very RUDE.

My computer's hard drive broke during finals week at UT. The man that helped me said it could take 3-5 day to get it fixed, which was understandable. He was very informative and made sure I was aware of what they would be doing while having my computer at their store. I received an email the same night saying that my computer was fixed! The employees here are very helpful and friendly, while also working fast. I'm extremely pleased with the customer service, as well as response time!

I have been impressed by how well this store functions, especially considering how unbelievably busy they stay on a consistent basis. Behind the scenes, the tech team has always done a great job making the correct diagnoses and repairs for anything I have brought in over the last several years. To date, everyone I have had contact with has been very friendly and knowledgeable, and has quickly fixed any issues I have had, generally a day or two ahead of schedule. Couldn't ask for more. Having a problem with battery so call Apple Store to take advantage of the $29 battery. Was told they had to order it and when it got to store, that I would be called to set up appointment to have it replaced. They called said the battery is there and set a appointment for March 19, 2018 at 11_10 am. Took my iPhone 6 to get battery replaced. Was told it wasn’t a bad battery was a mother board which would cost $298 to fix. I told them that was too much money to put in it, of course they tried to sale me one. They also said that they would recycle it for me. I took my phone and left. Went to a local repair shop and he said it looked like a bad battery. Was checked and had new battery installed and has been working fine. From my experience I feel like they was trying to rip me off. So I want deal with the Apple Store anymore. I have always considered Apple to have a very high standard of Customer Service. It is one of the main reasons I have been a loyal apple fan since 2009. I have been having issues with my iphone for the last 2 years. It has been extremely frustrating. Not only did this store maintain apples standards of CS when dealing with me, they went far out of their way to take care of me. They brought a whole new meaning to good CS even for apple. I am very thankful for AJ, Carlos, and Brandon for all the effort they gave to take care of me. It makes me want to go out of my way to give them my business.

I had an update that took out my boot drive. Walked in and had a tech named David help me out in less than 15mn. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and good humored. He helped make a rough start a bit smoother. After he performed some Apple style whiz-bang, my OS drive was happy to take a fresh install.

Apple Store The Electronic Theme Park. The Apple Store has a huge selection of the state of the arts electronics. The Apple Store is the only store, that lets you test out their laptops and I pads inside the store. And there is always an Apple Store representative, standing by to ask any questions about the Apple Products. This Christmas Holiday, My 12 year old son wanted an I phone, I pad and a new Laptop. He wants a job at the Apple Store, so he can purchase these items for himself.

Took my daughters phone in on Christmas Eve and had the screen replaced for $170. She has had problems with it ever since. Took it in today to see what the problem was and was told they couldn’t fix it because it was “a third party screen”. The phone hasn’t been anywhere besides Apple to be worked on so they basically called me a liar and wanted an additional $170 to put on a new screen. Long story short...I went to our cell phone carrier and got a brand new phone. I hope I NEVER have to deal with this store again, especially the manager Carlos, very RUDE.

My computer's hard drive broke during finals week at UT. The man that helped me said it could take 3-5 day to get it fixed, which was understandable. He was very informative and made sure I was aware of what they would be doing while having my computer at their store. I received an email the same night saying that my computer was fixed! Having a problem with battery so call Apple Store to take advantage of the $29 battery. Was told they had to order it and when it got to store, that I would be called to set up appointment to have it replaced. They called said the battery is there and set a appointment for March 19, 2018 at 11_10 am. Took my iPhone 6 to get battery replaced. Was told it wasn’t a bad battery was a mother board which would cost $298 to fix. I told them that was too much money to put in it, of course they tried to sale me one. They also said that they would recycle it for me. I took my phone and left. Went to a local repair shop and he said it looked like a bad battery. Was checked and had new battery installed and has been working fine. From my experience I feel like they was trying to rip me off. So I want deal with the Apple Store anymore. I have always considered Apple to have a very high standard of Customer Service. It is one of the main reasons I have been a loyal apple fan since 2009. I have been having issues with my iphone for the last 2 years. It has been extremely frustrating. Not only did this store maintain apples standards of CS when dealing with me, they went far out of their way to take care of me. They brought a whole new meaning to good CS even for apple. I am very thankful for AJ, Carlos, and Brandon for all the effort they gave to take care of me. It makes me want to go out of my way to give them my business.

Not this store, but apple in general used to have great customer service. Now everything (even a MANUFACTURING ISSUE) costs hundreds. My watch was charging over night and when I took it off the next morning it was very hot, wouldn’t turn on, and had a small crack around the edges. I took it into the store and the guy said it looks like the battery swelled and shipped it off. Turns out they ran some tests on it and are now saying I need to pay $230 to have the screen fixed because they cant diagnose that the battery caused that. It cracked while on the charger.. This is the second watch this has happened to and they still will not fix it without paying $230.

I work exclusively with Mac products for my job as a designer, so I am very familiar with their inventory, parts, and specifications. I needed to purchase a new charger for my MacBook Pro. At the Apple Store, I was greeted by an exceptionally nice sales clerk. He approached me and was very friendly. I told him what I was looking for, and he handed me a charger. I mentioned that it looked different and had a different voltage than my old charger, but he assured me it was correct. When I got home, it was not correct. I completed the survey about the experience, and I made sure to mention that I was very satisfied with his service, but I wish I would have trusted my instincts. The next day, a manager contacted me and resolved the situation. I live out of town, so the store is shipping the right charger so I won't have to make the 2 hour trip to exchange it. For me, every store/company makes mistakes sometimes. I buy Apple products because when they do, they fix it. I would recommend their products and this store to anyone!

My 2016 MBP had keyboard issues. Initially, a few keys started double-typing. The problem became progressively worse over time. The Genius Bar immediately took it in and sent it off for service - at not cost. I no longer have AppleCare but this particular problem is under a Quality Program. Unfortunately, it took a couple of tries but I eventually received an all new top case, and it basically feels like a brand new machine. Very happy with the service.

I have been to the Apple Store three times for two different issues in the last two months. It was very busy all three times. I knew this about the store, so I was always ready for a long wait time. I was dealt with in a timely manner each time. The three different technicians I had were all efficient and were very patient and nice. It was a nice surprise. This is the only Apple Store in Knoxville and there were people there that drove from Kentucky for help because it is the closest store to them. That helps explain to me why they are usually packed with customers.

Forewarning....do not expect great service when visiting this Apple Store. Unfortunately this is the only Apple Store near me. This is the first time that I have ever needed to go in to the store to need a specialists help. We simply needed a battery change due to the issues accompanied with the iPhone 6. I made an appointment on Saturday for the first available date of Tuesday at 6:15pm. I arrived on time and signed in with the representative at the front of the store by giving him my name. He told us to head to the back of the store and someone would be with us shortly. My mom, newborn, and I then waited 30 minutes in the back of the store never moving from our spot at a table. We then watched as multiple people who came in after us were attended to. We began to get frustrated . So, I went to the representative who signed us in. I asked him what their procedure was for appointment holders. He then asked for the name we signed in with. I gave him the name and he told me that a specialist had tried to find us and could not so they skipped over us. Not once did anyone come by the "waiting area" in the back of the store where we were asked to wait to yell out, ask, or see if we were there. He told us he had signed us in as having on a "tan cardigan". Neither my mom, my newborn, or myself had on a "tan cardigan". My mom and I both had on floral colorful tops and my newborn was unable to be seen since she was in her carseat in the stroller but she was wearing a mint polkadot sleep and play. Then, the representative told me that we would have to wait for another specialist. So now, we have waited over 30 minutes for an appointment that was made 3 days prior and watched as multiple people were attended to. I then watched as the representative spoke to who I believe was the store manager about the situation. She then glanced and glared at us multiple times and even proceed to point us out to another colleague. Never once came over to apologize for the mishap and completely avoided us for the remainder of our time in the store. We then waited another 15 minutes before a specialist came to us. He then confirmed that we were there for a battery exchange. We concurred and he stated that it would take an hour and a half before they would be able to replace the battery. So we have now spent 45 minutes (being generous) waiting to be told that we are going to have to wait an additional hour and a half before we would be finished. However, after explaining to him our experience in the store thus far. He was able to get our battery replaced in 30 minutes. In my opinion, this level of service is outrageous and unacceptable for any place of business. I will be contacting the regional manager on this matter as well. I will also do everything I can to avoid this store at all cost.

The employees we dealt with this in this store today exemplified customer service, professionalism, product knowledge, patience, kindness and warmth. I can not say enough. Our sales rep Jason T walked us through the process of an upgrade, and the porting of a number from one carrier to another. He never once faltered in confidently knowing what was next and making sure he was one step ahead of the process so we weren't waiting on anything. While we were in the store a woman came and asked for a case for a Samsung and they kindly directed her to where she could get one. She then came back and needed to charge her Samsung because it was on 1% battery life and she needed to access the bus routes. They showed her a charging block and let her charge her phone. They smiled, and their warmth towards and the dignity they showed her was simply great. All round great experience with solid employees.

Immediate and helpful service - I was in the store all of 5 seconds before an associate was at my side. He asked how he could help and I told him I was there to buy airpods. He checked the inventory on his mobile and we talked for a couple of minutes before another associate walked up and delivered my airpods into my hand. Well, I brought in a 6 year old computer, early 2013 and its 2019, and you called it vintage and said you wouldn't be able to repair it. The technician over the website said I'd only have to pay $199 for battery service and that the local repair shop's price of $363 was higher than it should have been. I have this in writing, her throwing shade on a little ma and pa small business via messaging in writing. That behavior alone is really dicey behavior from a multibillion dollar company, but I digress. When I brought it in, the technician confirmed via a "hardware test" that the battery was bad. Didn't mention anything else. Said it would cost $199. Sent it in and waited. Two days later when I got an email saying it would be $575, I was disgusted. The link from the email led me to a poorly scanned in document with no details on what the new problem would be. Suffice to say, I rejected the "proposal" and told you to ship it back. When I got it back, I asked for an explanation, still not having any idea why my $199 battery service would cost three times that much. As a side note, the computer still worked, the battery just discharged faster than it used to. I can still use it now, without the $575 service. The manager at the store said its graphics card was bad, a brand new problem that would have been covered under warranty because it was a manufacturer default I later found out from the internet. Not knowing this, I told him I'd live with it and won't be back. I've bought apple computers and products for years, but I will never do business with this company again. I am an IT consultant and I will also be telling my mac users about this experience and not recommending Apple products or services to any of them. Terribly shady and deceptive business practices out of this company, shame on you.

Made an appointment to get my battery replaced. After waiting 25 minutes past my time I went to check and they said I was next, fast forward 30 minutes and I still haven’t been called. Went to check again and I had suddenly disappeared from the que. I asked for a manager and waited 15 more minutes to speak with one and they never came. Once I managed to talk to a tech he talked me out of getting my battery replaced and suggested a factory reset instead. I want a new battery and will now be taking my business to somewhere with good customer service and who will sell me the products I am requesting. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

My phone screen needed to be replaced. I took it into the Apple store located in West Town Mall in Knoxville, Tn. I drove over an hour to get there because it is the nearest store to my location. I get there and was told by an employee that my phone would be ready for pickup in 1 hour. A hour and a half later I return to the store to pick up my phone. The greeter at the door notified me that it wasn't ready yet. She couldn't tell me why because she couldn't hear anyone over her radio. She did, however, inform me that it would be ready in about 15 more minutes. 15 minutes pass and another employee approaches me to see what I was there for. I filled her in on the issue and she said she would go to the back to check on my phone for me. I watch her go to the back and a few minutes later come back out. She never returned to inform me on the status of my phone. 20 minutes later another employee comes to check on me and I also inform her on the situation as well as tell her its been over 2 hours that I've waited now. She goes to the back and comes out to tell me that they are finishing up on it now and it will be no more than 10 minutes before it's finished. Another 10-15 minutes passes and yet another employee comes to me to see what I needed. I filled him in on the story and he also went to check on the phone. He came back and said the phone had been doing a software update and that is what has taken so long. (I'm not stupid and have used apple products long enough to know it does not take over an hour for a software update to run.) He also informs me that it will be no longer than 10 minutes before my phone is ready. 15 minutes later an employee is finally walking towards me with what I assumed was my phone. I was wrong. He informs me that my phone wouldn't calibrate after the screen replacement (another new story) and they would just have to replace me phone. Now at this point I have waited for almost three hours for a three minute fix. As I begin to set up the phone on my own it asks for a code for the two step verification process. The employee said it was sending the code to my MacBook and I would need to take the new phone home, not functioning, and set it up on my own and contact them via phone with any issues. Unsurprisingly, when I get home and try to set the phone up it is NOT sending the code to my laptop but rather to a phone number I no longer have access to. At this point it's nearing midnight so I give up to try again in the morning. Now I have contacted an advisor via a phone call where she informs me that I will have to go through the reset process and it will take 24 hours or longer to get everything reset so that I can attempt to set the phone up again. However, I didn't believe that this was the only possible solution. After screwing with options on my Mac I finally figured out on my own how to set up the new phone through my Mac. By going into the settings and adding a verified phone number that I could send the verification code to. This has easily been the worst experience i've had with Apple. All I needed was a screen replaced and what I got was a not so genius "Genius Bar". Gave one star because you can't give zero.

I am so ticked! In this day and age our phones are so critical to our business and personal lives. One day without it seems like forever let alone a week and a half. I guess I am more mad because Apple is so big it doesn't bother them if somebody gets mad. They have millions of people what does one person matter to them. I dropped my phone off after two long conversations on the phone with their phone support. They told me they had no idea what was wrong with my phone. They advised me to take it to the Apple store where they have phones they can swap it with. I paid full retail for this phone and now I have to get a refurbished phone after 6 months of use. I had no other choice so fine I drive 100 miles to the closest store. I drop it off on Sunday to get a call on Friday that they have replaced some piece inside of the phone. Great when do I get it back I asked. We can ship it to you and it will be there by tomorrow morning. Great that saves me a drive back up there. Wait! I check the tracking number they gave me today and my phone is in Indiana and will be here on Monday. I would have gladly drove the 100 miles up there not to have to wait another 2 days. It sure is tough being a consumer with a brand that we seem to need more then they need us. I must say the people in the Apple store were very pleasant but the process to take care of a customer is very poor. This rant will do nothing to get my phone back any sooner but it makes me feel better.

This place is easily the worst Genius Bar I’ve ever visited. I’ve brought my iPhone in on two separate occasions: one for a manufacture malfunction, another for a cracked screen. I have had hours wasted and days worth of wait on both occasions due to poor communication and a general lack of basic knowledge as to how to repair a damn phone from the employees. Don’t waste your time at this location, if you can avoid it. Try to take your iPhone to a Best Buy or your carrier provider store, instead. Replacements are more difficult and sometimes more expensive, but the little things will usually get fixed way more efficiently and professionally.

Please be warned if you are going here, I have a Iphone 8 for less than a year and my camera stopped working. There a very very tinny crack that is on the top of the screen and they told me it might make the crack bigger if I they tried to fix my camera under warranty. So I told them I will take full responsibility for the crack and wanted them to just fix the camera. They were just not willing to fix the Camera unless I pay them $150 for my screen. Remember this is with my phone being under warranty and after visiting the apple store with the same problem three different times.

Went early to beat the Apple rush and to my surprise they had two employees out front taking names before the store opened. After opening I walked in and was immediately helped by a technician named Tim who answered all our questions in a refreshingly honest way and gave us a fast, easy, and very affordable fix to our problem. My iPhone had a screen issue and I went in for a battery issue. they REPLACED my battery issue and they fixed the screen issue for free. These guys/ girls are chill I got a new battery and screen repair for 86 bucks on a iPhone 5s. They didn't even download the newest software update, which I'm purposely avoiding. Good job by you!!!

Forewarning....do not expect great service when visiting this Apple Store. Unfortunately this is the only Apple Store near me. This is the first time that I have ever needed to go in to the store to need a specialists help. We simply needed a battery change due to the issues accompanied with the iPhone 6. I made an appointment on Saturday for the first available date of Tuesday at 6:15pm. I arrived on time and signed in with the representative at the front of the store by giving him my name. He told us to head to the back of the store and someone would be with us shortly. My mom, newborn, and I then waited 30 minutes in the back of the store never moving from our spot at a table. We then watched as multiple people who came in after us were attended to. We began to get frustrated . So, I went to the representative who signed us in. I asked him what their procedure was for appointment holders. He then asked for the name we signed in with. I gave him the name and he told me that a specialist had tried to find us and could not so they skipped over us. Not once did anyone come by the "waiting area" in the back of the store where we were asked to wait to yell out, ask, or see if we were there. He told us he had signed us in as having on a "tan cardigan". Neither my mom, my newborn, or myself had on a "tan cardigan". My mom and I both had on floral colorful tops and my newborn was unable to be seen since she was in her carseat in the stroller but she was wearing a mint polkadot sleep and play. Then, the representative told me that we would have to wait for another specialist. So now, we have waited over 30 minutes for an appointment that was made 3 days prior and watched as multiple people were attended to. I then watched as the representative spoke to who I believe was the store manager about the situation. She then glanced and glared at us multiple times and even proceed to point us out to another colleague. Never once came over to apologize for the mishap and completely avoided us for the remainder of our time in the store. We then waited another 15 minutes before a specialist came to us. He then confirmed that we were there for a battery exchange. We concurred and he stated that it would take an hour and a half before they would be able to replace the battery. So we have now spent 45 minutes (being generous) waiting to be told that we are going to have to wait an additional hour and a half before we would be finished. However, after explaining to him our experience in the store thus far. He was able to get our battery replaced in 30 minutes. In my opinion, this level of service is outrageous and unacceptable for any place of business. I will be contacting the regional manager on this matter as well. I will also do everything I can to avoid this store at all cost.

The employees we dealt with this in this store today exemplified customer service, professionalism, product knowledge, patience, kindness and warmth. I can not say enough. Our sales rep Jason T walked us through the process of an upgrade, and the porting of a number from one carrier to another. He never once faltered in confidently knowing what was next and making sure he was one step ahead of the process so we weren't waiting on anything. While we were in the store a woman came and asked for a case for a Samsung and they kindly directed her to where she could get one. She then came back and needed to charge her Samsung because it was on 1% battery life and she needed to access the bus routes. They showed her a charging block and let her charge her phone. They smiled, and their warmth towards and the dignity they showed her was simply great. All round great experience with solid employees.

Immediate and helpful service - I was in the store all of 5 seconds before an associate was at my side. He asked how he could help and I told him I was there to buy airpods. He checked the inventory on his mobile and we talked for a couple of minutes before another associate walked up and delivered my airpods into my hand. One minute and one swipe later, they were paid for and I was on my way. Only con - holy &$@#*!? is that store BRIGHT inside! It's like walking into the mothership! Bring shades! Not kidding!

Went to return something my husband bought me for Christmas and encountered a snag. He bought it on 12/23, yet I was told that I needed to have the card that was used in order to get a refund. I'm thinking...Apple doesn't have the technology to process a return without the card... Really?? Anyway, once I asked for a manager, they took great care of me. Little disappointed that we were sold the wrong item to begin with.

Well, I brought in a 6 year old computer, early 2013 and its 2019, and you called it vintage and said you wouldn't be able to repair it. The technician over the website said I'd only have to pay $199 for battery service and that the local repair shop's price of $363 was higher than it should have been. I have this in writing, her throwing shade on a little ma and pa small business via messaging in writing. That behavior alone is really dicey behavior from a multibillion dollar company, but I digress. When I brought it in, the technician confirmed via a "hardware test" that the battery was bad. Didn't mention anything else. Said it would cost $199. Sent it in and waited. Two days later when I got an email saying it would be $575, I was disgusted. The link from the email led me to a poorly scanned in document with no details on what the new problem would be. Suffice to say, I rejected the "proposal" and told you to ship it back. When I got it back, I asked for an explanation, still not having any idea why my $199 battery service would cost three times that much. As a side note, the computer still worked, the battery just discharged faster than it used to. I can still use it now, without the $575 service.
