Nashville Apple Store in green hills mall severely understaffed. Arrived at 4pm told a 45 minute wait 11/2 hrs later they called us. Then not much help. It just does that. Never had an Apple Store help or fix a problem, only replace as an exception.

Waited for an hour and 15 minutes while others with no appointment like I had, came in droves and got waited on immediately. They skipped right over me and admitted it and said they couldn't find me, even though I was in the exact place the entire time, where they told me to wait once I was signed in. I would not recommend this store to anybody unless you don't have an appointment, in which case, you'll get right in and out.

This has to be the worst Apple store that we have ever been to my husband came in with a technical issue on his Apple iPhone 7 Plus they originally told us it would be about a 30 minute wait we waited patiently and after 30 minutes we checked on our technician and we were advised we had 2 more people two people ahead of us. OK 30 more minutes past and were told there are three more people in front of us. We waited an hour and a half before someone even looked at his phone just to ask him to install the latest software. The customer service here does not work effectively nor efficiently I would not recommend this location to anyone

Very bad service! The rep in store advised me to go to BestBuy and have them fix my phone instead (knowing it would void my warranty). He also told me they did in store repairs at the same price. I advised him I was in no rush and would look into best buy but to still set my appointment. Not only was everything he said about best buy a lie he never set my appointment. I will never return there.

Great experience! Make sure you make appointment if you need help. I happened to be there about 30 mins before my appointment time for my iPhone problem, but right after I stepped into the store, somebody asked me if he can help me, and found my name on the appointment list. I only had to wait for about 5mins after that, and a technician lady showed up and helped so quickly. She was even helping another customer at the same time (with my permission, since my phone was restarting and we had lot of waiting time), but she was amazing to work on multitasking!

I had a 3.45 appointment with Genius Bar on my MacBook. Arrived on time but still had to wait on a queue for more than 40 mins and had to followup repeatedly with the staff on my appointment. There was a long queue behind me as well..technical staff was multi tasking myself and one other customer in parallel.

I’ve never written a bad review of anything, but this place was a disaster. Horrible experience with really bad (unhelpful and rude) service. It’s worth the drive to any other service center in the area to find someone who can actually help you. Good luck!

I have always been hesitant to believe if the employees that work the genius bar at Apple actually know what they are doing. I waited about 3 hours yesterday for them to tell me that my hard drive needed to be replaced completely which is $180 under Apple. I had a guy friend fix the problem for me last night, and give the computer back to me this afternoon. Turns out, my hard drive was in good condition, but the cord that connected my hard drive was the issue. Would apple charge me for just the cord, probably not! Which only cost $45 I may add. The employee that helped with my computer at the store, did not even think of this problem nor address it. The employees are always very kind and help as much as they can, so I give them 5 stars...but for a service that is so important as losing everything, I would think Apple would employ individuals who specialize in technology.

We made an appointment to have my wife’s battery replaced at 6:15 PM on Saturday January 6. We arrived and they said they don’t have any, to come back in a couple of weeks. Apple’s scheduling system asks what the appointment is for so why did it make an appointment for something they don’t have? The “Genius” just told us that and to have a nice day and moved on to the next person. They were very successful in screwing up, making us feel like they don’t give a damn, then proving it. I think we are going to give Samsung a try.

Although we made an appointment to get our iPhone battery replaced, they were out of batteries when e got there. We live 100 miles from the nearest Apple store. They couldn't fix our battery, but they "generously offered to pay us $150 for it if we purchased Apple's newest phone.

Go to Zmac!! Don't waste your time or money here. The employees are very nice but they told me my logic board repair would cost about $600 and there was no way that they could save my data. I went to Zmac to confirm this, he pin pointed the problem and saved all of my data for under $300! Crazy how much these big corporate companies are only in it for the money

It’s highly disconcerting to be told that your phone battery will be replaced in 1hr 30, and only to end up having to wait nearly 2 hours instead. When I arrived at the appropriate time to pick up my phone, I discovered that I wasn’t entered into to the system. Presumably, the work on my phone had not even begun. Completely lacking the ability to text or call anyone, I ended up missing an appointment and my entire evening’s plans were wrecked. Apple offered me no discount or compensation for this huge inconvenience.

If I could give zero stars I would. One of the most incompetent apple stores I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to apply stores around the world and around the country. I set up an appointment through Genius Bar. When I finally got my technician he was terrible answering my questions, looked extremely impatient like he wanted to get everything over with so his answer to most questions was ‘I can do this for you here but it may be easier just calling apple support’. Ummm.. I made an appointment here cause I wanted it fixed and figured out HERE. I’m not sure who trains the employees here but it does NOT meet the standards of employees nationwide. I agree with the previous posts, who ever is the manager is here needs to step up their game. Never coming back here again!

I made a “battery service” appt. at the Apple Store – Green Hills, when power charge was quickly depleting, then would not charge at all, died. I waited 2½ hours on what was reported to be a 45-minute process to check & replace the battery. They did not do so, after finding a LCI – liquid contact indicator, (dropped in dishwater last year, Dang It Repair had fixed that, too!) so the Apple Staff closed it, reporting (almost 3 hours later): 1. due to the LC Indicator, their Apple Geniuses could neither replace the battery nor upgrade the phone, 2. then quoted me $299. for a replacement, but strongly recommended 3. purchasing the $749. new XR model on a 2-year contract 4. plus $149. “Apple Care” insurance. Said I would think about the options, and took my still-dead iPhone. Adding irony to insult: Apple staff has left voice messages (on the phone they refused to fix) that my replacement phone has arrived, and e-mailed a “DoNotReply” notice of same. Yeah, the phone I did not request was ordered without authorization. #ItsAllAboutTheMoney Chump ... er, Customer. P.S. "Dang It Repair" on West End Ave. replaced the battery in 10 min. for $50.

Amazing customer service! I switched to Mac a year ago and have been extremely happy with my laptop. I recently had some issues with my screen flickering so I took it to the Apple store in Green Hills mall. I wasn’t sure what to expect, if they’d be able to help me, or how expensive it would be to fix. Well, everything worked out amazingly! The staff were so nice, they worked quickly and they were very knowledgeable. Probably the best customer service I’ve received from any company.

Just bought an iPhone 10 and got the belkin screen protector and a few other items spent nearly $1,500.00 a coupe of days goes by the screen looked like it was chiped’ A week later it’s got a crack going across the screen ‘ I couldn’t just get up and go to green hills from downtown Nashville running a business and all the hours that there open I’m still working so the only time I can go is the weekends if I’m caught ‘ I finally have a Saturday evening off perfect time to go head and get this taking care of the manager that was running the show tells me he can not really do anything about it but I can contact belkin I explain the whole situation and he tells me typically that’s the way they handle it but for some situations they make exceptions but he was was not willing to do it for me. Highly offended by a prominent company like apple to have a manager conduct themselves in that manner. Saturday evening April 13 approximately 7:30 pm I wish I got his name. This is how they treat u when u have spent nearly $2,600.00 in one transaction over a $40 screen replacement that cost u. Which they have a warranty for a year anyways with the company just horrible customer appreciation know I have to run around for nothing to take care of this. Good riddance.!!!!!

It recently came to my attention that for 55 months I have been double charged for my Spotify account. Back in 2015 when Spotify and Apple split, I transitioned my Spotify Prime billing over to Spotify because it cost me $10.91 whereas Apple charges $14.19. At this point in time, my Apple Spotify account was downgraded to a free “trial” account and I was no longer being charged the inflated premium. I’m only now realizing, 55 months down the road, that once that trial period ended, Apple began charging me for my account that had previously been canceled with them. They chalk this up to a “user agreement that states that once a trial subscription has ended, you will automatically be charged for the premium account”. I have never once received an email regarding these charges. The total charges for these 55 months amounts to $780.45. After 4 hours on chats and on the phone with Apple employees and supervisors, I was told I would be credited $28.38. This is pure fraud and theft. I was never notified of these charges. After reading multiple forums and threads from others experiencing this same issue, I have reached out to a class action lawyer. He will be investigating this issue further. I plan to update this thread as we look into suing Apple. Stay tuned and share this thread if you know of others who have been taken advantage of in a similar way

What an awesome experience! Walked in without an appointment, I had issues with my company I-Pad not loading apps. I was introduced to Sammie and she went to work on my Pad with me. Sammie had to reset something and it finally worked. I was prepared to pay for her help but, it was free. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I love Apple Green Hills!

Went in for a genius bar appt today for my iPhone 6. The jack for my power supply wasn't working correctly. Also, my phone was having some logic board issues. Drake was the guy to help me out, and he was awesome. He cleaned out my jack for free, then gave me a deal on completely replacing my phone. We had it all figured out and good to go in under 15 mins. Super nice guy, and completely helpful. The support team is a huge reason why I always stick with Apple products. Thanks guys!

We made an appointment and they got to us pretty quickly despite being very full and very busy, so that's a plus, however I was told I would be able to get a new phone that day, while talking with apple customer service over the phone, however this store turned me away saying I was out of my warranty. Fine, my phone simply wouldn't cut back on after being cut off, the diagnostic they ran said that the phone just would not be able to cut back on anymore. This phone is paid for completely and I wasn't willing to lose it, little did I know, and apparently little did the staff at this Apple store know, you can just reset the phone through iTunes. Google was ten times more helpful than the staff at this facility, who told me I would need a new device. Wasted time for sure.

Okay, so we went to this apple store to buy me a new laptop for my birthday. when we first got there everything seemed to go smoothly. Our questions we answered and what not. Then, my husband and I decided to have a talk for a moment outside so we could discuss the outcome of getting a laptop. We came to the conclusion that we were gonna get one. when we went back in, people were being helped so we waited patiently. About 20 mins go by and no one has come to help us. worker walking pass up ignoring us. Then we see what we thought was a customer being helped by two associates was in face just their friend coming to visit and them just talking stories the whole time we were waiting. The guy who was originally helping us try to find someone came to see if we were okay and we informed him we found someone. So kudos to him. We bought over 1700 dollars of products. And I feel that our attire were wearing is the reason no one wanted to helps us because they felt we didn't have money and that we weren't gonna buy. If that's the case, no one should be judging anyone. And it's a shame on them if that was true and to the company. I was so close in justing upstairs to your competitors and buying from them then being mistreated and I was. Only reason I decided to go with apple is because I have everything with apple product so figure why switch.

I went into the Genius Bar because my computer wasn't finding its hard drive. The first Genius I spoke to took a 30 second look at my laptop, told me it was done for, and that I could order a new logic board and get it repaired for an exorbitant fee. I politely declined and left. On a whim I went back in about 20 minutes later and spoke to a different Genius, who told me something completely different, worked with me very closely on a diagnosis and had my computer back up and running within an hour! Although I was very happy to have my computer back in action, this experience proved that I had been blatantly lied to. As such I will not return, because I have no way to trust that I'll be getting the proper info from employees here. There are local businesses in Nashville such as Zmac that are more honest, cheaper, and faster than Apple. Give them your money instead.

Even if my problem hadn’t have been resolved, I’d still have walked away with a smile. For the last two weeks I’ve been stressing out about my phone and not having one due to water damage when I went on a cruise. As soon as my wife and I stood in line, and this was on tax free weekend, we were shortly greeted with smiles and instructions of where to be to make sure we were properly served and organized. Upon entering the store, the associates were smiling, waving, conversing, and directing everyone to their designated areas with upbeat attitudes and refreshing vibes. I sat down and not three or four minutes later, I was approached by an associate by the name of Claudio. He was amazing! His demeanor was warm, he was friendly, and he was able to fix my problem without having me waiting around for hours. I was in and out, with a new phone, an explanation as to what happened to my old phone, and further instructions with the new phone in thirty minutes. I haven’t been to this store since 2009 because the last experience was terrible, but this experience today goes to show what a little time, proper training, and great attitudes can do! I’d definitely recommend this location, and don’t forget to ask for Claudio!

Was having problems with my iPad charging so I made an appointment to have it looked at. I live an hour away and missed my appointment because I didn't know my way around. I walked into the store 30 min late. I spoke to a team member they said it was fine asked for my name and said they would put me back in my original place in line even though the store was packed full of people. I didn't have to wait long before a genius came to help me. He took a quick look at my iPad and told me my iPad was no longer under warranty but said he would take a look at it. He took it to the back and 10 min later came out told me it looked like a battery issue and even though I was no longer covered apple would replace it at no charge. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left every employee was polite courteous and helpful. Excellent customer service!

My screen was separating from the phone and they replaced my screen with a new one with no complications. I was still within the first year of my iPhone 5S warranty. I just had to wait an hour to pick it back up. My experience overall was good.

The store was a little cramped and the tables with products on top were small and surrounded by little kids playing with devices while smearing finger grease and slobber all over each device. It was weirdly chaos in the middle of the otherwise affluent and calm mall. I asked an employee a simple question while he was standing by himself on the far wall near the accessories and he told me that he was on break and he's not answering any questions while off the clock. After that I was done with this place.

The gentleman who helped me at the Genius Bar with my MacBook Pro was phenomenal and truly embodies and holds true to the philosophies that Apple was founded upon, and is a big part of the reason I will continue to purchase Apple and ONLY purchase Apple for years to come.(I wish I remembered his name he has dark brown hair and a cow tattoo for his little sister). We went to the Apple store because I had a dent in the bottom enclosure and a rattling noise coming from inside the machine. I have AppleCare and was fully prepared to pay the deductible for accidental damage. He explained that that there was nothing wrong with the laptop and said that he could either order a new bottom enclosure which would cost $99 or he could simply use a mallet to flatten the dent and stop the rattling. He fixed the laptop with the mallet for free and it is great. Any other company wouldn’t offer much in the way of support for a device with physical damage let alone come up with a solution for free. This store puts the customer first.

I went by the Green Hills location on 1/22/18 at about 2:30 pm to see if they could help me out with my laptop I explained to the girl I do not live close to there and I’m only in that area one time every 3 months she didn’t even try to help me she just wanted to reschedule me. I guess all the five or six people that was just standing around was just to busy talking and laughing with each other to help anyone not to mention the guy that walked up and just stood bt me and played with a iPad and was asking around if anyone could smell a candle when he could have fixed my laptop in the time that he played with that iPad and asked everyone about a stupid candle!! I don’t know what has happen to the costumer service at Apple but it SUCKS now!!! They need to open more stores it is very obvious that they are overwhelmed and cannot handle the volume!!! I wish I would have bought something besides a Apple I thought I bought something that if it needed any type of repair it was not a problem and there was seldom a problem instead have a useless laptop paid a lot of money for that I can’t even get them to help with a repair I did make a appointment for next Monday because I have a Doctors appointment out that way but I will be out of that about 2 pm and she said there would be no way they could see me before 4:30 pm I’am not sitting in Nashville for two hours and then getting stuck in rush hour traffic and have to sit in it for a hour and a half for 10 minutes of work on my laptop that is just ridiculous !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For a company that place customer's experience as their priority, this store have put the company name to shame. I ordered a product from this store and received confirmation through email that said I can pick it up in store the same day. I drove 2 hours from where I live to this store and when I arrived they said that my order haven't been processed yet. They probably didn't check the online order and sold the phone to customers that just show up at the store. Whoever is the manager of this store should be fired. This store is absolutely trash!

We made an appointment and they got to us pretty quickly despite being very full and very busy, so that's a plus, however I was told I would be able to get a new phone that day, while talking with apple customer service over the phone, however this store turned me away saying I was out of my warranty. Fine, my phone simply wouldn't cut back on after being cut off, the diagnostic they ran said that the phone just would not be able to cut back on anymore. This phone is paid for completely and I wasn't willing to lose it, little did I know, and apparently little did the staff at this Apple store know, you can just reset the phone through iTunes. Google was ten times more helpful than the staff at this facility, who told me I would need a new device. Wasted time for sure.

Was told a 3 month old phone had water damage and the warranty didn’t apply. The phone had never been around water. Took the phone to another repair shop and they fixed it and showed me the inside and said zero signs of water damage and this happens all of the time.

My experience was excellent except for the exaggerated wait time... and even that, the week of Christmas, wasn't that bad. I arrived around 11:45, I had an appointment for 12:35, and left just after 1:00. I was seen by three customer service associates in this time, and left with a brand new phone because mine couldn't be fixed. Everyone was polite and courteous; it appeared as though they have excellent communication within their units. The store was immaculate and although there were so many warm bodies in there everything ran very efficiently and everyone seemed very pleased with their service.

We made an appointment to have my wife’s battery replaced at 6:15 PM on Saturday January 6. We arrived and they said they don’t have any, to come back in a couple of weeks. Apple’s scheduling system asks what the appointment is for so why did it make an appointment for something they don’t have? The “Genius” just told us that and to have a nice day and moved on to the next person. They were very successful in screwing up, making us feel like they don’t give a damn, then proving it. I think we are going to give Samsung a try.

Apple needs to realize that not every problem can be solved by answering automated questions. And not everyone has an Apple computer. I've spent 3 hrs today trying to get help from a real person and I was sent again and again through automated questioning. If I could answer I wouldn't need an appointment. We are a family of five. 0 Customer service. I checked in at 2:10. 4:00 I was still waiting. I went to the guy 3 times who checked me in and all times he said it wouldn't be much longer!! And, I waited and waited and waited. I was extremely happy with my whole experience at this apple location. After nearly a month of going back and forth with Verizon about a speaker issue with my nearly brand new phone,I decided the hour long drive to Apple would be worth it.The store was very busy at 10:45 am but I was promptly greeted and quickly helped, I also had my wild two year old with me so time was of the essence. They were quick to give my phone a diagnosis and offer me a brand new phone to replace my defective device. I was in and out in under 30 minutes and they were helpful polite and efficient. I'm very pleased and will now know the hour long trip is well worth it.

Glad to see that I'm not the only one who's got an issue with Apple right now. My family will not be upgrading to another Apple product in the future. We will continue to use the ones we have now until they are unusable (which probably wont be long), but we will be buying from other companies from now on. My husband bought a used phone online and we realized it was still connected to the previous owners iCloud account. After multiple visits to the Apple Store and being turned away because they can't do anything for us we have decided that we will no longer buy from Apple. We had a friend that had the same issue with HER OWN device, but simply forgot her password.. Apple rendered her device useless unless she could remember her credentials. I think this is an absolutely ridiculous security feature. I understand deterring people from stealing phones (MAYBE), but Apple should have a way of disabling this feature. At this point my husband is out the money and the phone is useless. We may be able to get back a small amount of the money spent on a trade in, or selling it to a third-party for the parts, which an Apple Rep suggested to us but we are pretty appalled that there was nothing that Apple could do for us.. Bye-bye Apple, we are not coming back!

I’ve been to a lot of apple stores throughout the world and this place was far worst Apple Store service provided ever ...a sales person had no clue, just bunch of BS and not be able to answer my core questions. I can’t believe this kind of person who works there. Another thing was that I checked in but people checked in behind me were served before me... that’s not fair and they had no idea that happened except “sorry” when confronted. Their system fails alot I bet! I would not waste my time to come to this place ever again...at this rate of going down, Apple will be come like once number one mobile phone company, Nokia. I made my mine to get a new iphone, walked in to trade in my phone, but walked out with nothing and disapponted. So stupid!

Ok so this is my first experience with this location. I should start out by saying that I love Apple products. I have an “i” everything and as someone who has tried the other side (android) extensively, I always find myself preferring Apple products for their simplicity and ease. Today I decided to go to this location and look at some new products. Upon arriving at the mall I spent about 10 min trying to find parking, and with no success I turned to the parking garage. To be fair I did find parking in the garage fairly quickly, however I should note two things of importance. The parking garage has a clearance bar upon entering that barely fits a standard f150. So if your vehicle is lifted you probably won’t get in without scratching your roof up. Second I found the walk to the mall from the parking garage to be long, with sections where you are forced to walk into the road, not ideal whatsoever if you have children. Once I entered the mall I was hard pressed to find a mall map to locate the Apple store. After walking around for a little while I finally came upon what I had been looking for only to discover that the APPLE STORE IS CLOSED FOR RENOVATION. Major letdown! I am not sure when it’s supposed to reopen but as of today March 7th it is closed.

I took my daughter there to buy a new iphone. Everything was going well with the customer service until we were directed to Samuel for help with our purchase. He flat out lied to me about the trade in value of her old phone, even though I had already looked up the value on the Apple website. Then when he scanned her phone the same amount showed ($200). He then tried to hide his scanning device and proceeded to punch buttons and said the most would be $50 (along with lots of other lies), but would not show me the screen. So I told him I didn't believe him because I saw the screen and walked out. My daughter was so upset I turned around and went back in the store. Another associate helped me and he told me the value was $200. He then had to get someone else to complete the sale and that person also scanned the phone and the value was $200. My daughter eventually left the store happy and the terrible experience turned into a more pleasant one on the second try. But something needs to be done about Samuel, his customer service skills are lacking, to say the least and when is flat out lying to customers ever a good idea? Especially when they call you out on it and you continue to lie and not try to be helpful. One would think he is putting the money in his own pocket!

Came in with an old iPhone 6 which had lines on the display - no cracks. Explained that i was giving it to niece for Xmas and showed phone to apple rep. Got my info and asked me to wait and look around store. 45 minutes later a rep found me and started looking at phone. Spent 20 minutes trying to reset Apple ID password with him as he kept going to help other customers. After he locked me completely out of apple system recovery for 24 hours, we gave up on resetting and he told me it would be $129 to replace screen as it was out of warranty. I explained that’s high and asked why the first rep just didn’t tell me that an hour and half ago. Showed him my wife and is IPhone XS and Xs plus and watches and iPad on account. He explained $129 is their cost which is absolutely false. Ridiculous how apple continues to try and squeeze more money out of people after buying thousands of dollars on phones and waste valuable time

I'm writing this as I stand in the Apple Store in Green Hills. I have an Apple Care package that the benefit of which is phone replacement. My phone got fried in the sun (one of the reasons I will be switching to a Samsung) and I come in to register to wait for 45 minutes (standing no chairs) only to watch a young lady with a similar problem, with NO apple care walk in and immediately be served because she was purchasing a new phone to replace. They clearly are only interested in the customers that are about to give them another $500. This will be my last time owning an iPhone.

Went in because an update froze my phone. Tyler completely reset my phone AFTER being asked NOT to do so I lost everything. All pics/ videos from about may to present, gone. All my notes with important work information, gone. Voice memos, apps, everything erased with no way to get it back. Apple has since tried their best to make it right but nothing can replace that valuable information. I just want to warn people about this location. I have never had an experience like this at an apple store.

Sum it up by simply suggesting you visit the other location in Cool Springs. Several posts about battery service issues listed, but I didn't read them until after I visited the store. Store personnel set up appointments for services they can't perform because they don't have parts. Management explained that it wasn't THEIR fault because personnel couldn't see inventory for batteries or other replacement parts while scheduling the appointments. Nothing in the process was their fault, it was actually mine because I drove an hour to this location instead of the Cool Springs location which actually can apparently check inventory levels before scheduling. Just save yourself some hassle for service issues and go to the other store.

My experience was excellent except for the exaggerated wait time... and even that, the week of Christmas, wasn't that bad. I arrived around 11:45, I had an appointment for 12:35, and left just after 1:00. I was seen by three customer service associates in this time, and left with a brand new phone because mine couldn't be fixed. Everyone was polite and courteous; it appeared as though they have excellent communication within their units. The store was immaculate and although there were so many warm bodies in there everything ran very efficiently and everyone seemed very pleased with their service.

We made an appointment to have my wife’s battery replaced at 6:15 PM on Saturday January 6. We arrived and they said they don’t have any, to come back in a couple of weeks. Apple’s scheduling system asks what the appointment is for so why did it make an appointment for something they don’t have? The “Genius” just told us that and to have a nice day and moved on to the next person. They were very successful in screwing up, making us feel like they don’t give a damn, then proving it. I think we are going to give Samsung a try.

I will NEVER buy another Apple product! WORSE customer service EVER!!!!!! You can't talk to anyone or make an appointment. Apple needs to realize that not every problem can be solved by answering automated questions. And not everyone has an Apple computer. I've spent 3 hrs today trying to get help from a real person and I was sent again and again through automated questioning. If I could answer I wouldn't need an appointment. We are a family of five. Today, I have put all 5 of our apple phones on the enternet for sale. I'm going else where! Pitiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have used this Apple store since they opened in Green Hills and I've always had the best customer service. They have always gone above and beyond for me. I have several apple products and always take them here to get repaired. I highly recommend them. The only downfall is that the store is always so busy.

The man that helped me was very kind and understanding and tried to help me find affordable options to replace/fix my laptop. I purchased a used Xr iphone online. It is my first iphone, so I went to the Apple store in Green Hills for assistance on 10/10/2019. An employee met me at the door with a warm greeting asking what could she could do for me. When I told her she changed her tone changed. I was now an undesirable in her eyes. I mistakenly thought they would gladly help me as a new customer. Not so. She showed her derrière and it was not pretty.

This is one of the nicest night clubs (that's opened during the day) that I've been to. Good music. Lots of cool devices to play with. Friendly staff. Comfortable modern furniture. I understand that they are even willing to sell some of the items there if you pony up. A mall is a weird location for a club, but maybe that's why they are open during the day.

I’m in town for my honey moon, and while on vacation in Mexico my phone was in a supposedly water proof pouch and it wasn’t. My phone was in my otter box too and the case barely got water in it. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a apple store. I’m also a loyal customer, and have a iPad, watch, and Mac book. The first guy I talked to was nice and trying all he could do, but they couldn’t get it opened even if I asked and said if they were to mess it up more I’d just buy a new phone. Also, this is a iPhone X that is suppose to be water resistant. I talked to the sales guy, which was confused and treated me like I was a nobody, then the manager comes over and tries to explain everything. I get it, I have water in my phone, but my screen is still working. I’m wanting to buy the Xr then for the ad price but they can’t give me full trade in value, so i can’t get that ad price. You’re a apple store, and apple stands by their product. The manager was rude, and while this was all going all the employees were playing around like kids, very unprofessional.

If you enjoy being treated like a 2nd class citizen, not get helped with your issue, and have the employees tell you that they're all busy, even though you are physically watching them do nothing, then the Green Hills Apple Store is the right place to be. I am appalled at the lack of service that the store branch itself was able to offer me. I was there to simply figure out what was wrong with my Iphone 5s (which turned out to be a faulty battery of which they installed). They then proceded to tell me that I did not set up an appointment with them as well as tell me that the ISBN number that was located on the back of my phone did not exist on Apples database. When I know good an well that it was fine when I scheduled the appointment the day before. I was then asked to wait in the store while they tried to fix my phone I waited for at least 2hrs. and missed part of my college classes while waiting. I went home that night and discovered the faulty battery where the adhesive strips had been replaces with pieces of double sided tape and the battery was bloated and a hair-like puncture on the device leaking a sweet fragrance. I decided then and there I was done with Apple and their terrible customer service and ordered a replacement from a trusted battery retailer. After the 20min it took me to replace and install the new battery (after a lot of frustration might I add) I fixed my problem without the help of Apple.

Very disappointed with the Genius Bar service. Phone randomly stopped working and they said it was water damage and purposed I buy a new one. The lady helping was super nice but said the manager would not let her exchange it. We new it wasn’t water damage as the phone had never been submerged and it was water resistant and took it to another store to verify. They showed us how the phone has moisture indicators and that they were dry. They helped us get our exchanged as part of the warranty.

Calling to talk to anyone is an impossible situation...you get a stupid computer. All I want is to schedule an appt with the genius bar....no way to do it on line. 8 month old apple iPhone X worked perfect before I updated it. Went in and they said it was out of warranty because the replacement phone I bought 8 months ago only comes with a 3 month warranty. They NEVER one time had a apple genius tech even look at it. They just ran the test from a IPAD and said everything is coming back good and it should work. Then did 2 resets and said that it would be $550 to buy a replacement phone. All the time it was never even looked at by a Apple genius tech. Then when I told my wife what was going on the manager said I was being too loud and that she would have security escort me out. I told her I would leave as soon as she wrote her name for me to report her to cooperate. This is how they treat you at Apple now. Sad sad day. Her name was Shamane.

Huge selection of Apple products. The only grip I have is that you can buy a new iPhone, out the door... But to purchase a refurbished phone you have to go to their website and order and wait! I like to look at the product and feel its texture and imperfections if any, instead of looking at the same picture that when the phone was in the catalog for pre-order. Not to meantion how can you get anybody on impulse buying if the have to order it online. Order phone, wait, receive then drive to store and see what cases and accessories you want for it... By that time I've stopped at 3 other big box stores b4 getting back to the other side of town where the only one of two apple stores are for my city, by then I'm broke or so close to it I'm not gonna buy anything else for it because the wife is very upset with my spending habits. please come up with other options for refurbished product sales. I refuse to purchase my kids 10 & 11 yrs old a new $ 7 to 800 doller phone! even if it was 1 day a month refurbished day, come one come all!!! get your factory refreshed iPhones and Apple products!!! One star for sending me home with a defective phone 3 times now in less than a month. Today at my appointment they advised me I could go to Bestbuy so I didn't have to drive from Murfreesboro again. After I went home and went through resetting my phone to a new phone as they suggested it didn't work. I went to Bestbuy and they gave me a new sim card that worked for an hour, now I have no phone again and I'm very frustrated!

The Geniuses here are very friendly and communicative with customers. The are plenty of iPhones, iPods, iPads, and more to try out. This place has a wide open space and is usually very crowded. I sometimes go to the mall with a friend to do the paperclip challenge and I stop here sometimes.

Zero stars should be an option. I walked out of this store wasting 2.5 hours and no resolve to the inability of my iPhone 7 plus to make phone calls. My microphone IC issue did not happen until after I installed ioS 12.1.2 and the only option I had from the tech was to purchase a new phone despite Apple Support stating that I can get it repaired. Keith apparently did not seem to know this and was hard-pressed in stating that the phone was "irreparable". No worries, I opened a new case # with Apple Support with a setup appointment to do the repair at Best Buy.

This is one of the nicest night clubs (that's opened during the day) that I've been to. Good music. Lots of cool devices to play with. Friendly staff. Comfortable modern furniture. I understand that they are even willing to sell some of the items there if you pony up. A mall is a weird location for a club, but maybe that's why they are open during the day.

I’m in town for my honey moon, and while on vacation in Mexico my phone was in a supposedly water proof pouch and it wasn’t. My phone was in my otter box too and the case barely got water in it. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a apple store. I’m also a loyal customer, and have a iPad, watch, and Mac book. The first guy I talked to was nice and trying all he could do, but they couldn’t get it opened even if I asked and said if they were to mess it up more I’d just buy a new phone. Also, this is a iPhone X that is suppose to be water resistant. I talked to the sales guy, which was confused and treated me like I was a nobody, then the manager comes over and tries to explain everything. I get it, I have water in my phone, but my screen is still working. I’m wanting to buy the Xr then for the ad price but they can’t give me full trade in value, so i can’t get that ad price. You’re a apple store, and apple stands by their product. The manager was rude, and while this was all going all the employees were playing around like kids, very unprofessional.

New store very disappointing! Not worth the wait. Rude staff. Had Apple Watch series 4 on display, but when you touch one, the scrawny kid with pimples yells at you to put it back. I have owned Apple for 15+ years, the quality and innovation continue to decline. I was thinking about making the switch to PC and Samsung. Now I am convinced with the rude, arrogant staff plus substandard store and products. My time to switch is now. Avoid this store.

I truly wish I could give this company zero stars!! After the 11 update the home button stopped working and now it’s somehow my problem and I have to pay for it. I have never once been treated like anything other than a hassle by apple. Can’t wait for my new google phone ✌
