They took care of me. Keith went the extra mile with a smile :). That being said.. if I were running that store I would implement the following changes... Noise abatement. Install a “noise damper system”. The open space enhances sound and it is noisy and it is “dirty sound”. High decibels create negative emotions. Irritable I’m sorry but the color black is also a negative influence in the human brain. I would use white as the color for employee dress. White has all colors in it and appeals to the eye. Change those stools. Hardwood seats cause uncomfortable rear ends. Put some cushion there. Also address the children’s table with foam/pillows and replace them as needed. The idea is to appeal to the 95th percentile.

Came into the store for a simple battery replacement. Took about 10 minutes to get my phone in line for service, which I was not upset about at all as they were pretty busy. I was quoted a wait time of 7:45, about an hour from me turning the phone in for service. I returned promptly at 7:45 and it seemed like the greeters didn't want to help and seemingly, they would not have had I not walked up to one myself. He checked the system to see if my phone was done and it wasn't. He walked me over to a table to wait for my phone to be returned to me. I waited and waited as people who came before and after me received their devices and got their questions answered. I waited until the mall closed at 9 PM and the lights in the store went off before finally, after staring down one of the many employees who saw me and walked by me a multitude of times without ever acknowledging me, decided she wanted to end her shift so she would finally help me. She brought my phone out and charged me the fee without ever acknowledging or apologizing for the wait. Surely, it does not matter to Apple, but I definitely will not be making mistake of conducting business at this store again. It's incredible the sheer amount of employees working at the store that simply stand around avoiding doing work or actually helping customers.

I've had at least 6 screens replaced here. Prices keep getting higher. Wait times keep getting longer. Service is generally rude. Biggest annoyance is no depot service. Oh no! You must schedule an appointment to wait in line to schedule another appointment to drop off a phone and schedule another appointment to pick it up. I consider myself lucky that I get to pay when I pick up without needing another appointment. This place is certainly not friendly to busy schedules.

I made an appointment for my MacBook Pro for 7:30pm. Expecting them to run on time I planned for other things to do after the Apple Store. 7:51pm I was called back to get help. The guy told me worst case scenario 2 minutes after hearing my problem and turning my computer on. With the 2011 MacBook Pro 15” there is a glitch with the motherboards video component, that makes the computer stop working when you go to update to the latest software. I wasn’t even informed about it until I explained my case. But was told there was nothing I can do since it’s 6 years old. However if I would have had the problem when it was 5 I would of been covered by Apple.. After sitting there for 30 minutes with no luck, I had to offer a suggestion to get my computer to work, which the tech graciously accepted. While I’m waiting for my computer to work, my Apple tech has helped other people, making me wait longer. Once 8:47pm hit, he magically tells me that the only way to fix my computer is to wipe it clean. That meant losing all of data and Microsoft Office package. But I needed to decide right that second since they close in 10 minutes. If he wasn’t helping others, instead of helping me I could have left the store a lot sooner. After taking my non-working computer back, I asked for a survey. Which I was told I would get and haven’t. BIGGEST WASTE OF YOUR TIME. They don’t want to fix older equipment, and blame you for it not working. There was 2 other people there with the same software update problem all with newer Macs.

I had the most amazing customer experience today with Bobby. I ordered the wrong charger and Bobby was actually the one to figure this out before I even left the store. While processing the exchange he educated me several shortcuts I can use on my Mac and even airdropped the link to me, which was so helpful. He also shared with me about the mini classes held throughout the day. I will most definitely be back to this Apple Store!

I was told I had an appointment at 1:25, and they changed it to 3:00 without letting me know first. I live an hour away, and the woman told me to just sit in the food court and wait. This was unacceptable. When I finally got to my appointment, the man helping me had to hook my MacBook (my only Apple product) up to another monitor - a simple process, but took him about 15 minutes... My LCD broke and so I was using another monitor at home to use the screen and it worked just fine. For a "professional" to have trouble hooking up a laptop to a monitor - something even I could do - concerns me. I wasted a lot of time there, just to hook up my laptop so he could run some diagnostics. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in the customer service and will not be returning. I will happily find another electronic repair shop next time.

Something used since the turn of the century If not earlier. Walk into bestbuy, pick headphones off shelf, proceed to checkout line, pay, walk out to car. In and out in 10 minutes. The way shopping should be.

Made an appointment for iPhone 6 battery replacement. The appointment tool had me verify my model and my serial number. When I arrived for my appointment a week later, I was told they would have to order the iPhone 6 battery and I'd have to make another appointment instead of realizing what model I had, since the system verified it, and getting the battery in advance. Also, the "Genius" stated that "this happens all the time to iPhone 6 users" with a laugh. That just made it even worse that it's a repeat known issue but nothing has been done to correct. The staff has also been trained to attempt to talk folks out of the battery replacement since Apple loses money when they replace at the new lower cost from the lawsuit.

Screw this store! I spoke with Apple care and they told me to walk in to this store. I drove 25 miles to this store only to be told to come back the next day because they weren’t going to help me. There was no one in line. There were workers standing around doing nothing. There was 2 at the front. So you are talking about 100 miles just to fix their 1100.00 paper weight phone that sucks. If you are thinking about buying an IPhone X don’t. It’s junk and their customer service is a joke.

While the team members are very knowledgeable, the wait times are unacceptable. I had an appointment to the Genius Bar and showed up 5 minutes early and checked in with a team member. I sat at the Genius Bar and waited an hour before someone finally came over to help me with my broken screen. Never again!!

Great selection of computers and accessories. they replaced an iPhone for me that broke and it wasn't under warranty I just paid the price of the warranty replacement cost. great service

I spent a little over an hour with the Team Leader (Jeanie) and a technician filling in as a salesperson (Samantha) trying to purchase an Apple Watch. Systems were down and they were having some technical difficulties, and even more issues with Barclay. Even though I may have left that store without the device I was attempting to buy, these people exhausted every single option, doing everything in their power to help me as a customer. It's not very often that you have that kind of customer service from anyone. I was pretty impressed.

Never in my life have I received worse customer service. I came into this location on Sunday. I did not know the area and was referred here by a Verizon wireless store. When I arrived at the store, it was 5pm, an hour before close. I was greeted by a store front that asked if she could help me. I explained that my iPhone mysteriously stopped charging hours before and that I needed the problem fixed so that I could travel the three hours it would take me to get home. She told me that all of their appointments were full and that she would ask the manager if they could make an exception. She shortly returned and told me sorry, but they still could not see me. She took my phone and cleaned the port and it still wouldn’t acknowledge a charger. I left in tears not knowing the area or what to do as it was getting dark soon and I would struggle to read a printed Mapquest. Now I understand that Apple is a company with products to sell. However, my iPhone is LESS THAN A YEAR OLD and under a warranty that should have been honored. I do not see why they could not just change out my phone right there and send me on my way. Absolutely ridiculous and TERRBILE customer service.

Never actually received any help. Called to talk to someone about an IPad Mini and spent 10 minutes dealing with a automated lines that has no way to skip questions. Questions that did not relate to my issue. Then I was able to sit on hold for a representative and after a further 14 minutes on hold I hung up.

I got to the Apple store as soon as they opened at 12 p.m. on a Sunday. The store was already full. I told two different store employees the issue I was having connecting my phone and iWatch because they were somehow recognizing an old Apple ID. They told me a technician “could not help me” and to use one of their work stations to call Apple Support. So I stood at a Mac desktop in their store for three hours talking to an Advisor - which I could have done at home - all because a Genius Bar technician “couldn’t help me.” I don’t think that was the case; I actually believe a technician COULD HAVE helped me but they thought the issue with my phone would be a quick fix and was not worth wasting a technician for when they had a line full of people out the door. So instead, I strained to hear someone on the phone for three hours because the store was full, chaotic and LOUD, instead of receiving one-one-one assistance from customer service. I actually drove to Franklin from Nashville to visit this store because the Green Hills location has poor customer service reviews. This one is no better. The only positive was the Advisor in California was very patient and helpful, despite me asking him to repeat himself multiple times because I couldn’t hear him over the roar of the store.

This location is always crazy busy but every staff member I have ever dealt with has been great. Considering they deal with people in less than great moods all day they staff always is great with me. The only other issue is that it always seems pretty warm in there from all the human bodies so dress for about 20 degrees warmer than every where else!

After years of being happy with Android phones, bought a new X, primarily because an app I use was supposed to perform much better, and so many people have extolled the simplicity and virtues of I phones. I went directly to the Apple store, and my first experience with them was poor. The Sales person, Steve, was good--no problem--Bought the phone and got it connected. The first advisor, Fred, was fine too, primarily setting up conversion from Android to IOS. But Fred left. The Android conversion did not take. So I was left without my apps, contact information, etc. and trying to navigate an operating system quite different from Android, with no assistance. Tyler, who replaced Fred, was passive and disinterested. He said, yeah the Android conversion doesn't work. So I said, what, I'm just supposed to figure all of this out? And he said, yeah, that's sort of it. So I struggled on my own, but the App store wouldn't load any of my programs individually. Tyler was long gone, and by this time, I had to leave. So the evening was frustrating, I have an expensive new phone that is not fully functional, and will have to go back to Apple. Suffice it to say, I expected so much more from Apple.

Since I work in the mall I called the Apple Store (since they are always busy i didn’t want to spend my 30 minute break waiting at Apple)and asked about a SPECIFIC pair of Beat headphones, whoever I talked with told me that they were an online only item and that they didn’t have them in any store. I went there the very next day and found them. I’m not sure if she didn’t know or if she wasn’t trained to know what to look for but it was upsetting since I called and spoke with someone. Maybe they need better training.

This is a review for a service that I came in for in April 2016. I had to get a new phone after my two-week-old new phone drowned in a toilet. My overall experience was excellent and all the representatives were professional and tried their best to help me. I got a new Apple 6 SE iPhone from this store. Two weeks in, the phone slipped from my back pocket while I was using the toilet and subsequently died. I went to the store and tried to repair or exchange it for a new one. They first told me that I couldn't exchange it because the model was so new and the phone was beyond fixable, so I had to get a new one, which initially cost another 300 bucks. After some brainstorming, the customer service was able to get the price down to $90 and still get me a brand new phone. I spent about 45 min in the store and three people came to help and check how I was doing. In the end, I was very satisfied because they really tried hard to solve my problem and provided the best service that they can given the situation that we had. Kudos to the customer services representatives!

Unless you have an awful sofa you are probably better to sit at home and talk to Apple rather than come to the store and be handed a phone to call Apple Support while you sit at the "Genius" Bar during your pre booked appointment. If you do come here then I recommend filling the time by trying to get the managers attention actively. He managed to avoid talking to me for the last 3 hours despite my frequent advances. I do want to take this opportunity to say RIP Steve. Thank you for inspiring this dyslexia business owner to think differently, that journey brought me to Cool Springs today. Sadly today your team let you down today.

I spent a little over an hour with the Team Leader (Jeanie) and a technician filling in as a salesperson (Samantha) trying to purchase an Apple Watch. Systems were down and they were having some technical difficulties, and even more issues with Barclay. Even though I may have left that store without the device I was attempting to buy, these people exhausted every single option, doing everything in their power to help me as a customer. It's not very often that you have that kind of customer service from anyone. I was pretty impressed.

Never in my life have I received worse customer service. I came into this location on Sunday. I did not know the area and was referred here by a Verizon wireless store. When I arrived at the store, it was 5pm, an hour before close. I was greeted by a store front that asked if she could help me. I explained that my iPhone mysteriously stopped charging hours before and that I needed the problem fixed so that I could travel the three hours it would take me to get home. She told me that all of their appointments were full and that she would ask the manager if they could make an exception. She shortly returned and told me sorry, but they still could not see me. She took my phone and cleaned the port and it still wouldn’t acknowledge a charger. I left in tears not knowing the area or what to do as it was getting dark soon and I would struggle to read a printed Mapquest. Now I understand that Apple is a company with products to sell. However, my iPhone is LESS THAN A YEAR OLD and under a warranty that should have been honored. I do not see why they could not just change out my phone right there and send me on my way. Absolutely ridiculous and TERRBILE customer service.

My son, who is in a wheelchair, just sat in the Apple Store in Cool Springs Galleria for over twenty minutes without anyone saying anything to him. They were not that busy, and even if they were, a "we will get to you as soon as we can" would have been the appropriate action. He specifically drove to the mall, got his wheelchair out of his car, put it together, and went into the mall to the store with money in hand to purchase a MacBook Pro. He is already a Samsung fan and this just put him off Apple forever. Great way to treat disabled customers-or any customers, for that matter, Apple. Shame on you.

Needed to ask a question about my phone that was in repair. Told there was a 15-20 minute wait. After 50 told there was a 20 minute wait. After a this 20 minutes I grabbed an associate who helped me. I was in the store 1 hour and 45 minutes for 15 minutes of help. The worst part was that the guy taking my name was aloof, mean, and not helpful. He said he would let me talk to the manager. Never happened. He castigated me for not making an appointment. I feel he must have put me in the technical support queue instead of the administrative queue. I dread going back there.

I got to the Apple store as soon as they opened at 12 p.m. on a Sunday. The store was already full. I told two different store employees the issue I was having connecting my phone and iWatch because they were somehow recognizing an old Apple ID. They told me a technician “could not help me” and to use one of their work stations to call Apple Support. So I stood at a Mac desktop in their store for three hours talking to an Advisor - which I could have done at home - all because a Genius Bar technician “couldn’t help me.” I don’t think that was the case; I actually believe a technician COULD HAVE helped me but they thought the issue with my phone would be a quick fix and was not worth wasting a technician for when they had a line full of people out the door. So instead, I strained to hear someone on the phone for three hours because the store was full, chaotic and LOUD, instead of receiving one-one-one assistance from customer service. I actually drove to Franklin from Nashville to visit this store because the Green Hills location has poor customer service reviews. This one is no better. The only positive was the Advisor in California was very patient and helpful, despite me asking him to repeat himself multiple times because I couldn’t hear him over the roar of the store.

This location is always crazy busy but every staff member I have ever dealt with has been great. Considering they deal with people in less than great moods all day they staff always is great with me. The only other issue is that it always seems pretty warm in there from all the human bodies so dress for about 20 degrees warmer than every where else!

After years of being happy with Android phones, bought a new X, primarily because an app I use was supposed to perform much better, and so many people have extolled the simplicity and virtues of I phones. I went directly to the Apple store, and my first experience with them was poor. The Sales person, Steve, was good--no problem--Bought the phone and got it connected. The first advisor, Fred, was fine too, primarily setting up conversion from Android to IOS. But Fred left. The Android conversion did not take. So I was left without my apps, contact information, etc. and trying to navigate an operating system quite different from Android, with no assistance. Tyler, who replaced Fred, was passive and disinterested. He said, yeah the Android conversion doesn't work. So I said, what, I'm just supposed to figure all of this out? And he said, yeah, that's sort of it. So I struggled on my own, but the App store wouldn't load any of my programs individually. Tyler was long gone, and by this time, I had to leave. So the evening was frustrating, I have an expensive new phone that is not fully functional, and will have to go back to Apple. Suffice it to say, I expected so much more from Apple.

Since I work in the mall I called the Apple Store (since they are always busy i didn’t want to spend my 30 minute break waiting at Apple)and asked about a SPECIFIC pair of Beat headphones, whoever I talked with told me that they were an online only item and that they didn’t have them in any store. I went there the very next day and found them. I’m not sure if she didn’t know or if she wasn’t trained to know what to look for but it was upsetting since I called and spoke with someone. Maybe they need better training.

Took iPhone X in for “ghost touch” issue. This problem is with so many users all over the Internet it is unreasonable to think this is not a recall issue. Store is taking three hours to repair phone instead of replacing phone. Poor quality manufacturing on Apple’s part and poor decision-making on store manager. Multiple Apple product owner. Less likely to continue due to poor support.

Apple, for as "in tune" as you proclaim to be, with your technology, people and world I found out this day that you really don't have a clue. Your apple support, who send people to stores when they can't help, are not even able to see why a particular store has no appointments for several weeks. BTW, the store is closed for renovations! Closed!? how is your company unable to note open closed temporarily closed stores. That may not seem like a huge issue but with only 1 store within 100 miles and that being my only solution, I had a longer day ahead than expected. Short of paying YOU $200 up front for YOUR RECALLED PHONE to be shipped back to YOU waiting several days maybe weeks before it's returned to me, I had to find an "open" store. after spending 3 hours in the store on the phone, an apple technology supervisor finally told the employee to issue the new device because she was unable to correct it and was not going to charge me when I was already there. Sometimes a person helping out is the best solution to a problem. Fantastic job Employees for making up for your downward trending tech and the mindset of its makers.

I thought that they stood behind their product and their word. The nice gentleman stated there is a problem with the iPhone 6 series with the screen going white and freezing up. Was going to just exchange it out...then it went to oh to be able to exchange phone we will need $150 for an exchange and now the story is the computer flagged our phone randomly to be sent off due to an apple flaw so we will give you a loaner iphone for 3 or 4 days to see (our original phone)why the motherboard is doing what it's doing (which they forgot they already told us this is a huge issue with this phone and they have and that they have to replace them often)..... Oh my goodness I just wished they would have stuck to one story.... I would never have given a star but that's not an option.

I've been an apple user for many years. In all the times I've visited an Apple Store I've never had such poor customer service. Today was the absolute worst ever experience. I had a 4 day old iphone 7 plus that was having a problem with the microphone. The voice quality was muffled and distant to other callers. So I brought my new phone in for a simple swap like Apple is known to do for their customers. I had to argue for over 2+ hours to finally find a Genius Bar worker who could replicate my problem. All the others said the phone was operating normally. I've never been around so many incompetent apple employees in my life. I don't recommend this location for anything.

It's just not worth it! I find that most Apple Stores including this one, will do anything to not fix your phone and then try to blame it on you. Even though the company is offering a battery replacement program (due to their own issues with quality control), this store tried to tell me my phone had multiple issues that would not allow them to replace the battery at the cost the company advertised. Even though my phone works flawlessly (minus the battery issue), they tried to tell me I had damaged it beyond their expertise. However, they claimed they could figure it out if I paid them $300 vs the $30, again as advertised. As others have mentioned, the store can get chaotic. People were standing everywhere and when I tried to ask for some assistance from the associate in the front, he was extremely rude to me and expected me to know exactly where to be. I should have apologized for interrupting his conversation with his co-worker. I realized it couldn't just be me when three other customers standing near me were extremely upset (cursing openly) and just as confused as I was. This elitist attitude is the reason why we will not continue to purchase Apple products. The products themselves are great but it should be matched with quality service. If you are purchasing a product here, they will stick to you like glue. However, if you are experiencing any technical issues with your product, I would just save yourself a headache and research it online instead.

Wow! Get the shrimp and grits. I don't really like grits, and I lived this dish. Everyone's food was delicious. It was a little pricey for what it is, and that's not too hard to shell out when the food is wonderful. Good service and the text you when your seat is ready is handy to roam around downtown Franklin.

They said it would be 30 to 45 minutes.... 2 hours we were still with our screaming baby. Come to find out they messed up and skipped her service for some reason. Terrible place, smelled like a petting zoo, will never go back.

We were greeted ay the door and directed to the area we needed to be. My daughter's phone was repaired within the time frame she was told. Our wait time in the store was minimal. Especially considering the number of people in the store.

Good Start. Bad Finish. You really only know the quality of the company when something actually goes wrong. How do they handle it. Apple CoolSprings Galleria failed badly. On May 18, 2018, I took my MacBook Air to their Genius Bar. They had to send it offsite to repair it and told me that it would take 3-5 business days but that they would call me when it was ready. No charge. The repair was under warranty. Sounds great right? Well, on Saturday May 19, 2018 their repair center in Memphis shipped it to Nashville and delivered it -- somewhere still unspecified as of the time of this writing -- but not to the address I specified. We never did get the promised call telling us it was on the way. So on Friday May 25, when it had not arrived we called for information. They gave us a FedEx tracking number and told us it was now between us and FedEx to resolve the issue. Sadly, as any competent company should know, FedEx cannot provide detailed information or even proof of delivery except to the shipper -- which was Apple's repair center in Memphis. My wife and I spent hours on the phone trying to find one employee of the CoolSprings Galleria facility or Apple itself. We spoke to people as far away as Canada. All were very polite. None could access their own FedEx tracking information as the shipper and reveal where my MacBook Air was shipped that Saturday. The last person I spoke to was Mike (a manager) who assured me he would stay there to take my call. Unfortunately, when you call their number, you get a very sophisticated auto attendant that simply will never let you get hold of Mike. Great job Apple. My Mac and all its sensitive information are still at an unspecified location in Nashville. Great start. Bad finish.

Booked an appointment when my iPhone was messed up (factory issue). They took great care of my issue & fixed my phone in about an hour. Yes they stay busy, but they get stuff done.

The wait was awful. They estimated an hour and the gentleman who checked me in said it usually doesn’t take that long. I ended up being there for an hour and 50 minutes waiting to be seen. The guy who did see me, Diego, was very knowledgeable and helpful and nice. It didn’t take very long. I was annoyed even more though when a woman just walked up to the counter and they asked her if she’d checked in yet. She said no and told them her problem and they immediately started helping her. I went on a Wednesday at 10am in January. There is really no reason to have to wait that long. Again though, Diego was great and I got exactly the help I needed!

Just left an appointment that was for 11am it's now 12 noon an nothing was done to fix the problem that this 2 month old phone has an the service accociate was very rude an NOT helpful at all said his Name was Drew ..Im not sure of that,. When I ask for his name he threw me out of the store. Go figure after having to drive 2 hours one way. I will not be returing to this location. I sat an watched people without appointments that was wanting a New phone get service immediately.

My daughter and I went into the store because her phone would not turn on. The charger was connecting as the battery icon was coming up but not charging and would not turn on. The representative only offered to sell us the same phone she has (iPhone 6) for $299. That is absolutely absurd!!! He seemed to have an attitude as well because we did not want to go that route. We took the phone to a repair shop and they changed the battery and now her phone works perfectly! Apple, you should offer this service and quit trying to get customers to but a whole new phone instead of repairing what they have.

This store is big and really busy. The store refused to replace the battery on our iPhone 6 (you know, the one that was faulty and so they secretly reduced the processor speed, and when this was discovered they reduced battery replacements from $79 to $29). They said there was water damage and slight rust in the phone. Well, the phone has never been in water. The rep said it can be caused by sweat. So stop being human, people!

I had to take my daughter to get her a charger for her Apple phone and I was going to look for a phone for myself. I really don't know that much about Apple phones but after I realize I was really going to have to do it all myself I decided not to get one. I couldn't even find anybody to ask questions about the phone. The only time anybody came to help us was to ring us out so we can leave so that didn't leave a very good impression on me.

Received email that new battery was in. Decided to go by and get it exchanged while my daughter was at training since we live an hour away. The guy I was assigned to unwilling to help me at all. He Said the time to exchange the battery was an hour and a half although they weren’t busy. Unwilling to even attempt to Work with me to have it done in a little over an hour so I could pick up my daughter. Very arrogant and rude.

We had very bad experience in here on Monday-9/23, she/sale staff was angry with us when she explained to us about the Iphone 11 when we had question and didn’t understand what she was saying. Honestly, Apple has a very low regard for product quality. Their phones were very cheap feeling and not ergonomic. The store doesn't have a good layout, everything is just in random order.

I went in because the speaker out went out on my iPhone. Unfortunately my phone was 3 weeks passed the warranty. The tech was very helpful and advised there nothing he can do at his level(which is completely understandable). He offered to get his manager. Not wanting to make it a big deal. I spoke manager to see to see if they can make an exception since it was so close to expiration. The manager came over with a power trip telling I am not a high paying enough costumer and did not not purchase the extended warranty. Stating why should he be entitled to replace my phone. Thrown back I told him if he can’t he can’t just thought I would ask since it was so close. In addition, did not appreciate him telling me I am not a high paying customer because I’ve bought many phones and computers in the past. The message I was getting from this guy was he was able to make an acception but was going to. I did ask him if this is the case. He confirmed yes. Moral of the story is , I get it my phone is out of warranty and didn’t purchase the extended warranty. What made me upset, was principle he could have done it but “did want to because I’m not a high enough paying customer” P.S. I didn’t act up like your typical annoying Millinial egging him on. I was kindly asking for an exception. But he was on some power trip for some reason with terrible customer service. A+ to the tech though.

I usually have a frustrating experience when I have to go here. It is very chaotic and everything I try to do: purchase, drop off for repair, pick up - takes way longer than expected. Recently, I picked up a repaired laptop, waited 30 minutes to get it. Seems pretty unreasonable to me. Update - Somehow the service and quality is even worse. After Mojave update losing my password, file vault locking me out of the hard drive, 8 hours on the phone being dropped continually by Apple Support - I've restored and lost a week of data. The store denies activating file vault on my system. I know I didn't do it. Support tells me the store could have. Guess it was magical elves. I've figured out the best way to avoid this: Don't buy Apple.

Meh....didn’t really like the fact I had to wait almost fifteen minutes just to buy a phone (paying cash and unlocked) person helping was friendly but there should be an option for people on the go like me that wanna get in and out.
