They fixed my daughters iPhone screen which was absolutely destroyed. Dropped it off just before they closed and it was ready by noon the next day and the price was very reasonable! Definitely going back if mayhem strikes again

Bought an iPhone from these guys at a fairly reasonable price. They were very helpful in answering my questions. I had it about a week and decided to do the most recent software update but it made my phone no good. It was out of factory warranty and Apple wouldn't help me. I went in and talked to the owner Larry and he was more than willing to return it. He didn't have to because it wasn't his fault. I had originally paid cash for it but received a check back. He stated this was his policy that if you pay cash for an item and Return it they have to give you a BUSINESS check to keep track of the refund. I had no Problems with that and went on my merry way! I will definitely do business with them again! Two thumbs up!!!

Wasn't going to review bits n bytes but something tells me someone out there needs to know they can't do everything as said. Because I was told three times they were able to unlock my " cheapo" phone. Was gonna charge me upfront $45 but divine intervention had a part in problems with payment. Had to wait a bit, just to be told they couldn't. Then charge me $10 for just looking into it, which no big deal ten bucks, but to say you can do something and charge people for failure. Uh-huh

Very disappointed by the owner Larry I had bought a case from him but he said it was a defender case and when I picked it up I got a reiko case which is worth 10 dollars less than what I payed for. When I went to return it he tried to charge me for a defender case and I just wanted my money back. Then he proceeds to argue with me and tells me to be more honest and not to lye about him saying a defender case. So after he tried to argue with a 17 year old he then proceeds to try and charge me on my refund money and me he doesn't do refunds and it isn't posted anywhere. Got my money back but getting treated disrespectful isn't right by any business and yelling at me in front of customers is unprofessional.

Seriously clueless. My husband ended up fixing the controller himself after they had it for a week and did nothing. They said they were fixing it when they didn't even call us to say what was wrong first. Come to find out, they hadn't even looked at it. Then they told him his mom called earlier.....Mom.....I'm his wife. But anyway. They were super rude to my husband on the phone, even got into an argument with him. Ridiculous. Anyway, we picked up the controller and my husband fixed it, by him self , at.home the next day. never will we go here or recommend anyone to come here.

Amazing service overall! I thought there was something wrong with my phone battery and they ran a diagnostics test free of charge and didn't try to scam me by selling me a battery I didn't need. I would 100% recommend this place to my friends!

very poor experience didnt help or explain anything. they tried to keep our ohone that we brought in for them to fix and they tried keeping it wouldnt even let us pay for what they fixed. which latter found out they tried to keep it as it had all our info on it and they are nothing but a scam and a joke

PLEASE DONT EVER GO THERE! THRY CHARGE 40 FOR A CHECK UP AND IF YOU DONT PAY THRY TAKE YOUR PHONE. A SIMPLE BATTERY FIX COSTS 150$ DONT EVER GO I REPEAT NEVER EVER STEP A FOOT IN THEY STORE!

Wow!! I don't usually write reviews but these guys are awesome!! I dropped my cracked screen iPhone off yesterday at 11Am and I picked it up less than 45MIN later. My screen is as good as new! Definitely recommend this place.

This guy is a fuaud !!! The owner Larry Sold me a 500gb used hardrive claiming it was a new hardrive for $53. The harddrive was not new and had someone else's cpu still on it! He had contacted me via fb in the past so i was able messaged him via fb about the issue and he told me i would be able to be refunded within 2 days which was rediculous by the way! When 2 days had past I came in to return item and get my refund. At that time he refused to give me my cash refund and i had to call the police to get refund which ended up being a personal check from a unknown bank which is almost impossible to cash since the bank was unknown and not local so I couldn't just go cash it to get my refund immediately. PLEASE BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS GUY AND HIS STORE. HIS RETURN POLICY IS UNCLEAR AND IS DESIGNED TO DETUR YOU FROM RETURNING THE MISFIT ITEMS HE SELLS. ALSO IF YOU ARE A WOMAN HE WILL FIND YOU ON FB AND SEND YOU PMs AFTER YOU DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. I will be going to the BBB with my complaint and I encourage others to do so if you have had a similar issues at this business because the public needs to know.

Larry is a great guy and did a great job on both my wife's an my phone and am completely impressed with the service. Larry even accidentally broke a sensor on my wife's phone, called me with the bad news but replaced the part for free.
