We did nothing but help with some access to PC's. The monthly cost is less than what we have been spending on printers and all we do is call or email for supplies. Best decision ever!

Everything I have experienced with Toshiba has been very positive. Stephen is the best there is. He is kind, courteous, attentive, and makes sure any and all questions or issues, though they are rare, that may come up are solved immediately. He checks on our machines regularly. There is hardly ever an issue, but all questions are answered easily and quickly. If Stephen is not your printer guy, he should be!!!
