I cannot say enough about the customer service here. The staff (and owner) Justin was extremely professional. You would think I went into a literal phone doctor. The inside is clean and fresh, even had cookies and refreshments for customers. Justin gave me a run down on the process and repairs needed in terms I could understand. My phone was repaired in a short while and the charge was less then I had been quoted when calling around to other repair places. I don't do a lot of reviews but I am someone that truly feels that you give credit where credit is due. I left not feeling so much as a customer, more like a friend. I was looking for an unlocked iPhone I could use with my prepaid service. Source1Phones had a unlocked iPhone 5 for a fantastic deal! The phone seems practically new for how little I was charged compared to surrounding phone stores. I ended up buying the defender otter box with a car charger. This place is great, the staff was very patient and understanding when I explain to them my problem, they took the time to listen and offer me several options that can help. I had a Samsung tablet that my business uses everyday and the battery somehow became enlarged looked like its about to explode, even my screen was popping out of the device due to the size of the battery, maybe it was charged too long, the screen was already kind of bending from the bulging battery, but once they ordered the battery and replaced it for me, it came back looking like it was brand new. I'm glad I got it fixed here instead of buying a new one. they did a great job. and saved me a lots of money. definitely will recommend my friends to come if they are near by.

I purchased a phone from the Newport store by Walmart. At the time I purchased the phone, the sales clerk did not realize the phone recently became unsupported by the carrier. He sold me the phone and I myself found out I could not get a SIM card for it. When I took the phone back, the owner immediately responded and returned my money without hesitation.

Great staff and very friendly. Was able to fix my screen. The screen then started to have white spots appear. Managed crack my screen again and when I took it in to a different repair shop, the tech there informed me that whoever fixed my phone the first time left out a screen protector that can be found underneath the screen was not put in. Kinda crazy paying $150 to not have the full installment done..

I had a question about a new phone that I purchased online and I had called to see if they could help at source 1. I chose to call Source1Phone Company because I saw plenty of five-star ratings when I looked up the phone number online. The young man informed me that he couldn't exactly walk me through what I needed to do however he told me that he would be glad to help if I brought the phone in. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable = which are a couple of traits that are hard to find in retail nowadays. My five-star rating today is based on my encounter with the phone call. I will soon be visiting Source1Phone Company for my next phone issue because of my pleasant experience over the phone.. I am 52 years old now but I do NOT want the jitterbug phone yet so I WILL be needing Source1Phone Company's help in the near future and according to my experience with my phone call, I feel comfortable knowing that they can give me the help that I need. If you can get your phone to work properly -unlike myself - I suggest giving them a call.

I was absolutely desperate, trying to find a place that could recovery photos of my baby’s first 2 Year’s of life after washing my phone in the washer:( they were so fast and honest and so compassionate!!
