Absolutely Awesome service! I can't say enough about Matt. He was honest and upfront with associated costs and what he had to do to complete the repair. I had a nasty virus; he got rid of it and restored my computer with all its files. The computer is old and not worth a lot but I was on a business trip and needed it back as fast as possible. I had it back the next day. My associate brought his laptop to Best Buy with a virus, they wanted $200. He brought to Matt and had it back and out the door for less than $80. I will probably consider PC Laser Tech in Columbia, SC for any of my computer issues as I trust them! Shipping will be worth it!!!

His prices are very fair and he's fast. We've had numerous problems over the years with computers and he has always served us very well.

Great computer technician! I recently had problems with my gaming laptops screen. I went to a few local repair shops in the Downtown Columbia area and got turned away by all of them. They all told me I should return my laptop to the manufacture because they can't work on gaming PCs. Well, Jeff took my PC in without second thought and got it to working order for a great price and surprisingly fast! I would recommend that everyone comes to PC Laser Tech when encountering computer problems. If you go to anyone else you may just be wasting your time.

Drove across town to drop off my laptop 30 mins after store opened and nobody was there, just a note on the door claiming to be "out on a service call." Cant even keep one staffer in the store to handle arrivals? wont ever be going back to this place
