Prior to dropping my computer off for a "tune up", it took my less than a year old laptop 3 solid minutes to open Word, Excel, etc. After he had it for less than 24 hours, my laptop works well and runs smoothly again. His prices were also wonderful for how fast and well the updates were completed.
