I have used ECS probably over ten years now. Way back, when there were mainly desktops, Robert did house calls. He has always been super prompt and responsive. He's very knowledgeable in hardware and software issues. Many problems he can fix remotely. Almost always when my laptops need repair, Robert, Jerry or Logan will come to my office in downtown Columbia and pick-up and return my devices. I've never been charged for this service. Robert's charges are fair and reasonable. There's not any add-ons or surprises when you get his bill. ECS has my highest rating.
