I recently purchased a high dollar item [A Rock-Ola Bubbler Digital Jukebox]. So much high end electronics, I was a bit anxious about the setup process as it requires a LAN connection to make sure setup all goes smoothly. I was more than happy to have a professional come and help me out. Stewart is an outgoing, personable professional beyond belief. Aside from his demeanor, and awesome personality, he immediately put me at ease and walked me through every part of setup for my new juke, and went way beyond that in explaining many other things I wasn't even aware of. Thanks to him, I'm up and running now on my own and feel so comfortable about operating this new juke. I thank you so much Stewart and I'm only upset about two things during your visit. We didn't have enough time to continue discussing our love of music, guitars, and all other things. And since I've been loading all my Cd's today after you left with extreme joy, you didn't help me provide a place inside the Juke Box to sleep!! :) An amazing, knowledgeable individual and we became instant friends. I know I will always have him to call on down the road if any problems arise with the juke. A 5-Star rating is not high enough for this gentleman. Bring your computer here to Jonathan. He is GREAT. I had a problem that turned out not to be cost-effective to fix. He kept me updated on what was going on, he had flexible enough hours to still be there after work, AND - he didn't even charge me because he couldn't fix my problem (even though he had put work into it). His rates were going to be pretty good anyway compared to competition I had researched. HIGHLY recommended.

Great experience! Had my questions and concerns answered directly and thoroughly. Staff was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and motivated- didn't have to wait 3 weeks for my repair. Found out my hard drive was fried and they informed me, tried to save my data, and replaced it in only a couple of days. Never felt like they were taking advantage of me and they were careful not to nickel-and-dime me as we went. Will def be returning for any computer needs in the future!

I am not a "computer " guy. But I have taking 3 devices to CynderTec to solve issues for me, either hard repair or just cleaning up and software adjustements. They are very honest with the outcome of the process and tell you the positive and negative up front. The cost to repairs of my and my wife's laptop was far less than expected! I have recommended them to several friends and will always go to them first with a laptop/desk top repair.

They are a good store to get your computer's fixed. They get the job done at a reasonable price. Sometimes their short on staff and not present at the store because they are put helping customers. However they are very good about getting in contact with you if they missed your phone call. I've used their services on multiple occasions. Building a game in nf computer, fixing a media center computer, and fixing laptops. I would definitely recommend using their services if you are in need of assistance.
