This week, Shannon Lee from Cyber Wiz fixed my PC. He came to my home and worked diligently to find and fix a problem with a Windows 10 upgrade that had completely shut down my system. After he was done with the repair, he spent time with me to make sure all programs and peripherals I use were set up to my liking. He is super knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Great service at a very reasonable price.

Shannon did an exceptional job of repairing my laptop. From the first phone call to completion of fixing my issue, Shannon remained professional & friendly & communicative. His rates are quite fair and even though it took him longer than initially anticipated to repair my laptop (once he got into it we found a fried motherboard), he worked very quickly & kept rates very reasonable. He worked with me every step of the way to ensure I was fully satisfied (had to then fix a Windows issue). I would highly recommend him for any computer issues!
