Today, my daughter broke off a charger in my iPhone 7. I am not all that mechanically inclined and my husband was out of town for military training. I was in big trouble because this phone is my only source of communication... no back ups, no house phone, and no husband to fix it. I walked into CPR with only an hour left till they closed. I was greeted with true care and concern. The tech took my phone to the back and in less than 20 minutes they had the port clear and fully functional. I could not ask for a better experience. They took care of my issue free of charge and refused the $20 tip that I tried to insist they take. This place is amazing. The customer service is out of this world! I highly recommend and I’ll be back if there is ever an issue with any of my devices. Thank you so much, again.

Paid $90 to get my iPhone 6 screen fixed even though I only need the glass replaced which should have cost $70 and when I got it back the right side was sticking out to where I could see the light from the screen coming through. I dropped it from two feet the next day with a $40 case on it and have the screen went black. Took it back at 11:30 and they charge me another $90 and then I don't get my phone back until the next day and they don't bother to call me. Poor service, took forever, overpriced, and sloppy job.

Excellent service! Life happens and screens get cracked... I first used a CPR branch in Greenville, SC for a screen repair. The service was transferrable to the location closer to my home in Spartanburg. The Spartanburg staff was outstanding. Fast forward several months - new crack. I'd hoped it was just the screen cover they'd installed which was covered for free replacement. I left the phone for what I'd hoped would be a quick repair. When I went to pick it up, I was told that not only had the main screen cracked, the water sensors indicated water damage. I was told that although they could replace the screen, they couldn't guarantee it would still work due to the water issue. The rep said he didn't want to go ahead and replace the screen, which if he did, he'd have to charge for, since the water damage might cause it not to work, even thought it had been working before. He could have done the work anyway. He could have charged me and I'd have been stuck with the repair bill for a phone that wasn't working, but HE DIDN'T. He discussed options and when it became evident that the best option was to turn in a damage claim to the insurance on my phone, he recommended I do that, even though it meant his company wouldn't get the fee for a repair I'd given initial approval for. Now THAT is customer service. It's that kind of service that every business should have. And, you can bet, should life happen again, and a quick repair be needed, I'll will definitely head to CPR in Spartanburg and will stand behind my recommendation for others to do the same.

The first screen they gave me didn't work then the next screen they gave me started to come off and then they wouldn't fix it and told me they would only tape it back together for me. I spent over $100 on repairs and thy did a terrible job. I will never go back.

I took in my son's ipad to have the screen replaced, service was fine. Two days later the ipad started acting funny and went blank. I spoke to the owner and she said bring it back in. I took it back to them only to be told that it was severely water damaged. I have a hard time believing that there was no water damage prior to them replacing the screen and that now it's severely water damaged! Seems to me they just wanted to take my son's money and try for more.

Although they were able to put on a new glass for my iPhone 7+ at a decent price, since then I have had glitches with my phone responding to touch in the corners of the screen. I can with a minor cracked screen, with NO water damage. And now my phone has a “touch glitch.” And is hyper sensitive.

I thought the customer service was pretty spot on, and the guy who took my iphone 6s Plus glass screen to be replaced, was very friendly. I have a couple complaints though... The new screen is definitely nothing like the original. I thought at first it might be polarized because when you turn it to the right it turns a blue tint, and when you turn it to the left it turns a yellow tint. I was like, dang I just got an upgrade... but nope, it’s actually harder to see the screen in the sun. I think it’s just a really cheap glass screen that they charged me $106 for. I will say it appears to be put on professionally, they are just lacking in quality equipment it seems. My other complaint is now my touchscreen is super sensitive and I can hardly even scroll without my finger “clicking” on everything. It makes for a very frustrating time when it just keeps taking you to sites you never clicked. I literally have to push down on the screen super hard and drag my finger, that way it moves the screen without clicking anything (and even most times that fails to work). Not sure I’m very impressed with their replacement products, and I will probably get fed up enough to take it somewhere else here soon. I’m honestly on the fence with recommending them. If you need a cracked screen fixed quick and don’t really care about certain glitches and perfection, then this is your store. But, if you want quality products and your screen to be just like the original, I wouldn’t go here.

Too expensive and chronically understaffed - causes long waits and a disjointed service approach. Hard to get consistent answers from different staff members. If you have a broken Apple product then they are great. Other branded products however, seem to stump them a bit.

The staff was polite. However we had a phone screen under warranty. They said they saw a chip in the screen of which we couldn’t see ourselves. They would not honor the warranty on their original work. They would give a 15% discount. We took our phone to batteries plus Bulbs. They removed the screen and did not note any chips to screen they also said the screen was pulling away from the phone. Batteries plus Bulbs meet the repair price. We had used CPR before several times with success. I am sad they would not honor their warranty on this occasion. We will return to Batteries plus Bulbs.

I am highly disappointed. I feel ripped off. I brought a phone in that I had had for a while. It had been sitting in a box for months and I explained that to the lady when I brought it in. They fixed the screen anyway and it cost almost $100. When I picked the phone up the lady at the front told me they were having trouble getting the phone to stay on and I may need to let it charge for a while. I left trusting her judgement because I couldn’t test the phone myself. I put the phone on the charger and it never came on. I left it charging for days still nothing. I went to the apple store thinking I may just need a new battery and was told to take it back to where I got it fixed. I also took it to another repair store and they told me the same thing. When I brought it back to CPR Mobile the manager argued me down that I had done the damage since it left the store and they would not fix it. He insisted that my phone rusted while sitting on a end table in the living room of my house. Don’t trust this store. They seem to be all about the money and not providing true service.

Just wanted to see what type of consumer service they were and if they could fix an old phone. Sent my guy in and he was told that the phone had no parts available and they couldn't find a phone to get parts for it. Unknowing that I did all the research and found parts and a phone on eBay before sending him in. He tried to explain to the woman that the phone name was called another name and she wouldn't find it, but she swore up and down it was called that and that 30 years told her what it was. If she would have taken two minutes to look up what he said she would have found and seen there were parts available and a phone. Then just for a ten-minute job to switch the motherboard to the same model phone would be fifty to a hundred dollars. Rip off and I wish you could upload videos on here to rate and review.

Wow! These guys are awesome! My phone wouldn't work after I came home from the beach and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. It never touched water - nothing. So I took it in the these guys and was greeted right away. They were super nice and took a look at my phone right then and there. Turns out it was just sand int he charge port and they cleaned it right up, no charge. Great customer service! I will definitely be coming back.

I brought my iPad in for a screen replacement. I go to pick it up Friday and everything checks out fine and is working fine. Come Sunday the home button sinks in and no longer works. I take it back up there Monday and they agreed to fix it free of no charge. I pick it up today and he assured me that it wont be coming off anytime soon. As I'm walking to the car I press the home button just to make sure and it sinks in again. I bring it back in again and tell them the same problem. Off the rip the employee "Matt" accuses me that its my fault and that I'm PUSHING the button to hard saying it's user error. Stating that he's pushed it several times in the back. He then agrees to fix it again but with an attitude. So I pick it up again, for the 3rd time, again everything checks out fine. This time "Matt" doesn't come to the counter, another employee does and again she's assuring me that I shouldn't be putting so much pressure pushing it. But as most of you may know apple home buttons can take a good pushing and still be intact. I know its not gonna be the same but there should be no reason for it to sink in. I come home get on it for a few go to push the home button and its not even working. It's intact but not working. As I'm looking around the home button the screen is lifted up where the home button is at. Just save the trip and take it else where. Poor customer service and I will never be doing business with them again.
