Everything was great. Helpful and friendly staff. My only issue was that it took a month to get my replacement screen in after I was told it would be 5-7 days. I understand there was a mix-up in orders but still 30 days a bit long. The final result was wonderful. Phone looks like new and works very well. Did I mention great staff!! It was much less expensive than replacing the phone.

Keilyn was great adding liquid glass to my iphone 7. Now if it breaks, liquid glass pays $100 towards my replacement screen. Very helpful and in and out in 10 minutes. i'm glad I found Seneca CPR.

Policy needs to change: Keep all brands in stock. Inform customers of replacement policy up front. Do not replace/sell a screen saver that does not adequately fit a phone. Also when a screen becomes detached offer to keep it until the new one comes in so will not get broke. Not happy!

This establishment was able to effective repair for an affordable price within days, with no data loss. Excellent customer service.

Misquoted a fake liquid screen protector to my wife $11 for what is really a third party warranty that ended up being $59. Had to up it on in front of us because people accuse them on not putting it on. On the surface the explanation is that it is invisible. Could that be because it is a form a Rainx that does nothing for durability? Also took a week to get the parts to fix an ipad with a cracked screen. Response to owner: - The store manager mentioned the policy of putting it on in front of the customer. I only mention it because she did, policies come from past experience. If the accusation has never happened, I don't know why she mentioned it. If you are curious please follow up with your staff. - The complaint is the misquote, and misrepresentation. - My mention of the week to fix the ipad is because too many of your reviews mention speed of service. 10 days is your disclaimer, and not properly represented in your reviews. - The product was sold as durability improvement, if there is no evidence of that please stop doing so.
