Dropped my phone in Catawba River. No recovery after being in rice. Figured it was dead for sure. I dared take it these CPR guys & less than 24 hours later, it's up and working. Remarkable. In my case, I needed components replaced... Leading to $175. Still cheaper than a refurb iPhone 6.

What a great experience I had at CPR. My phone decided to have a drink of water through the charging port, I thought that I had to wait a year with my contract and NO insurance with Verizon to get a new phone well CPR to the rescue repaired my phone cheaper than it was to purchase an USED phone. I am so ever grateful for these guys. Then my daughter decided to go 4-wheel riding with her phone in her back pocket and lost her phone, so CPR to the rescue again they repaired the 4s that didn't turn on nor did the screen work for under $100.00. I had a cracked screen with a busted LCD and water damage. They said because my phone had water damage there was no warranty, which is fine. After they fixed my screen I noticed that it has a blue tint to it. It does not look as bright as it did before. Also, my front camera is now blurry. There was nothing wrong with the front camera when I brought it in.

Cell Phone Repair is a good store to get your phone fixed. My LG G4 had a problem with the digitizer, and it was selecting things for me. The people at theCPR were very good to me, and fixed my phone :))) CPR is by far the best I've seen.

First experience with Andre was not very good. He didn't have a good attitude and didn't seem like he wanted to listen to me. He told me to come back new years day and forgot to mention they were closed and had no holiday hours posted anyway at the store or online. So I ended up wasting time and gas to drive to an empty store. Come back Monday and have a better experience. The guy (Kevin) I think, gave me some useful information and was very honest as to what my options were. In fact he is the only reason I would consider coming back and that this review didn't get a 1 star rating

My iPhone 7 screen was starting to have issues where it looked like it was about to go out. It was getting worse and worse wheee I could hardly make out what was on the screen. Took it here and was told they could have it repaired within the hour. I was pretty surprised by that because it was 4:30. The service and the phone when completed were both fantastic.

My iPhone wouldn’t charge all of a sudden. The cord wouldn’t stay in the port. This shop had me up and running in about 15mins and didn’t even charge me to take the lint out of the port. Thank you CPR!!! So friendly I will definitely return.

Paid to have cracked screen changed on an old iPhone 5s. Picked the phone up and screen was dim with bluish tent when I turned on. This didn’t bother me since the phone was only used for kid games. Got the phone home and put it in the case and as I pushed it into the case my thumb pushed through the screen shattering it. I’ve owned a lot of phones in mylife and this has never seen anything like this happen. I took it back and they only offered to repair for half price saying it was my fault and then tried to up sell me with a screen protector. Mind you all of this took place within an hour of picking the phone up. This was my first and last time in this place. The girl behind the counter was decent and did ask for management to offer free repair due to the cheap replacement screens they use but the greed was to much. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to have repairs done. Your phone will look good when finished but the parts used to repair it are junk.

CPR of Rock Hill across from the galleria. These guys are top notch. My mother dropped her IPad which caused the screen to not recognize any touch commands. I called in advance to get an estimate in which was told worst case would require new glass. When we get there, we were greeted by three super nice guys that were able to fix it in two seconds. New glass was not required and when I asked how much, they told me "no charge" which was so unexpected. My mom was so impressed she hugged and kissed one of the guys. This was a great experience and it is now my go to repair shop.

I had a new phone that I needed a protective screen for. Verizon recommended I go to CPR across the street from them in Rock Hill. I took my phone to them, but they did not have the size I needed. He suggested I order one, because He had just put in an order, and I could get it faster. I received the screen in 2 days and took it by CPR for him to place on my phone. He did and did not charge me for his service. I tried to pay, but he refused. He just asked that I bring any problems to them for servicing, and I will certainly do that! Thanks CPR in Rock Hill!

While they fixed my cracked screen poorly, they also messed up the interior of my phone. It costatly freezes, shuts down, responds slower and the camera is worse.
