I normally do not take the time to post reviews but am making an exception in this case. Not only was the price for repair a great value, but the individual that helped me was outstanding. Not only did he absolutely know his stuff, but I observed him managing a struggling new employee and about a dozen customers with the patience of Job. Even in that high stress environment, he consistently maintained a calm, customer-focused demeanor. This was definitely a very positive experience for me and I would not hesitate to recommend the Lexington CPR store to anyone!

I was in there yesterday to get my phone checked for water damage. I was told it did have damage and that I needed to do a water diagnostic test and it would be $45 to do that. The guy there, who has a short ponytail told me I needed to replace the charger port, after running the water diagnostic test. I leave my phone up there, due to me not having time to come get it. My mother and I go up there today, and the same guy tells both of us that the charger port needs to be replaced, and asked if we would like to replace the battery as well. We said sure, to both options, and we leave. We come back about 45 minutes later to the guy telling us that he never said my phone needed a new charger port and that they didn't replace it. Backtracked completely. Now, it wouldn't have been an issue if it weren't for the fact that my phone isn't holding a charge, especially after he said he'd replace charger port. What is going on with this place?

After an unfortunate incident between my phone and my car hood latch, I brought my iPhone 7 in for a screen replacement. This was in late February of 2018. It took them less than an hour to replace it. It worked well until this weekend, when it went crazy on me. I took it back to CPR in hopes they would honor the limited warranty. Not only did they replace the screen at no charge, they had it done in 30 minutes.

Steve and Pam are terrific. I went into their CPR store and was kindly greeted by the CPR staff. My phone's problem was quickly diagnosed through their diagnostic reader and their expert knowledge. And the price for doing all this was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend CPR!

Good Fast service, guys over there very professional...a little more pricey than the others, but soild work. Avoid the glass protectors though, waste of money for the screen sensitivity u lose and they don't stay on.

You better be ready to wait almost 4 hours for a iPhone repair, that’s if the screen works the first time they repair it which mine did not. I don’t know what staff was working when they got all of these great reviews, but it definitely wasn’t the one working today. I have never written a negative review on a business before but I feel like this one deserved it.

Called them up to get a quote for my iphone5s screen replacement, no gimmicks they gave me a direct quote over the phone which was the best in and around and also they just did it in 30 minutes with a lifetime warranty.. Very Professional.. .. just an FYI the replacement cost for the screen including all was $79 .. There are other phone accessories like phone covers which are bit costly when compared to other stores and online but nevertheless they are up-to repairs which I would definitely recommend on the cost and service.. Was told 45 minute wait and waited almost 2 hours. Got my phone back and the screen didn’t even work. Had to wait another 45 minutes for them to fix that and now my home button doesn’t work and my screen does things by itself. Do not recommend at all.

Johny the tech at the Lexington location was awesome! I wasn't sure it could even be fixed - the screen was super shattered, LCD blinking - even the frame of the phone was bent! Also, I was DESPERATE & told him before he checked to see if he could fix it, that I'd be interested in purchasing a phone from them & having the data transferred if it just couldn't be fixed and I was positive he'd just check it and say; "I can't do the $70 repair... You'll have to purchase the $220 phone..." But NO!! HE ACTUALLY FIXED IT!! I had it back fully functional within about an hour on a Saturday!!! Thanks for fast service, affordable pricing, friendly, quality service WITH INTEGRITY!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
