This place is amazing! Paul was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us with our computer! The place is very neat and clean. We just moved here from Atlanta 5 months ago where we had a good computer repair company we used over the years, but Paul and CPR have a new customer for life for our cell phone and computer repair!

Hey! Honestly, it was pretty great. I usually don’t leave reviews because I’m a lazy millennial, but I will make an exception this time. So, I talked to the same guy both times I was there. He was very nice and helpful and explained what was going on with my laptop without making me feel like an idiot. Well, I got my call about my laptop (they needed to replace the battery) and they explained they couldn’t fix it because... some words I didn’t understand. I asked how much I owed and this super nice young man said “Oh nothing! Because we couldn’t fix it we are refunding you the part you paid already”. I picked it up today and was just happy that they he was nice and polite about the whole thing. He explained what I could do to still use my laptop without a battery. Tl; dr: best service ever, everyone was nice.

Brian was my technician. I did not have to wait to see him. He was efficient, fast and knowledgeable., The pricing was very fair and my phone was repaired in 45 minutes. It was SO much easier than using my cell phone wireless provider where I would have to send my phone off for a minor repair - and probably less expensive also. Came in today after I went to verizon. Verizon just tried to restart my phone and when it wouldn't come back on, they just told me that I had killed my phone. I decided to take it to CPR anyway, got helped right away and within 10 minutes, DJ came back out and had the phone back up and running. He was extremely helpful and friendly, continued to talk to me while he was working on my phone so I wasn't just sitting at the front bored.

Took my daughters 5 year old iPad mini in to the Easley, SC store. I told the manager Ritchie that my daughter was about to go nuts without her iPad as a joke. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL AT WHAT PAUL (owner of CPR) can do!! Accidently dropped my ipone6 in the lake Keowee, took it to Paul a MONTH later. within a short period of time (HRS) he had my phone fully restored and operating at 100%, all ALL of my texts, pics, videos, EVERYTHING was still there! FOLKS HE CAN DO THE IMPOSSIBLE!! Loved that he communicated with me through the entire process. Pricing is very fair and reasonable!! Took my iPhone in for a new battery. About a third the cost of going to Apple. Only took about 30 minutes for him to do it. Great customer service, too. I visited website and got an estimate. He called me the next day to let me know he had the battery in stock and I could drop it off anytime if I decided to use them.

We brought my son's iPhone 6 in that had been exposed to the rain hoping to salvage it. It was determined that there was too much water to warrant trying to fix it and it stay operational. As disheartening as that was, they did have a refurbished phone available for us to purchase. It actually saved us about $400 had we purchased a brand new phone. I appreciated the honesty. I would definitely use them again.

Daughters decided to put pennies into my PS4 that dropped into the disk drive where I couldn't get to them. I looked for best rated places to take it too based off the ratings on here and this was the choice. So I took it to CPR in Easley and ERIC helped me out in a huge way and very quickly. I heavily suggest you use CPR for your electronic repair needs. Wish I could give them a 6/5 but I can't. Thanks Eric!!

Came in today thinking my phone was really broke !! How do I say a blonde moment ! The new I phone button at the bottom seemed stuck . My battery was dead . Trying to use a cheap charging cable so I couldn’t get it charged . The Power adapter end broke into my Iphone 8 and I went to AT&T and Verizon and they refused to help repair. I went to CPR in Easley and Ritchie Price helped me with removing the end of the cable and he did not even charge me anything. He was such a gentleman, very polite and he knew his job extremely well.
