Rude, horrible customer service I dropped my phone off to them for repair. To replace the screen and battery. When I dropped off the phone it had a SIM card in it and when they returned it to me it was missing. I now have to buy a new one from Verizon. They are rude, irresponsible, the owner literally was yelling at me over the phone saying I was accusing her of witch craft because they lost the SIM card You get what you pay for I would not recommend them to anyone. Go to a professional repair center

I went in to get my iPhone 6 Plus screen repaired and found out that they fixed iMac as well. My iMac's hard drive had gone bad and they said they could fix it. They fixed both in excellence and at very reasonable prices. Turnaround time was great. Note: Initially when I dropped off the phone they quoted me a price to replace the LCD and the Glass but when I went to pickup, they said the LCD was fine and only the glass needed to be replaced hence the repair price was lower. Bakari was the specialist that took care of me. . I also got to meet the owner, very nice, friendly and down to earth. Highly recommend this place if you need to get your phone or computer (even Apple products) fixed in excellence at very reasonable prices by honest and friendly people.

They had my iPad for a month to repair lcd and screen, every time I called the lady was rude and no matter the time of day would use the excuse that the technician is not in and the iPad is on his desk being worked on. After two weeks with no word from them I called to let them know I wanted to pick it up and have it repaired elsewhere. She responded that it was sent to Myrtle Beach for repairs. I waited another two weeks and asked for a manager. The manager told me that the iPad had already repaired for a while and he didnt understand why I wasn’t called. He explained that he is not here all the time and doesn’t know everything about this location. This is the worst treatment I’ve ever received from a business like this. I’ve brought them my business multiple times and the current staff and management here is rude and disrespectful. This is the first review I have ever written, but I am hoping to prevent someone else from having to experience what I have with this location. There are other great business that do the same repairs. Btw the screen is loose on the iPad and I am still in the parking lot. I am just going to spend money to have it properly fixed elsewhere. I am considering the 150 I wasted as a lesson!

My experience was amazing. I was struggling with a serious cell phone charging issue for a week and had tried to do some trouble-shooting on my own and with another company, but I still didn't know what the problem was. Within about 5-10 minutes the employees got my phone to charge, figured out that the problem was primarily with my old charging cable and introduced me to a new, better constructed charging cable that they had available for purchase. They also provided me with other possible causes of the problem and estimates just in case the charging cable didn't work. I now have a reliable phone which is charging like a champ.

The girl working was rude to us, had no interest in wanting to help us, had the phone for 3 hours and then made us wait and she couldn’t even put the screen on so we walked out with an even more broken phone having to take it to cell carrier store. Waste of time being here honestly I’m very disappointed such poor communication. I will never come back here.

When I called in to ask about getting the screen replaced on my Samsung Note 8, I was informed that it's a special order item and can take a couple days to receive. Not a big deal as my phone was still usable. I stopped into the store to pay the deposit and was excited to find out they actually had the exact parts in stock. He got my phone back to in about an hour and half and it looks brand new again!

I brought in my daughters phone. It was working fine but the screen was cracked. When I got it back it had multiple problems. The camera no longer worked properly. at points it would not react when She typed and other times it would appear that someone was typing when they weren’t. In brought it in right after to have them fix it and they claim the work they did did not cause the problem. We will need to buy her a new phone after spending 130 to have them “fix” it

I totally reccomend! Got a new quality battery for $25 bucks (student discount) in my iPhone that seriously needed it. The guys were very personable, kind, and professional. Even the tv they have in the waiting area was very entertaining with technology YouTube videos of some pretty cool stuff. You can buy refurbished phones and the warranty itself is cool on everything they have. I'll be going back and telling friends. A place next door to my work wanted to charge $50.00 for the same type of battery. Use CPR!

Saturn Parkway location, these people are awesome! Trust me, get your phone repaired here, get more life outta your phone at a very reasonable price backed up by a lifetime guarantee ... it's a no brainier! They're good people, they do good work at a fair price. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Find your way there, leave your phone for an hour or so (once the parts have come in, they'll call you), and come back and pick up your phone all ready to go for another year or two or three. Think about how much money you'll save, seriously. Ask for Preston or Kaylie, they are awesome!

DON'T BUY A BATTERY FROM THEM! Bought one for my S5 that had a lifetime warranty . After first swap, the battery would not hold charge properly and would get to 30% and die. They kept giving me a "new" one but it did the same thing! They told me they would not replace anymore because I had a short in my mother board. I bought a new one at Batteries Plus and it works just like it should so proves there is nothing wrong with my phone! They have been ripping me off! Don't trust them!!!

My cell phone suffered water damage and I didn't really know where to take it but thought I had seen a cellphone repair business near my home. Preston took my phone, tested it and confirmed that it only had screen damage ( I know this may change) and I asked him to change the battery while it was already open. Since I hadn't bought a screen protector and the case I had fell apart when I took it off, I added them in. ON A FRIDAY afternoon, he had it ready in an hour and with their discounts, I paid what I thought was a very fair price AND I didn't have to go the weekend without my phone. Big Thank You!

Never have I experienced the rudeness and disrespect for the customer as I did today by the manager at the Saturn Drive store. Not only was I treated with disrespect, but I was also told an untrue reason why my piece of equipment was still out for repair. Not once, not twice, but three times. Yes, I was not pleased that my piece of equipment was still not ready for pickup, after being told it would definitely be ready two days ago, after being told this two other times too. Then the male behind the counter communicated incorrect information, again as to why it had still not been repaired. Then the manager stepped in and should never have spoken to me the way she did. I still don’t have my piece of equipment and they have no clue when, or if, it can be fixed. What started off as a simple fix turned around real quick. They have shipped it out for repair and not sure when it will be shipped back to this store. Thank goodness this manager will be leaving this location, and I certainly hope the new manager will make sure the employees can communicate to the public with honesty and respect. Hopefully the new manager has received the proper training on dealing with customers in whatever the situation, because the current manager definitely did not get proper training.

I've literally never left a review before but this was probably the worst experience I've had as a customer so here we go... I was told the repair on my phone was probably going to be a simple fix that would take a couple of hours. After 7 hours, 4 visits, 4 false given pickup times, 3 phone calls, and a 20 minute wait after I was told to come to the store, the original problems are apparently fixed but now the backlight on the phone has gotten damaged through a "routine risk of removing the screen" and I was told it had to be sent to a master tech 3 hours away to get fixed, with no discounts on the original repair to account for the now 2 day inconvenience. Through it all, the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful and no one there seems at all able to communicate clearly or constructively with customers. I've been going to this location for years and have never experienced this terrible of an experience, and will absolutely never come back.

Only store I will go to for my devices! I came in with 6 business cell phones that needed some TLC. I definitely came in right before closing, bc, you know, life! The owners stayed open and took care of all 6 phones. They replaced 6 front glass screen protectors and 2 back protectors. They were knowledgeable about the best protectors for the phones and all warranty information. I highly recommend CPR Columbia!

Disappointed. $300 was not enough to make their standard “good customer,” I guess. They are out to make a buck only and do not stand behind their products or their word. Go elsewhere to have your phone repaired. They do not stand behind their products or repairs. My replacement screen cracked the next day when I removed the overpriced non-functioning protective screen cover. TWO BIG THUMBS DOWN.

I'm not well pleased. I dropped the phone off on Saturday. They said Tuesday. On Tuesday, they said the part hadn't come in yet and maybe on Thursday. On Thursday they said they needed to order a screwdriver to take the phone apart. Finally fixed on Friday. But the case doesn't fit quite right and the camera LED no longer works. I'm going someplace else next time.

I originally purchased my screen protector from CPR. I have had two screen protectors changed over the last few years, and today I went in and I was told it was different management and ownership and that they would not honor my existing warranty to charge me $10 for a new screen protector. The service attendant at CPR was very matter-of-fact, didn’t care about my situation and wanted to charge me $59 for a new screen protector!!!! This is what’s wrong in the industry today, zero customer service! Zero honoring their word!! My recommendation, stay away from this place!!!!!

I appreciated the prompt customer service and the excellent soldering job that the hardware engineer did on my phone's finicky charge port. This is a ZTE Axon 7 I use for Android development and I really needed the port to be fixed quickly so I can recharge the phone. The newly soldered port is working well. I would definitely come here again for any future repair needs.

Ehh, The work itself on the LC was pretty good, although a little pricey. Small white dot on the screen but that doesnt’t bother me. However i'm noticing that my ipad is randomly restarting itself every couple minutes. However, this may some sort of software issue so im going to restore it and see what happens. A little bit annoyed, but i'm not about to point any fingers just yet edit: 7-12-19 4:14 P.M, Ipad keeps shutting off randomly. i'll head back as soon as i can to get the situation reassessed edit 2: They've been working really hard to try to help me out. They are planning to do a new free inspection within the next few days. Edit 3: 7-17-18: Can’t be fixed. iPad wasn’t restarting before so not sure what the issue is now, and i’m not too keen on sending it a few hours away. All the Tech people need to be local. They were nice though, so theres that.

I wouldn’t take anything to these know nothing crooks. They don’t do the work they say is done. Replaced battery they ruined with a bad battery and a faulty screen refused warranty services. The screen was a cheap Chinese knock off. Another shop checked and confirmed their shoddy work. I fix it at the mall so much cheaper faster and better products. Plus they actually stand by their warranty.

Young dude came out I explained what I was told over the phone by an associate what I needed done and I also told him what the problem was. He looks at me with this crazy look like he didn’t know what I was talking about. Then ask to see my phone. Looks my phone up and around and says it looks like it’s good. I said never mind took my phone and left. Waste of a drive. Went to the one in the vista the guy knew exactly what I was talking about and helped me with no problem. This location sucks. Go to the one in the vista.

I paid for three screens in my IPhone X in two weeks they charged me all three times . The Materials must be cheap But I payed top dollar. Service was terrible even after I paid for all three Screens I was told I had to wait three hours to get my phone back I highly recommend not going to this cell phone repair shop. On top of the screens I paid for I bought the case and screen protector they recommend and still had to pay they showed No sympathy
