Thank you so much to Clayton at CPR. Before coming to CPR I thought all hope was lost for my phone, which the battery had completely died on, and was unable to charge. Needing to get my personal information, photos, contacts, passwords, etc. off of my dead phone and onto my new phone, my service provider as well as other repair agencies made it seem that I was completely out of luck. Clayton took the time to sincerely help me get my phone back in working order. His knowledge about phones and current technology/apps allowed me to have everything transferred smoothly onto my new phone exactly as it was on my old one. He saved me so much time, money, and a priceless peace off mind. I will never be able to thank him enough for his honesty and taking the time he did to help ensure my phone is perfect again. I had two phone's worked on by CPR. The cracked screen replaced on my phone (Moto G7) and the battery replaced on my daughter's iPhone 6S. Keith was the employee at CPR that I spoke with on the phone and at the business. He was very polite and curtious on the phone and in person. Both phones were repaired within two hours. Excellent job on both phone's by CPR. I highly recommend them and they were very reasonably priced. They also do repairs on computers and gaming consoles.

Bad experience trying to get iPhone 6 battery replaced. I made an appointment through Apple scheduler. I drove 45 minutes to make the appointment and was then told that they were out of batteries and that they don't ever replace iPhone 6 batteries. The blamed Apple but it seems like the store should keep their info on Apple scheduler accurate. The least they could do is contact the customer prior to arrival at the store. I am not a happy customer.

I had my IPhone X screen replaced twice by cpr, the first time time they charged me way to high at at over 480$. Not to mention that screen quality was a cheap Chinese replacement. The screen was not as bright and the 3D touch would not work. the phone also tried to unlock itself in my pocket and would lock up. Two months after I replaced it, the screen stopped working and would not respond so they replaced it under warranty for no charge with another after market screen. Another two months later, the screen blacked out with green lines across parts of the screen and no signs of ANY physical damage and they would not replace it. Dont go to cpr unless you want garbage Chinese screens that last a month or two.

Great Customer service.. Went in to check on new battery and how I was losing charge alot quicker than normal especially at night while I was sleeping when I was not using it.. Nathan gave me tips on apps that drained my charge and how to shut down apps that use GPS that search 24 hrs. even though I don't use them much.. Said to try this before purchasing a new battery.. I was also being alerted very early mornings with emails that disturbed my sleep.. Steven was very helpful with hints on how to shut down alerts of emails while I slept. He didn't try to make up something and cheap sell me anything on solving my dilema or trick me into buying something I didn't need.. I thought that was professional of him in helping instead of trying to sell me somthing.. I will go to CPR the next time I have phone problems.. Both Nathan and Steven were very gracious and helpful by freely providing me with this information..

The guy had no idea what he was talking about, I'm not a phone expert but it's a hobby of mine to keep up to date on the tech in phones. I new right away when he gave me false info, but most people wouldn't. Also I had an appointment to get the battery replaced 3 days ahead, and when we showed up they didn't have any of the batteries left. Normally CPR is fine, but this one I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

They broke my tablet. All I needed was a digitizer replacement. Not an LCD. They quoted me $99. I agreed, payed half up front, and they said it would be 3-4 days cuz they had to order it. 3-4 days pass... nothing. A week passes... nothing. I call up there and the guy says "oh sorry I meant to call you. We had a busy week (when I asked the guy up front, mind you, he said that 'this season is always slow'). So the part that we had to order (they they checked to see if it was in stock at the warehouse) is not in stock. And also it's gonna cost you $250"... So I get my tablet back and it's dead for one, and when I charged it the screen was all grey with lines going across the panel. REMEMBER that all I needed was a digitizer because the screen worked fine. Even the touch worked fine it was just cracked. Now neither of those work and I had to get a new tablet because mine no longer functions in ANY capacity whatsoever. Would not recommend this place to anybody

I came to this CPR location 2 weeks ago because my LG bluetooth headphones (retractable ear buds) were acting up. I forgot the big-bearded service man's name that helped me but he was excellent. Initially he implied that he couldnt hemp me but his curiosity wouldnt let me leave empty handed. He started looking at them and found that the plastic outer-shell was slightly opened and allowing moisture inside. He took the headphones to the back and performed surgery. When he came back, he explained that the moisture caused some rust and corrosion, seizing up the retractable buds. He cleaned it out and sealed the plastic outer-shell back up. They worked like new! I pulled the buds out and retractef them several times to be sure. I asked him "how much do i owe u?" and he nonchalantly replied "ahh nothin, dont worry about it." And he insisted, so that was the end of that lol. Need less to say, my first experience with CPR was outstanding and i will use them in the future if need be. I recommend them to anyone in university area and nearby. Completely separate experience: I came into the store with an older, galaxy note 4 with a shattered camera lense. Luckily, the gentlemen was able to find the correct lense and replace it in a matter of minutes. Awesome! I need my camera and im not ready to get a new phone quite yet as i am waiting for the note 8 to drop. Knowlegable, coureous, professional and reasonably priced so this is my go-to spot for any future cell phone rapairs.

I called around getting quotes to get a crack on my phone fixed. I was quoted $144 and some change. So I decide to drive over to get things started. I show up and I am being bumped to $169 for it to get fixed. I work in sales and I always am up front with my customers. If you are going to low ball just to get someone in and then think they will pay more, because they decided to show, is not how I would run a business. I will be taking my phone elsewhere, even if it is more expensive.

This place was horrible. They gave me price and then tried to switch the price once I agreed to pay. Showed them a Groupon and they said I couldn't use it. I just let them fix my phone. They fixed it and a day later my screen blacked out. Took it back to them for them to fix it and they said my memory board crashed. My phone screen was shattered but still worked lol. I would never go back to them, this was my second time and they blew it. So rude!

I will never do business with these guys again, I give one star for the fast service, but 2 weeks later my phone drops cracks a little bit in the corner with tempered glass they swore by and sold me, I try to pull the tempered glass off and the whole screen comes up m, when I take it back for warranty all he can offer is a glue job that takes a hour, if you need your screen fix go to tech zone or everything iPhone. This was a bad experience and I feel stupid for paying more(thinking it was professional) when I could have went to everything iPhone and got it done cheaper and probably better this experience was a disaster, good luck out there!

Here's the thing...when your phone starts acting up, if you are anything like me, you think ..$$$...you hope it's an easy fix and that it's in the budget. Well, it was both!!! It was a screen issue - where you screen is jumpy and calling people without you touching it--yes, that...but it was all good at CPR Cell Phone Repair and was done in under an hour.

This past week my iPhone7 died and I needed to see if it could be fixed. I stopped in at this store to see what they could do for me. I had the best customer service experience that I have had in a long while. While we decided not to spend the money on an expensive repair, they did revive an older phone of mine which now works just fine. I highly recommend this store and will go back if I have another cell phone or other device that needs service.

I would give 0 stars if I could I broke my iPhone 6 screen and tried to fix it myself (big mistake) so I go to this place because they are close to UNCC and I figured they could simple replace the screen I tried to put on with a new screen. The guy who "tries" to fix my phone comes back out saying I damaged a cable and he would buy the phone from me for $20. (hell no that was the price my meal just costed) anyway I said "no, thats okay" and so he goes to bring me my phone back. (I decided to buy a new phone from the att store next door) Fast Forward to today when I finally went to an Ifix repair store in my local mall and the guy says my: camera speaker and frame that holds the home button down is missing I am beyond shook and realized CPR took advantage of me, way back when I tried to get my phone fix. If you chose to go here just beware especially college students.

Don't take in consideration this place if you need to fix a problem with your Apple product. I booked an appointment via Apple website after Apple customer support suggested me to come in this place. First they told me they could not fix my problem with apple warranty, after I told them that Apple told me to come in this place, they told me that they had to fix first 3 Iphone before mine (why have I to book an appointment if I have to wait other people before me?) and that they didn't have parts to fix issues on Iphone 6s. The end of the story? I did 40 miles for nothing and I wasted my precious time. Do you need to repair an Apple device? Go to an Apple Store. I think Apple must remove this store form their website.

Came in with a broken phone screen. They treated me well and we had some laughs, but they were very professional. My phone ended up having some other problems that made a simple repair end up taking 2 hours, but it didn't go wasted. The gentlemen were so apologetic and nice and make sure i was taken care of and even gave me a discount at the end. Definitely recommend and would go back for any sort of repair ill need.

I have the new Motorola Z3 Play. Unfortunately, I dropped my phone and shattered the screen and the LCD was also broken. It was difficult for me to find places that would fix said phone because of how difficult it is to replace those screens. I brought my phone into CPR Monday evening and I received a call last night (Wednesday) stating that my phone was fixed and ready for pick-up (this is including the ordering/shipping of the screen which was piggy-backed onto another order). The staff is friendly and exceedingly knowledgeable. Needless to say, I am ridiculously satisfied with the service CPR provided. My phone works great and looks good as new!

My phone cracked that morning and I was devastated! I’ve never broken a phone before in my LIFE. The whole screen was shattered and pitch black. I went into sprint to get an estimate and they told me $300!!! I figured at that point, “just get a new phone.” Out of utter desperation I looked up a few cell phone repair companies. I came across CPR and they told me $50 AND IT WILL ONLY TAKE 30 MINUTES!! They delivered their promise. I ran back in to see my phone looking good as new. Had them fix my iPad and it was done fast and at a reasonable price. They recommended the tempered glass to help prevent it from cracking in the future which I had them put on for me. I know one of the reviews said they guaranteed it would protect the phone and it didn't but that's not how they explained it to me. It helps prevent cracks and doesn't guarantee it is what I was told. Go see them if you need a mobile device fixed.

My Nexus 5X was not charging when plugged in and so I was asked to pay $37 approx. in advance to order in a new charging port for the phone and they promised me my money back if I did not work after replacing the component. The phone was fixed in less than one week and it is working well right now. Not only was the phone fixed quickly but the total charge of $75 approx. was considerably less when compared to the estimated charge by the Google store. I will definitely recommend the store to anyone who is using a phone whose warranty has expired. Update: The fix that they provided failed within a week and they refused to provide a refund.
