This place and its staff are amazing. If I could give it more stars I would! Had a cracked iphone6 screen and went in right when they opened and they said they could have it done it 45 minutes or less. I left it with them as I had errands to run and came back to a brand new looking phone I would have never guessed was mine! The staff was so friendly and explained to me different case options and even threw some phones around to show me how the cases protected them (quite entertaining as well as informative). Would recommend going to them over anyone else! I will definitely be back if I have problems with my phone again!

They close at 4 on Sunday but took me in at 3:59 with a smile. Got my part ordered quickly. When I went to pick it up, the nice man spoke to me about fixing my PC as well. Usually, it's "drop it iff and we'll see IF we can fix it". While he didn't promise anything he asked lots of good questions which he totally didn't have to do. Will be my go to from now on!!

"Leave a 5 Star Review on Google and receive a free screen protector ($30 value)." -CPR Lobby Sign. Absolutely awful. I have an iPhone 6s and took it to them to repair the cracked screen. I dropped my phone off on July 1st being told that it'd be an easy fix, only 30-45 minutes. An hour later never received a call when we were told they'd call. When we went back the manager, Chris (I believe) said when he replaced my screen my phone would not turn back on. He said they would fix it free of charge and call me when it was ready. A little about why this is so awful... I'm less than a month from my wedding, that I am planning from South Carolina. It's in Texas so my phone is a vital key to helpin me plan my wedding. Seeing as it was supposed to be an easy quick fix I didn't save any numbers/information or any other vital things for my wedding planning process. And now, the rest of the story: Of course I never received a call so I called them on July 7th, almost a week since I dropped it off to have a 30-45 minute repair. Had trouble getting through to the lady who I was and how to spell my name. When they finally realized who I was they said my phone had been shipped off.... I was never told anything about it being shipped. The manager, who then called the repair guy while I was on the phone, then said that the other location was about to ship it back and it'd be about another day or two. That was on the 7th. July 10th I called back after receiving no call, they said that it was still in the process of being fixed and would take another day or two to finish PLUS another day or two for shipping. Again, the employee I was talking to called to verify with the phone guy while I was on the phone. Come a few days later, still no call. This is about the 10th. Called to get an update. This employee had no new update on my phone and said he'd have someone call me back. So I gave it a few days. Now, July 14th. 2 weeks after I dropped it off. I call and went back and forth with another employee who finally told me the truth. Their shopping company had misplaced/sent my phone to an unknown place and they were having trouble finding it.... then the big surprise. He told me it hasn't even been repaired yet.... so what we're the other two employees doing telling me they talked to the repair guy and saying my phone was almost done? Seriously! At this point it's a few days before my inlaws fly in from Spain and Afghanistan as well as our flight to Texas so I'm getting really worried. Finally on July 18th I receive a call that it's ready. When we arrived I asked them what the problem was. The girl proceeded to try and explain the repair issue, I them cut her off by saying the repair issue isn't a big deal, I want to know why I was lied to multiple times. She then got very snippy and replied with "ma'am I can assure you, you weren't lied too." I did not appreciate her tone at all. I then asked her what day the repair man received my phone. She said it was about 3 days prior he got it. Really? I then explained to her that a week before he got it I was told on two separate occasions by two separate employees that he had it in hand and was currently working on it. She then became at a loss of words so I asked for the manager. He had no words either other than apologizing. Though I did appreciate he gave us a refund to the base repair charge. So all in all I originally paid $140 to fix a simple cracked screen. So, you can guarantee I will never be back here. They have very poor communication as well as service.

I went to the West Ashley location to get my front camera fixed after having the whole front screen replaced for $122 in a Richmond, VA CPR location. The guys at the West Ashley CPR fixed it within 10 minutes and didn't charge me anything for their work!!! About a week later, my phone froze mid-charge and stayed stuck on the apple screen. I went back to the West Ashley location and they took almost an hour or more to try and reboot my phone. They were so helpful, concerned and genuinely pleasant to work with. They weren't able to do anything to my iPhone since it was pretty old and I guess had just died out, but they didn't even charge me for their time!! I would highly recommend taking your phone or devices here before going anywhere else... these guys genuine, honest and honestly the BEST in town for these types of annoying problems!! Thanks CPR <3

Horrible! DO NOT GO TO THEM! I cracked my screen on Tuesday. I went to the store in West Ashley and they were out of screens. Asked me to come back the next day. Went back and they still didn't have screens. Called Thursday and was told they had the screens. Drove over to the store and was told that their internet was down and their calls were being answered in Mount Pleasant. Drove over to that store since the guy said he would hold the screen for me. Went back later that day and picked up my phone. At that point I noticed the touch on my screen wasn't always picking up. Went BACK into the Mt. P store and they told me it was a "defective screen" and they were out of new ones. The then told me to go to the West Ashley location the next day. Went there and got my phone back and THE SCREEN DOESN'T WORK AT ALL NOW! I had to file a claim and pay $225.00 deductible to get a new phone. I am FURIOUS! They wrecked my phone and cost me more money! Tried to save money by not going to Apple and it ended up costing me more! GO TO APPLE!

Unfortunately I had two iPhone 6s that were immersed in salt water for at least 15 minutes. Once I got off the boat I headed directly to the store. It had been at least 60 minutes since I discovered the phones. Chris was working at the store and explained the entire recovery process and the cost. He said that it could take a few hours, or up to 24 hours. Four hours later the first iPhone was returned to me in working order. The battery and screen had to be replaced. The second iPhone required additional work, but was returned to me the next afternoon. It worked perfectly, but also required a new screen and battery. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the service and the pricing. I received a call to authorize the additional cost of the screens and batteries, and the work was completed on time. I would highly recommend CPR. ONE WARNING - IF YOU HAVE A iPHONE THAT HAS GOTTEN WET, DO NOT TURN IT ON, OR PLUG IT INTO THE CHARGER. THE CPR TECHS SAID THAT THE FACT THAT I DID NOT DO THOSE THINGS INCREASED SIGNIFICANTLY THE ODDS THAT MY iPHONES COULD BE REPAIRED.

Manager was unprofessional about the experience and told me to "go try somewhere else" and walked in the back. I have been a loyal return customer for a long time now but the last iPhone screen I had replaced was the poorest quality and cheapest replacement part I have ever had the unfortunate experience of coming across. I used to think they cared about what they slapped onto your phone for a whopping $110 but now I know they do not. My replacement screen cracked in my pocket inside an Otterbox which I also purchased from this store location less than 72 hours after I paid to have it replaced. I used to encourage and promote this store but I will now be taking my business elsewhere. Absolutely unacceptable quality.

I purchased a very old laptop from a thrift store for a student of mine. I couldn't find the right screws to hold in the hard drive so I tried several electronics stores in the West Ashley area hoping to find two or three that would fit. No other store in the area would help me out, they all told me to call Dell's customer service line and get the three hardware screws mailed. As a last ditch effort, I went to CPR off of 821 Orleans Rd. I take it that this isn't something that's really in their wheelhouse seeing as though "Cell Phone" is in their name. But, one of the men decided to take a look at the laptop. After about 15 minutes he found two screws, one for the side of the bay and one for the back of the computer. He was very meticulous. Two was enough to secure the drive and he couldn't find any others that would fit from his pile of hardware screws. I got the feeling that he wasn't rushing me out of the store even though the hunt was becoming a pain. They were put into the machine with care. When we were done I asked him what I owed him and he said not to worry about it. So, I'm repaying CPR in the form of this Google review. They helped me out even when the issue I had was a bit outside of their usual business. Furthermore, they didn't charge me a dime! I will be returning in the unfortunate event that any of my electronic devices gives me a problem. They have definitely earned a new customer in me.

I originally took my laptop to goodwill to have the screen replaced, they broke a piece that would cost an additional $250 and told me that I should just buy a new computer. I took the West Ahsley store my PS4 to have HDMI port repaired. When I got it back the picture was still poor and as time went on the picture got worse and I could no longer get sound. I took it back to the same store and the offered me a " free diagnostic" like I didn't already know what was wrong and that they normally offer that service for free. But refused to stand up for the work they did. What your documentation doesnt show was that the work wasn't well done to begin with. The person who did the work made no mention of my picture being poor and you still charged me full price.

I would not recommend this place to get your iPhone 8 Plus repaired. I got my screen fixed a couple weeks ago and now my screen isn’t working properly. It honestly worked perfectly fine when it was cracked. I took it to get looked at my phone again under the warranty and it is still causing me problems my screen will randomly black out along with my buttons not wanting to work either. Do not trust them with a new iPhone!!

Installed screen and same day a few hours later it cracked inside a LIFEPROOF case that was not dropped. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Girl dropped it while putting the case back on the phone and would not warranty the cracked screen that they caused!!! If you have an iPhone, this business can easily help you out. If not, be sure to call to make sure they have the part in question for your phone...do not do business if they have to order it for you, because, in my case, they DID NOT order the part. After trying to make it right, they offered to order a new phone as a replacement. They DID NOT order the phone. THEN they managed to MISPLACE current phone after switching it with their "loaner phone". Time for this business to hire people who know what the hell they are doing...those of us who can't afford the latest trendy phone need our "cheap" phones to work! Got my iphone 7 for screen replacement got an screen with bad colors, sensors are not working, blurry camera. Stay away from this place. When asking for a full refund, they say that they will hold $60 for they labor no matter what, this is their policy.

Overall Not the greatest experience. FIRST THING I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!! who purchases a replacement screen thru CPR PURCHASE INSURANCE !!!!!!!! for there CHEAP china products i owed my Iphone 6s+ nearly 3Yrs & that its 3yrs of abuse & being dropped, finally the screen actually shattered.I purchase a replacement from West Ashley CPR and the phone was replaced VERYY quickly & efficiently. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED.& i was TOLD i had a Limited warranty...but then.i had the phone MAYBE 3-4days with the NEW REPLACEMENT SCREEN & my job requires me to drive vehicles all day long. I noticed my screen had a HUGE crack from bottom to the top. but the difference was cracked UNDERNEATH. Never dropped the phone sense the replacement & has been nurtured the entire short-span. I called CPR & to discuss what has happen, an i was told that it was MY FAULT & i was responsible for replacing the screen. I WAS furious & DISRESPECTED, I had to speak to a district manger to get my issue resolved, apon reading reviews this seems to be a very habitual problem with CPR's, with there poor quality replacements. Apon having my issue resolved i return to West Ashley, to get into a big debate with a Tech, who repeatedly told me it was my fault, the phone was cracked INSIDE my pocket, tho 3yrs of owning my phone I NEVER EVERRR had an issue with my phone inside my pocket EVER. Then i was told my phone was bent (which it wasnt) never the less, i get my phone repaired for the 2nd time. To ONLY FIND OUT 3 DAYS LATER!, i use my SELFIE CAMERA to find the lens was distorted, possibly from a (protection screen) wasnt removed while doing the replacement. So at this point i no longer want to deal with West Ashley, so i call Mt. Pleasant to explain my experiences & what my lens was doing, ONLY DO GET THE MOSTTTT DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEE I EVER spoke to in my LIFE, He constantly interrupted me, told me i was at fault, and then MID-DISCUSSION placed on hold.. at this point im beyond fed up with ALL OF CPR, i started to raise my voice and demanded to speak to the same (district manger) who resolved my issue, ONLY then was i treated some sort of respect with the opportunity to explain my situation & how i ONLY WAS REQUESTING my lens to be fixed, by removing the protecting coating INSIDE the phone. all & all, The entire staff of CPR are rude, obnoxious, & disrespectful, and im sure SOME customers try to take advantage of cell phone repair, but these folks treat the customer is ALWAYS WRONG, & Always at Fault. If it wasn't for the Manger, Daniel in Mt. Pleasant, I would of had a HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE IF YOU EVERY EXPERIENCE SIMILAR PROBLEMS @CPR ASK FOR DANIEL !! HES THE ONLY EMPLOYEE WHO ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS!!

I'm from out of state and in Charleston for a family wedding when my phone charger wouldn't secure to the charging port. I first went to the AT&T store and they couldn't see anything but recommended me to CPR. Seconds after arriving at CPR and explaining what was happening, the attendant spotted debris shoved into my charge port. She had it safely removed and tested the port to ensure a cord would secure properly. I was there less than two minutes and they didn't charge me. I'm impressed and very grateful!

Quick, friendly, helpful service. I was in a bind with no access to my business. Brad McClelland (VP of Sales) and Daniel Riley (Store Manager in Mt. Pleasant) met me at the store, before regular hours, and had my screen replaced and my phone up and running in 20 minutes. This is after Brad and the store manager in West Ashley stayed after hours to try to fix the phone the previous night. Highly recommend this company. Customer service is key and it is well implemented at CPR in Mt. Pleasant and West Ashley locations.

Not only do these guys provide outstanding customer service, but in the two times I've been there, they had the parts I needed in stock (for two different phones). The first was a screen for my husband's phone. No other company had that screen in stock. The second was a battery for my phone. Not only did they have my battery, but they repaired damage done to my phone by another repair company (Digital Remedy on King). They gave me a huge discount on the battery, and repaired the damage for free (which included a broken sim card) and I was out in less than an hour. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. They didn't even ask for a review.

I thought my phone was a goner...as did the rep at Verizon, just around the corner. Before I took the plunge and got a new phone, I took it to CPR. Didn't want to spend a lot as I was eligible for an upgrade but didn't want to start a new purchase plan if I didn't have to, either. The guys at CPR worked a minute or two of back-room magic and my phone was back to life. Because a Verizon person had wiped my phone clean I'm now busily restoring apps and re-setting accounts, but it's on my faithful Galaxy S4 and I still have an upgrade in my back pocket for the truly fatal event. Thanks, CPR, can't say enough about your friendliness and competence.
