They now have a 5C of ours that has a shattered screen and won't power on, FREE diagnostics PRIOR to replacing the screen so we're not throwing away money. Thanks CPR y'all are the best.

brought my Motorola atrix 2 in to have the charging port replaced and well they said they replaced it and well guess what they told me it couldn't be repaired and i went to someone else and it was fixed right and they said cpr didn't even finish the solder job and the new charging port was dirty

My phone was cracked and I got it fixed. Didn’t take that long it was good. But half of my screen wasn’t working and I had to go back And get it fixed and on the way there it dropped on the carpet of the car and cracked and when we got there they said that I would have to pay to get my screen fixed all over again when it wasn’t working in the first place

Had a Galaxy s9+ repaired last week. Replaced the cracked screen. Took them about 1.5 hrs. Lowest price in the area for screen repair of Galaxy s 9+... I checked all the spots. This is quite a pricey job, but CPR truly took care of me. Thank you CPR. I don't have anything to complain about.

Anyway, they gave me a free estimate (the lowest around, too) and honored it a few days later, and also completed the repair in about half the time I expected. I could not have been more pleased with the service provided. First, I went to a different place and was told they did not have the tools available for my ipad and that it would have to be ordered. The other place also told me that it would be over $230 to repair the ipad. Keep in mind this is a well known repair service place so i was a bit shocked when i was greeted with reluctance (the guy looked at the screen and acted like he didnt even know if he would be able to fix it). When i went to CPR i was met with great attitude and an eagerness to help. I was also told it would be half the price of what i was quoted at the other place. When I went to pick the ipad up yesterday, the gentleman who checked me out was extremely professional and offered me additional services at a low price without being pushy. It was refreshing to have someone inform me of a service and not try to coax me into purchasing it. I was also pleased to hear of the life time warranty provided with the repair at no extra cost. I will most definitely be recommending CPR to all my friends in family who may need them in the future.

I believe they are racist.. And very judgmental. I have a lot of tattoos and as soon as my husband and I walked inside the place he had a horrible attitude. Kind of tried to treat us like we where a couple of junkies but at the time we where really in a bad position and needed to sell my laptop.. The younger guy that works there gave me 50 dollars for my laptop that was only 3 months old. My laptop is worth 350 dollars. He lied and tried to make it seem like my laptop was a older model but that was not true at all. He powered off my laptop by pressing the power button instead of shutting it down the correct way and tried to say that my laptop was slow lol. This is the second review I've gave on them so far and I am going to keep giving them a bad review until they go out of business! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Especially to people of color!

I bought a phone from for my wife. A couple weeks later it was damaged. I didn't think it was repairable. I took it in and asked could it be fixed. He said yes and it would take only 30 min to fix. They fixed it and we had it back in only 20 min. Good work.

This place sucks. Took two 32 gig iPhones to him. Both in perfect working condition, neither one with any major cosmetic damage. However the one had one crack on the screen. He took my good iPad charger as well & only paid me $100 cash for the whole package. I then took the 64 gig phone that I was currently using to Apple to trade on a new phone. They gave me $225 trade in for a phone that cosmetically was not as good as either of these two. I feel like I was ripped off.

I had a great experience with CPR. They gave me a free estimate over the phone, held true to the estimate when I brought the phone in, and had my phone repaired in a very timely manner. The staff is very courteous and friendly. I did have one problem. The first part that was ordered was defective. They had a new part over-nighted and had my phone repaired the next day. My phone it's now as good as new. Very reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend.

Recently had my home button replaced here. Prior to this I had replaced my own screen and placed a spacer under the screen connector plate. A few weeks after they performed the home button replacement, my touch screen started freezing/become erratic like it had prior to putting the spacer in. I opened my phone up to troubleshoot and found a screw on the home button missing and another that was not reinstalled. It was just floating around in the phone. They also removed the spacer I had placed in there without telling me. To be fair the new home button does work.

I brought my laptop in because the hinges were loose, the store employee Ammar asked me to leave it at the store because their lead technician was gone for the day. I worried they would damage my laptop, so I asked Ammar to check it and put in the statement clearly, that it's fully functional (see attached screen shot). The next day they told me they can't fix it so I came back to pick it up, only to find the screen color completely off and blinking badly! They told me while they inspect the hinges, they "might'd have done something to the wires behind the screen"! Then they tried to get rid of me for $50 because they can't get the laptop back to the how I left it the day before!

My son decided to run my phone up a brick pillar, look like no damage was done until the next morning. The pressure of use cracked the digatizer. I went to a few places to get an idea on repair cost, and CPR had the best price. I decided to ignore reviews and I am very pleased I did. It took less than two hours to repair the phone, and even when the adhesive failed they fixed it at no extra charge. Even threw in a protective screen for my troubles. Great customer service, called to update me when the weather delayed the part. I will use the future, but knock on wood it isn't because a 3 year old gets another bright idea about running electronics up solid objects.

I need an HDMI repair on my PS4 and they want $140 and 2 weeks to do an hour's work not to mention the person in front of me that has a cracked cell phone screen; The customer gave them the phone and when the tech pulled off the screen protector the screen fell apart so he handed it back and pretty much just said sorry instead of actually fixing the screen.. now even the home button doesn't work and they didn't do anything to remedy the situation. Also scheduling an appointment doesn't really matter, they just serve whoever came in first.

Thinking I had been computer hacked, I called CPR. The phone rang for awhile I gave up, but they immediately called me back. I explained to them my issues with my computer. They told me the proplp calling were hackers. They gave good, sensible advise about my checking account and changing my password to my computer. They also admittedly said that was all they could do and I should seek further help from Computer Exchange or some or there company of that nature. I was so appreciative of the computer tech and the other young man that answered the phone. They were both genuinely concerned for my interest and I thank them both for such wonderful service.

My cell phone was dropped and my screen shattered. I was heartbroken. I could of went and got another phone but I have over 1500 pictures in that particular phone and my pics was NOT backed up. I searched for a phone repair place and found this one. Walked in, they gave me a price, and told me it would be fixed in 30 min. It is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for!!! Would defintely recommend!!

When they first opened up I went to them desperate to have my flip phone fixed! There were things on that phone I needed as evidence in court. They treated me like family! The older gentleman fixed me a cup of hot tea and dried my tears. The younger fellow repaired my phone for free. At the time I had no money because everything had been taken away from me by a business partner and was in litigation for that reason

This location never fails to be so helpful. They repaired my cracked screen and while being so patient as I tried figuring out my password with 15-30 minute intervals in between each try. Sadly I had to reset my entire phone because I had forgotten my password and the manager gave me a half price discount for reseting my phone. The two men defiently made my day much better after not being in a great mood when I first walked in. Excellent service. I will surely return here if I ever have any future problems with a phone.

My daughter dropped her iphone 5c and damaged the screen and digitizer. I priced priced the parts to repair it online the took it to CPR for a repair quote. They charged $15 less for the parts plus $50 for labor and I had the phone back in less than 45 minutes!!!!! AWESOME price and fast professional service!

My wife's iPhone 6 plus got wet a few months back and the camera died. The technician told me they would try another camera and see if it would work but he was not hopeful since water causes corrosion in the phone. I asked them to give it a try since the phone was almost useless to me without a camera. He replaced the camera but due to a lot of corrosion it did not work . He called me a gave me the news in about an hour and I picked up the phone at no charge. Even though the repair was unsuccessful I am still happy with the service and the friendliness of the tech. If I have need for service again I will be back. Hint, if you ever get your phone wet take it to them ASAP and they may be able to save it. Don't wait months like I did.

Horrible experience. Worst customer service. I had my screen fixed recently and just started randomly having black marks and part of the screen was sticking up. Went in to the store and they said it smelled like oil and that they wouldn't fix it unless you charged me the full price of the glass to fix it. Would never recommend anyone to come here.

Went in to CPR to have a screen replaced on a Sony Xperia Z3 compact. The job appeared to be very professional and competitively priced. Unfortunately, after one day the screen began to lift off. It appeared the glue did not set properly and the screen cracked because of the workmanship. We took the phone back in to CPR. To my surprise CPR said it was physical damage and they would not warranty the work. They did offer a reduced price to repair (about 15%). Yes, it was apparent the damage was physical; however, the physical damage occured because of the faulty workmanship which should be covered.

Had a terrible experience here. The OWNER convinced me to buy this really crappy, overpriced cell phone cover even though I wanted to get an Otterbox. I came back in the next day because I didn't like the case & it was defective & he refused to do anything about it. He even saw that the case was defective & said that meant "he couldn't resell it" so he wouldn't take it back. Absolutely terrible. Don't waste your money.

Would give negative stars if I could my daughter had her phone fixed the other day and the middle of the screen wasn’t working was on the way to get them to fix it and if fell on to the carpet of the car and the screen cracked where of wasn’t working to touch and they refused to fix it I could understand if it had fell onto something hard but they wanted her to pay for a new screen when it wasn’t working right after they fixed it

When I dropped off my iPad at 10a I had mentioned that I was hoping it could be done by 2p. Before I showed up they said it was about 3-4 hours best case. They got it done in 2.5 hours! Seriously great speed. The work they did was very professional too. I have changed iPod screens and the edges are hard to ensure they stay stuck down. The job these fellows did was perfect. Ok so the service here was very professional and they were able to fix my phone instead of me buying a new one for just $75! I mean...I'm in awe so much I thought of a commercial. So it opens on me going in to hug a service tech at CPR, eyes closed, the tech is just standing there, waiting...not embracing back...after a while he clears his throat and says, Mrs. Reynolds? Mrs. Reynolds...I open my eyes and look up at him and he looks out over the office area, I look over to the office area and see people waiting. So I quickly apologize, un-hug, then fix his shirt, his collar, and shake his hand. As I walk out, I tell the office area people that yeah, he's good, they're good...oh yeah!
