It took a little longer to get done than what I expected but their work was EXCELLENT. I would recommend CPR. They even gave me a $15.00 coupon off on my next repair. The bill was $99.99 to repair my computer for malware infection. They printed out a multi-page report of EVERYTHING they did. Very upstanding folks.

The guys are very nice . My two complaints are they said it would be done in an hour and it was NOT and they need my pass code to check check the function before and after they fixed it and clearly they didn't check it after because my keyboard didn't work after. I got it back. I will say I called them right after and they told to come right back and they would fix it and make it right which was great but I had to drive all the way back again and wait again for the repair.

I had a Galaxy S7 screen replacement. $189. The job was done right, as well as quickly and professionally. With a previous phone at a different repair company, the device was unusable after repair, so I was concerned about having this one worked on. Employees greet you when you come in the door, which is a nice touch. I met the owner when I dropped the phone off, who very quickly made me feel at ease that the process was going to be right. Eric replaced the screen and told me about his extensive experience with repair work-- he obviously takes pride in what he does. I would have no hesitation to use CPR again and recommend them highly.

Mid Jan 2019 stopped by and ordered a battery for my Moto smart phone. Paid 50% down. 11 business days later the battery was in. Dropped the phone off the next day went back few hours later to find out during the install my screen got cracked. He said he would order a new screen and install at no fee. Over the coarse of the next 11 business days my phone was not working right since he didn't not put the phone back together correctly, frustrating. Approx 2 months later the battery will not stay charged thru out the day. I have tried, leaving voice messages, texting..eventually a manager called back apologized for letting me fall thru the cracks.they installed new battery. My phone still uses the battery faster than it did brand new. However the battery they installed the second time appears to be vastly better than the two they have taken out.. they did their best to fix my problem

I needed a charging port replaced on a Samsung Tab 3. Tech, Brian Parker, examined the port to conclude there was broken & damaged prongs. He explained he would order part, would be in store in 10 days. He called to let me know the part had arrived and for me to bring tablet to be repaired. I brought it in at my next convenient time for me. He immediately took my table & phone number, explained it would take around an hour or so. I left to shop. He called me within the hour, to let me know my tablet repair, had been completed. Tech Brian was Very knowledgeable, nice, polite, and offered advice to help keep tablet clean. Need more techs like Brian. Thank You for a great experience. Tablet is charging great now.

When having an issue with an Apple Watch, you don’t have many options for repair. No way I would pay Apple hundreds of dollars to fix something that was as simple as my screen literally coming unglued. I’ve referred many people to CPR but wasn’t sure they actually would repair my watch. Called to find out and they told me to bring it in. I’m so glad I did. The store manager was very helpful and you can tell the employees really know their tech. Literally had it fixed in an hour or so and I couldn’t be happier! I went in with my girlfriends broken phone thinking it was helpless and couldn't be fixed. All I really needed was the photos off of it. Sophia Rogers the store manager put a temp screen on just to try and get the phone on. Surprising it worked and was able transfer all my girlfriends photos to her new phone. Didn't charge me a dime. Came in to get a warrantied replacement for my Note9's screen protector. Gentleman was very helpful and is an absolute pro at installing screen protectors! I have yet to see any bubbles at all (this is the fullscreen-adhesive screen protector from ZAGG). I recently moved to the Clemson area from Chicago, and almost none of the CPR locations in Chicago could properly install this screen protector without any bubbles, but the knowledgeable staff at CPR Anderson did it perfectly the first time! This is definitely my new go-to location for anything cell-phone related! Thanks again, guys!

They totally screwed me over. My iphone 6s plus was charging perfectly before taking to cpr. Now it dies almost instantly, even when its on the charger. The screen looks good, and everything works as normal, but the battery issue completely ruins the experience and my day.

I was visiting in northeast Georgia from Charleston SC. My phone was inadvertently run over by several cars. I called to find the nearest phone repair once I found out Clayton Ga had no one who could help. The Seneca CPR location was the closest but they did not have the supplies to repair my phone. They referred me to the Anderson CPR location. I called and they were able to help me. I drove there on my way back to Charleston. They were SO very nice, gave m directions to a nearby park where I could take my dog while they repaired the phone. The whole experience, while I wish it had not happened, was great. Very good customer service, everything was explained well and the two employees were just the best.

I didn't even know that the wifi and bluetooth antennas can go bad on a phone until my daughter's data usage sky rocketed on our data plan. After research I realized this was the case for her iPhone 6. I contacted CPR via FB messenger if they offered bluetooth and wifi antenna replacement and they did both for $70! They didn't have one of the parts onsite but it came in within 2 business days. CPR offers more than cracked screen repair.

After 2 years my iPhone battery would not hold a charge very well. I was having to charge it twice a day. I took the phone to CPR and they put a new battery in it for only $50. and it is BETTER than new, only took about 15 minutes & I was out the door. I'm now on day 2 and I still have 80% power - it is better than the Apple battery! I was just in the store and Sophia Rogers was the BEST! I had stopped at the Verizon Store and they told me my phone was out of warranty and that I could trade it in and only add 20 a month to our already expensive plan! SO I went down to CPR and Sophia took my phone and with in a few minutes she had it cleaned and working again! It just needed to be cleaned so I can hear my caller again. A zero cost compared to a new 500 dollar plus cell phone. THANKS Sophia for saving me tons of money!!! You're the best! Go to CPR before making the mistake of purchasing a new expensive cell phone that your cell phone company wants you to do!!!!
