What they advertise is true! I thought I needed to buy a new laptop, but I discovered Connect EBS and decided to give them a try. I was told my laptop was worth fixing for far less than a new one. They also guarantee their work. i highly recommend them.

I had upgraded to Windows 10, which was disappointing to say the least. Also, in the process, my printer quit working. Theron got my Windows 7 back, fixed my printer, and I am so happy! He was very pleasant and I had spent hours yesterday trying to do what he did. I am so appreciative of his work, and have my programs back on Windows 7 and now I can print!!!! Highly recommend!

First time in the shop my computer only needed a slight adjustment and they did not charge me. I had been told on line that I had over 3000 issues that needed repair and that they could fix it for $250.00. The following week I brought my wife' s laptop that had been slow and acting up for ever. Two days later it was like new , ....even better! John is the man. He quoted me over the phone and listened to what was wrong with my computer. I took it to him. He completely and thoroughly explained what he thought the problem was. And how he was going to fix it. Within one day he saved all my photos and files from being deleted, fixed the hardware and software issues, reinstalled windows, and put all my files and photos back on the computer. Other people i called told me that my files couldnt be saved, most quoted over 150$. John fixed me up for only 89$. Unbelievable. He told me the only way the price could've changed was if he would have had to order parts, which he would have called me before he ordered any kind of parts. Very good price. Very professional. He knew what he was doing. All my computer issues will go to these guys in the future.

My computer sufferred an impact and was not functioning properly. It would not turn on. I talked to the guys at Connect EBS on the phone and they were nice and professional so I took my computer to them to be fixed. While they were working on my computer, they kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on with it and what parts needed to be ordered and their cost. When they were finished, they called to let me know the job was completed. I have had my computer back for two weeks and it works flawlessly. I recommend Connect EBS Computer Repair to anyone who wants a professional job done right the first time.

As a 66+yr, technically challenged person, I used EBS for a couple of years with no problems. Even gave them computer I replaced. When new one gave problems, it took 3 visits and at the 2nd, tech asked me about a picture on my computer. HUH? I thought privacy/discretion were an integral part of computer techs while fixing personal computers. It became an issue of 'how he saw'. "Was it my screen saver", which shouldn't matter when I brought it in to reload the operationing system. I only told Theron because I believed it was a breach of confidentiality he would WANT to know about. Not so. I asked for home visit (done and paid for before) but when the call came to send someone over 'right away', I couldn't respond ( I was SERIOUSLY unavailable) but that was the last time I heard from Theron/EBS. I sent unanswered emails before realizing I am black listed! With the shortage of decent computer repair places, my Lenovo yoga is still a nightmare. (Tech Hut pulled 'no show') The 'picture' mentioned wasn't 'sensitive'; but, I do have sensitive information on my computer. It's not as much WHAT he saw, as that he ASKED ME ABOUT IT! If you're a computer tech that likes to 'look' DON'T TALK ABOUT IT WITH THE CUSTOMER> DUH.

Chris of Connect EBS was very professional and helpful when my laptop wouldn't charge and I suspected it was the cord. Chris checked it and ordered a new cord for me. Unfortunately the new cord wouldn't be in for a week; however, Theron (owner) was kind enough to share their "office" Lenono cord with me until mine came in a week later! Very friendly, professional and kind people! Reasonable rates and considerate of your computer needs. I would recommend Connect EBS for any computer needs!
