I'm not one to leave scathing reviews, I try to be fair and understanding in a given situation but yikes. Regardless I bought a computer at a competitor when all was said n done. Careful returning stuff to this store if you bought something online. They'll send a email that will delete all online purchase history if you do what it asks. I returned item, got home, checked email, clicked a link in email from them, and just like that my entire purchase history is gone. I have bought a lot online and picked up at local Best Buys over the years. It was nice when I logged into Best Buy to have all my purchases history to refer back to specific model of something I might have bought over the years. Yesterday I returned a Pixel Slate because I found it only had half of the advertised Google Assistant in it and couldn't do the Assistant Routines. I shared my email address with them at the return desk when she asked for it and when I got home one of the emails from them was some thanks for signing up thing. I thought ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and clicked the Activate button in the email. What is "My" Best Buy vs the Best Buy online account I had always had? Beats me but now my account's purchase history is forgotten history. I can still sign in with same old username/password that I have always had but the only purchase history showing from all the years I have bought stuff online is this dam Pixel Slate I returned. I have never returned a Best Buy purchase before. Does this email that activates the purchase history wipe happen every time someone returns something to Best Buy or is it just something they did at the Lynnwood Best Buy store's return counter? I'm serious. Imagine returning something to Amazon and they wipe your purchase history. Smh... Why Best Buy, why?

Good spot for almost all the gadgets. I called early in the day to confirm they had my product. They confirmed having many in stock. It appears they did not actually have the product when I arrived for pickup. Too bad. I don't know what one has to say to make someone physically go check on a product. I hate hearing them say 'well it says it's here in the system' later. Oh well, next time.

I’ve been using Best Buy for years when buying appliances and have always been pleased with their prices and service. Today we had a pretty huge mess up when it came to our delivery. Somehow the scheduling didn’t get put together right and the appliances were not here on time. In calling to figure out what was going on I called the number that was in the email regarding my delivery and basically got the run around all day. By the fourth phone call I finally got tired of all the excuses as to why they could not help and went so far as to tell them to cancel my order and I would take my business elsewhere. My wife, upset by the fact that she wasn’t going to get her nice new appliances, instead decided to call the store manager, and was able to work out a last minute fix to get our appliances here tonight. Moral of the store: don’t bother with Best Buy customer service when you have an issue—try instead to contact the store manager. In place of excuses, we received solutions to a very frustrating problem, and I once more felt that my business was important to them. The tech that they sent out, Kyle (out of Farmington) was top notch. By far, one of the best employees that I have had visit our home from Best Buy! This guy deserves a raise. We love our new appliances!

Wanted 2 S9 edge pluses... Lots of providers offer these "deals". Went here and actually got a "2 for the price of 1 deal" ... no contract, unlocked, half price, with a ton of accessories. Also got better trade in offers, a better return policy, insurance, and phenomenal customer service. Also had a screen protector replaced, a malfunctioning smart watch, and a charger issue and they were all resolved same day. If you're in the market for a cell phone, forget Verizon, Sprint, At&T, and everyone else, this is your go to place.

I recently purchased a car radio from Best Buy and had it installed at the Best Buy in cool Springs. Terry and the crew were extremely knowledgeable and competent for they told me in advance what they would be doing, how long it would take and more. I had a great experience the other night here. I had ordered a TV on Amazon and it was delivered to my house severely damaged and since it was sold by Best Buy via Amazon, I was told to return it to the closest store. I was still wanting to get a new TV and the salesmen Antonio helped me find a new TV and the store manager Rick made sure I had a better experience in store and put back trust in Best Buy that they would take care of a customer. Best Buy Help this Senior. Last month someone tried to scam me I didn't know who to do. A friend from my bank helped figure out what to do and he suggested that I go to the Best Buy store opposite Fox River Mall. The employees showed me to the Geek Squad and the employee who met with me help me understand that my computer would be examined for any malware, viruses. The person who talk with me helped understand what the company would to protect my computer and why the protection I had already installed had failed. Frankly it had not updated my protection because it didn't have the technology. When I left three days later I had a better protection that Consumers Report Magazine had reviewed with a better rating than most other software. Now I feel better about my computer protection and the availability of kownlegeable friendly help who gave this Senior confidence. I am not all by myself with to solve technology problems. Now I have the Geek Squad ; they speak my language .

Excellent Geek Squad Repair. Needed an iPhone battery replacement under the Apple $29 battery replacement program. Apple scheduled me with this Best Buy to do it. Made appointment, showed up on time, paperwork began right away, and phone transferred into the technicians area. By the time the massive amount of paperwork was completed, so was phone. In and out in under one hour. Super nice guy assisted us.

The service here is lackluster to say the least. I wemt in looking for some specific items for vlogging and was told taken to a tiny section with a couple of tripods and one ring light. I bought the ring light, but it wasn't what I needed so I returned it. Upon returning it I decided to browse the whole store. Would you believe they had an entire end cap dedicated to vlogging! And it was there all along. When I told the manager that perhaps they needed to train the staff more about what items were available, he made some excuse that there were a lot of new college students starting. Whatever. I won't be back.

Bought a charger, brought it back, and another employee told me they don’t do any smart watch repairs (even though on their website there’s an option to repair fitbits specifically?). They've corrected a few price match concerns we've had, but our recent installation wasn't to be desired. Recieved a email survey, based of our recent installation experience. I gave an honest survey, and within a day, received a phone call from Bestbuy corporate. They asked me to describe in detail about our experience, and where understanding of how it should have been better handled. I was then told, that the manager of this store was on vacation, but he'd definitely reach out to me to discuss. Three weeks have gone and not a single call. It wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't for the fact that the crew didn't properly install our washer. As corporate stated and we where told in store, our washer and dryer, being Samsung, needed "Geek Squad" instruction once installed. They never installed our washer and left, saying we needed a bigger pan and a new drain drilled. Maintenance showed up and we put the washer in with no problem at all. The hoses weren't hooked up nor was it even plugged in. Now I'm finding out that our washer requires specific calibration before use, and could potentially void our manufacturer's warranty.

I just left the Best Buy store today. I needed to exchange my Bluetooth Bose and get a new one. Unknown to me that when I bought there geek squad extended warranty, it was a one-time use. It was not explained to me that way, I was explained that it didn't matter how many times I returned it in the two-year period, I would be taken care of by buying their geek squad extended warranty. Chrissy one of the managers in the Casper Wyoming store was the second manager I talked to. Chrissy was very rude and aggressive as well as hostile. She shoved the box and receipt back at me across the counter several times because she couldn't hold her aggression back when I asked for them to give me a new warranty with the new product because I was misinformed. The box with the product almost fell on the floor until she caught it, but the receipt did fall to the floor. I had to pick it up. She said very loud and rudely that I could call 1-888-Best Buy. So I did, thinking I could get some help from them. All corporate did was take my complaint. They wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor. And of course I didn't get to speak to anyone in the United States. They wouldn't help call the store and have them exchange it either. They said it is up to the store manager's discretion. I believe their a corporation and not a franchise. So it sounds like they are okay with their managers treating their customers in a poor, rude aggressive manner. Another manager in the Billings Wyoming store, "Rashad" , has an issue with being rude and aggressive too. We will definitely not be buying anything from Best Buy anymore. As I have already been informing anybody I come in contact with; such as friends, family, strangers, etc... letting them know about this situation and how I was treated. To not shop at Best Buy, because of how you will be treated when you want to return something or exchange something that is under warranty.

It's sure not the store it used to be. maybe it's this particular store. I was looking for a simple USB to micro adapter, I was told they didn't exist. Well I owned one, do the kids and pets needed replacing. I also looked online and found them. Another associate found it for me, they wanted $50 for a 3 foot cord. I had found them online for between $3 and $7 so I left remembering that I had been to that store before and was looking for a specific cord. i was shown the wrong cord but when I found the correct cord, it was way overpriced and they didn't have a less expensive version so I had left then too. The store just does not seem to be well-stocked for accessories unless it's for phones.

After not being able to find what I wanted at the Pleasant location, I was sent to the Mansfield location. I got there looking for a laptop. An employee was standing by himself when I asked for assistance and he said he was busy with someone else. Mind you no one was there with him and he didn't have the decency to see about getting someone else that could assist me. Shay who was busy with another customer took the time to ask if I needed help as she went down an aisle looking for something for that customer she was assisting. I told her I needed to look at a specific laptop and she called for an available employee to help me. If it wasn't for Shay I would've left empty handed. Nothing more aggravating than someone who looks at you like your money and time isn't valuable for whatever reason was going on in that male employees head. Thank you Shay for being so kind and helpful. I left Best Buy with the laptop I wanted and a few other accessories to go with it. She's a 5 star employee for sure. Other's could learn from her.

Good for certain items if you really need or want to buy them today, otherwise do your research and buy online. I don't know if their salespeople get commission, but I've had a snooty kid talk down to me like an idiot a couple of times now when looking at the low price options on laptop/netbook type computers. I don't need an attitude, as if I'm a degenerate cheapskate, from a snotnose kid when I'm looking for an inexpensive, almost disposable device for a specific, limited purpose. If you ask me about my intented use and suggest other options, that's fine, but don't just tell me that what I'm looking at is cheap garbage not worth buying. If it's really so crappy that it can't run a handful of lightweight applications and will likely die in a year, why do they have it in the store? Is it simply to lure people in the door to upsell them? Also, in some sections of the store, if you slow down from a race walking pace, the sales weasels descend on you like locusts. In other sections, if you have a question you can stand there looking obviously perplexed forever, and then if you flag down an employee or look for one in the next section over they look annoyed that you're bothering them with your unimportant question. I'm sorry, but I'd maybe like to know how much something costs, and if the items aren't marked and stocked on shelves where the price tags and goods seem to be randomly distributed, sometimes it's hard to match them up yourself. I used to really like Best Buy a couple of decades ago, but either they've gone downhill, or I've turned into even more of a grumpy old man than I'd realized.

DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!! Not only did they not deliver in the 4 HOUR window promised on the day they promised, they didn't call to tell me they had a problem. I had to call them, they didn't even know they didn't fulfill their end of the deal. The manager, Spirit, refused to talk to me on the phone. Really rotten experience. Went in to get the new pixel 2 phone since they had it on their website to buy. Got signed in and was told someone would be with us, we waited, and someone came and started taking our preliminary information - he was very nice and extremely helpful, but he said he wasn't in a position to be able to set up our account and help us, but the next guy would be with us shortly. Long story short, we waited in the annoying mobile phone area for 2 hours! Occasionally someone would come up to us to attempt to help, but they didn't know anything about what we were there for...which makes us wonder what all the previous forms were that we filled out and who had all that. They kept saying someone would be right with us...that did not happen. Then finally a guy tried to help us and in about 5-10 minutes he says "yeah, we don't sell the pixel 2 anymore. Sorry" So, after 2 hours, no one could help us. If someone had told us that from the beginning, that would have been much better. The service here was terrible and no one seemed to really know what they were doing. It would have been better if they had been honest with the time it was going to take, or even given us a ticket number or something so we could have at least walked around the store to look at other things. I will not be going back to this best buy.

Bought an iPhone 8 which had 14 day return on it. I wasn't feeling Verizon's service so I switched to T-Mobile and went to take the phone back. This Bryce guy that was "in charge" told me Verizon locks the phones for 60 days and I couldn't return the device. After going back and forth for 3 hours. THREE!!! He finally returns the phone. What a joke. So you actually CAN return the phone, you're just gonna make both of us go through an ocean of frustration first before you decide "Ok I've finally upset this customer to the point that he'll never return to Best Buy, maybe I should finally do the right thing." This guy has an ego, no patience, is on a huge power trip, kept saying stuff like "The computer does what I say and I'm making the call on this one", and overall he really shouldn't be a manager of any kind. You have no idea how to lead people or keep your cool. Hurry and finish school bro and start making that dev money, cause people like you shouldn't be attempting to lead other humans. ps. the other associate was amazing. The amount of composure this girl has to be able to work for this Bryce character is impressive. You should also hurry and finish school so that you don't have to listen to pretentious individuals anymore. Be easy.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I bought a Samsung smart watch on 6/1/19. For the past week the watch started to mess up. I came to the Mansfield Bestbuy today to see if they could help me to figure out was wrong with it being that its barely been 45 since purchase. I was sent to customer service waited my turn to have a guy look at my receipt and say its past the return policy. I asked if someone could at least take a look at it to see if they could help me fix it. He responds was yes have a seat a a geek squad person will assist you. Great Customer Service We were searching for a refrigerator, as our 15 year old Kenmore side by side had died. Although we have a chest freezer, as well as 2 small mini fridges at home, we were hoping to get a replacement sooner rather than later. We had checked out our local Home Depot, and found that they were there to assist us, but were not very knowledgeable about each product in their store, basically told us that brands were a personal preference. Bottom line, the fridge had to be ordered, and we were looking at a couple of weeks to get one. Lowes had several options, and according to their website, had a few in stock, however, we couldn't even locate a sales person to assist us and walked out. When we arrived at Best Buy, we were immediately greeted at the front door, and asked if we needed assistance. We told them what we were looking for, and the associate promptly radioed the appliance department. When we reached the department, Devin Fournier was there to greet and assist us. He worked very hard, showing us the pros and cons of each fridge, asking us questions, and helped us narrow down the units that would fit our needs. He also discussed the area where the unit was to be installed. We had forgotten to measure the height, and decided to drive home, armed with the specs of 6 different models, so we could determine what model would best fit our needs. Devin also checked into the delivery time frame as he knew we needed one soon, and told us that if we were able to decide that day, which was Friday, he may be able to get it delivered to our home the following Tuesday. We were so happy to have such a knowledgeable salesperson guide us, that we decided to return to the store that day, and not only purchased our new fridge, but also a new gas range and over the range microwave to match. Devin was able to save us a substantial amount of money by finding discounts and sales incentives...even allowing a military discount for us. We will be getting our new fridge on Tuesday. What a pleasant experience! Anyone in search of new appliances should definitely check out Best Buy, Williston. Ask for Devin Fournier. You will not be disappointed! Very pleased with our purchase!

Why I come to this store: today I came in with my oldest child, all of 9, looking for a bluetooth headset as my other had died recently. Decided on a set and took it to the front. Shane was there at register. Get up to him and he after seeing what I had chosen immediately stopped me and said that I didn't want this set, the next year model were 100$ cheaper. He explained they came with the same features, the same quality, just cheaper for some reason. Went back to the aisle and sure enough the only difference between them was the color on the outside. Came back around and he had everything ready to go again like I had never left the line while he served other customers. Bonus points to Bestbuy for having a system that allows them to hold transactions. Left, satisfied and with the knowledge that not every place wants to screw you.

He kept going on asking about what I would be using the computer for and promoting their 5% off purchase if I got there insurance. I multiple times had to say I’m not interested and just want the computer. He said he would put it on during check out and we can look at it. I said fine. He grabbed the wrong computer and had to ask another employee for help. The other employee pointed and said find it somewhere in there (pointing to the locked case) The employee I was working with walked over to the case and sparked up a conversation with another employee. The conversation was unrelated to finding the computer. This was over the course of 30 minutes so we left. This is why people buy on Amazon. ** I was quickly reached out to by the Manager of this location and the corporate office to discussed the situation. This sounds like an isolated incident. Really bad experience with three Best Buy stores and Geek Squad in the Charlotte area. About a month ago I purchased a remote start for my vehicle along with installation services at the Midtown Best Buy store. The Midtown technician had broken his leg so they scheduled my installation for the Matthews store. A day or so before the installation, I got a call from the Mathews store that their technician was also injured so they scheduled my appointment for the Concord Mills store. So I took a half day off work and went to the Concord Mills store to have the installation completed. It was estimated to take two to three hours. When I arrived at the Concord Mills Best Buy store, the technician had me scheduled for a radio installation. He seemed extremely perturbed that I was actually there for a remote start install. He then took a look at the packages that I bought and told me that those would not work for the car that I was driving. At that point I went inside the store to return the products just tired of being bounced from store to store. Once I got inside, I was told that I could not return the products to the Concord Mills store I had to take them back to the Midtown store where I bought them. I spoke to a manager on duty named Reid who was ever so unfriendly and offered me no resolution at all. He told me my two choices were to call 1 800 Best Buy or to go back to the Midtown store. I drove back to the Midtown store. I spoke to the assistant manager who actually is the person who sold me the products to begin with. He researched the matter a little further and found out that in fact I did not have the correct products for the installation. So I returned the products and emailed the manager of the Concord Mills store and I have not gotten a reply from.

Ask how their day is going and calls everyone by name. He even says bye with your name as your leaving... but I’ll be back just because he is such a joyful soul! If everyone could have employees just like him. I was very impressed! he is very knowledgeable guy.Nice & clean environment in store.all employees are work professionally and polite.

DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!! Not only did they not deliver in the 4 HOUR window promised on the day they promised, they didn't call to tell me they had a problem. I had to call them, they didn't even know they didn't fulfill their end of the deal. The manager, Spirit, refused to talk to me on the phone. I could hear her in the background arguing about why she wasn't going to talk to me. The guy that did talk to me said "I have a line of 4 people here and I don't have time to talk to you." I bought from them only because their delivery time was faster. I won't make that mistake again.

I've been going to this location for years. When I moved into my house 7 years ago, we needed a new computer (which we purchased here) and it recently crashed. Geek Squad was able to find out the problem was the power supply, and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. I also needed a new external hard drive and the guys working we're very helpful. Really rotten experience. Went in to get the new pixel 2 phone since they had it on their website to buy. Got signed in and was told someone would be with us, we waited, and someone came and started taking our preliminary information - he was very nice and extremely helpful, but he said he wasn't in a position to be able to set up our account and help us, but the next guy would be with us shortly. Long story short, we waited in the annoying mobile phone area for 2 hours! Occasionally someone would come up to us to attempt to help, but they didn't know anything about what we were there for...which makes us wonder what all the previous forms were that we filled out and who had all that. They kept saying someone would be right with us...that did not happen. Then finally a guy tried to help us and in about 5-10 minutes he says "yeah, we don't sell the pixel 2 anymore. Sorry" So, after 2 hours, no one could help us. If someone had told us that from the beginning, that would have been much better. The service here was terrible and no one seemed to really know what they were doing. It would have been better if they had been honest with the time it was going to take, or even given us a ticket number or something so we could have at least walked around the store to look at other things. I will not be going back to this best buy.

On July 20 I placed an order to have my TV mounted on the wall. They set up an appointment on Thursday the 25th. Geek Squad no-showed but Tommy called me up and rescheduled for Tuesday the 30th. On Tuesday morning Best Buy had a computer voice call me up and tell me I needed to call and have my mounting rescheduled. I called (stayed on hold for 45 minutes) and got the appointment re-rescheduled for Friday 8/02. Once again Geek Squad no-showed. This time no call. Then there is the charges to my credit card. $59.53 on the day of my telephone call. $81.18 on 8/02 despite not showing up or mounting the TV. Later that evening another $59.53 despite me calling up and demanding a full refund. Best Buy charged my account over $200 and provided no service or product. Customer service is all but non-existent. As I write I am waiting on hold for the 4th time trying to get a refund. Avoid these guys like the plague.

I know Best Buy has a price match guarantee, but everything was priced much higher than available elsewhere. As an example, for laptops we had to have an exact matching model. I had gone to Best Buy after 2 years and was disappointed with the lack of inventory. The place looked semi-deserted. Two separate occasions caused me to rate this store 5 stars. I had purchased a Mac book pro here. Three months later it completely died for no reason, I had not purchased a protection plan but it was covered by a manufacturers warranty. Best buy fulfilled this warranty by giving me a brand new Mac book without any trouble at all. I purchased a Nikon camera and paid for geek squad protection, the camera stopped operating correctly so I brought it in, I was bummed they would have to send it out for repairs and I wouldn't get it back for two weeks but I was happy it would cost me nothing. I received the camera back and within 10 minutes of use it Bagan doing exactly what I sent it out to be repaired for. I was pretty outraged with both Nikon and best buy at this point, I returned to the store expecting to lose my camera for another 2 weeks. The stores GM, Bob, was very concerned with my situation and said he'd do whatever he could to resolve this issue. He ended up giving me a new camera all together and was very genuine with his approach to my problem. I was at a point where I thought I'd never do business with best buy again, but this incredible customer support will continue to receive my business for all my electronic needs. Kalispell best buy really does have a sincere and genuine team!

Customer service is non existent. Nobody is attentive and they hardly acknowledge you when you’re in front of them. The other Best Buy atleast asks for your phone number so your email and reward points. This location just skips the whole thing so they can just print out your receipt and get you out their face. **Came in for a laptop today. Rep was nice but wouldn’t take the hint that I knew what I wanted. He kept going on asking about what I would be using the computer for and promoting their 5% off purchase if I got there insurance. I multiple times had to say I’m not interested and just want the computer. He said he would put it on during check out and we can look at it. I said fine. He grabbed the wrong computer and had to ask another employee for help. The other employee pointed and said find it somewhere in there (pointing to the locked case) The employee I was working with walked over to the case and sparked up a conversation with another employee. The conversation was unrelated to finding the computer. This was over the course of 30 minutes so we left. This is why people buy on Amazon. ** I was quickly reached out to by the Manager of this location and the corporate office to discussed the situation. This sounds like an isolated incident. Updated to reflect the outcome.

Its a nice size store and has many offerings. Finding parking may be bit difficult being close to center town.. but plenty of parking available in front of store and around the building..found the staff helpful locating things.not much to complain during the 2 visits recently

I’m a 4-year best buy vet, from 2009 to 2013. I was part of the Connected Store demo in the Pittsburgh market. I was a Rep 2, worked in Geek Squad, Home Theater, and then HBG Supervisor. I’ve been in dozens of Best Buy stores. I have never been more frustrated trying to get help and then with my help than I have at this location and the River Gate location. Today, I waited in the Computers department for more than 15 minutes. During that time, I saw a Customer Service associate and Best Buy Mobile associate with customers. Otherwise, the other 3 or 4 employees were grouped together talking. After all of that waiting, I asked the group if someone worked in Computers, and someone came to help me. His name was Max, and he didn’t sell to me, but asked “you know what you want?” No other questions. I genuinely hate going to Best Buy in Charlotte.

It's not a very big Best Buy, but it has all the things that you need. I have been there quite a few times with the kids checking out the latest gear when I'm going over to Trader Joes. I purchased a 4K TV here a few weeks ago, after spending much time with a salesman to decide on the right one for our room we then purchased it. Once home and setting it up we found it to be far too big for our viewing comfort, we returned it for a smaller one and are now happy. If you've gone to a brick and mortar Best Buy then you know what kind of shopping experience you're in for. They have a large variety of goods ranging from home appliances to Raspberry Pi kits. The lone fly in the selection ointment is that when you narrow down specific things you need, like say RAM for your computer, they have one, maybe two brands to choose from. If you're lucky they will have different capacities. But when you carry a huge inventory like BB does it's pretty much impossible to allow for selection of brands for smaller items like that. There is one reason I don't give it a higher score: pushy sales people. I was looking at components for 5 minutes and had 4 sales folks approach asking what I needed help with. But, once you get past that and pick what you need then they are quick to help you get sorted and out the door. If you need some tech or a new fridge, give this Best Buy a look.

I went in to buy a cable modum and router for our two-story house. They called over someone who knew the newest options. He showed my all the options including which were the most popular. I purchased the Google Mesh Routers - they backup each other, so that if the signal is weak in the bonus room, the router in the den will send the signal. Pretty cool stuff. We went into the store for an antenna. Looked over the selection and an employee quickly assured us of our concerns for reception. If it didn't work bring it back to any Best Buy store within 2 weeks for a return or replacement to a better solution. This store has been rearranged within the last couple of weeks. A new general manager has come in and they are getting ready for the holidays. We found out that the stores are getting rid of CD's. It was a bit disappointing that they no longer sell phone batteries or seem to be knowledgeable on some things like battery replacement of my Xperia phone?

Always a great experience doing business here. The selection is amazing and, with exception to computers, the stock is managed very well. Would be 5-star but I've seen a particular scenario all too many times with regards to computers that are displayed and powered on in the computer department. It has happened several times when I've been purchasing a laptop, and I've accompanied friends and family when they have visited this best buy location. It 'plays out' like this: You find the computer that fits your budget and needs. You let one of the employees know you'd like to purchase it. At the last possible moment they look surprised and disappointed and say, a variation of, "I don't know why, they showed we had one of these in stock, but we do not have your unit here - what would be a good address for you? It will ship straight to your door, likely two days or less." At that point you must accept the delay, or face the reality of starting your search for a computer all over again at the store - or call it a total loss of the time you've spent and make plans to visit another computer retailer. In summary, once you've found a machine that fits your needs ask if they have it in stock. If they immediately glance at the tag and say "we do" politely ask them to visit their inventory and confirm without a doubt. It will absolutely save time and conflict.

We've shopped here many times over the years. For the most part the team members are friendly and helpful. They don't always have the best pricing and we've come across items that have not been priced correctly at checkout. They do have price matching with certain restrictions. It's best to be prepared with the price comparison on your phone at checkout. It's easier to do in store than the hoops you have to go through with matching online for store pickup. They do have inventory issues though and I have arrived to find the product was not there even though it still shows in stock for that location online. For those reasons, I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars.

I gave this a three could have been a two my experience was with the Geek Squad I took my computer in for a fairly simple fix of a page that I was trying to get rid of also asked to have it tuned up checked for viruses at the same time I had an appointment and was seen on time the man who took my computer in had me sign a bunch of papers and I said will it be ready for me this evening he said he doubted it probably tomorrow so I took my computer in Saturday morning and I did receive a text saying they had received it and they would give it to an agent momentarily so Saturday morning I got another text saying an agent had received it okay by Tuesday I was anxious as all my passwords and information was on my computer and I was having problems being without it I went down and asked what they were doing on my computer if anything and was told yes that when I left it I knew I was leaving it for three to five days I said no no one told me that so I had to leave it and it took 5 days for them to fix it and made me appointment on day 6 for me to pick it up but they sent me a text telling me I needed an appointment so I clicked on it and they gave me a 12:20 appointment on Thursday to pick it up well there you go they had my computer they had my passwords what was I going to do I did get away to get on the page and confirm my pick up time it was not easy send as I'm a senior citizen I forgot the time of my appointment so I went back to my text and of course it wasn't there so I tried to go to the web page and know where could I find anything to give me apartment times for pickup so finally I called them and I did get through I picked up my computer and as far as I know the work they did on the computer was good but I think and that their customer service should be a lot better and you should be told your computer is going to be held up for 5 days before you leave the store if I had to do work on that computer I could not have done it

My main frustration is the lack of computer components. They have ssds in stock, but only sata. I needed an msata drive and was ultimately ordered the wrong drive (u.2, which is not compatible with msata). They literally only had 1 motherboard in stock the last 3 times I have been there. Employees do seem to want to help, but at the point where a consumer is better versed in tech than GeekSquad...the location's utility goes down. This is not the kind of place you can go to pick up everything needed for a new build. Do they have pricey ram on hand? Yes, although the selection is very limited. Same with the selection of CPUs, hard drives, power supplies, etc. The video card selection is nothing to write home about. Good location if you just need to replace a single component or two. Unfortunately will probably need to stick to Newegg or Tiger for new builds.

Hired Best Buy to install a home theater system and, although it took them about a month to be able to schedule a service appointment, I was VERY pleased by the end service. Chey and George did an amazing job installing my home theater system. I was afraid Best Buy would send unskilled people to my house but these guys were really good. Spent nearly an hour to try and do a simple exchange of a defective hard drive. No one could be bothered to grab the new hard drive even after asking several blue shirts to open the case. I get it, it's busy, but I saw several employees wondering about not helping anyone. It takes 10 seconds to open the case. It's absolutely ridiculous that I'd have to ask several times only to stand around waiting for nearly 20 minutes before I gave up and just asked for a refund. Absolutely horrible customer service. Do yourselves a favor and order on Amazon.

Let me start off by saying that I’ve spent so much money at Best Buy over the years. Between me and my wife we’ve bought car stereos, remote starter for my car, tv’s, several computers, 3 apple watches , I don’t know how many phones and tons of other stuff. After my experience tonight I will no longer shop at Best Buy. I bought an Item and got the warranty and when I go in to get service on that item, They ask me for my information and then tell me they can’t help me. Why sell something if you can’t honor the warranty? I should have just ordered my wife’s I watch from apple and done. No need for people to muck everything up. If you have no intentions of helping me why get all my info and then tell me “you have to go directly through apple. If you can’t help me then don’t sell it. You tend to expect a little more when you spend $400. As the consumer I want someone to take this broken Apple Watch and fix it or replace it or figure it out not “we can’t do anything”. I’m sure that this will get a reply and it will say we’re sorry but blah blah blah. Do your selves a favor and take care of the customer. If you can’t then don’t sell it. What’s your brick and mortar stores purpose? Convenience right, your prices are higher than online and the only thing you have is convenience and now you’ve lost that. I will wait patiently from now on and shop online at amazon or apple because they know how to take care of a customer. Last but not least why am I not in your system. I paid for an item I gave my info but your system lost me. Another reason why I will not return.

We go to Best Buy for all of our electronics and more! Any of the electronics we get we cover with their Black Tie protection whether it be a tablet or cell phone, computer or appliance. It has been wonderful to be able to just take an item in that's covered and they have always been able to help fix or offer replacement if the item was actually dead or broken beyond fixing. Of course there are going to be those occasions where things just aren't doable regardless the coverage, but the staff is usually very good about helping in all circumstances.

I normally just shop online, but the few times I needed something immediately the staff has been nothing but helpful. They also have never had any issues price-matching, and I haven't been pushed to purchase anything but what I came in for. Even the one time I came in price shopping for a computer repair, they were upfront to me about how they likely couldn't fix it. Instead of suggesting I purchase a new computer with them, they suggested a local place just a mile away that might be able to help (they couldn't, but the suggestion was nice). All in all a reliable and good option for more immediate purchases.

To me, it is the closest Best Buy to my house. The other, is towards town center. Every time I come in here, I leave satisfied. Regardless if they have what I want or not. I used to come in all the time for the Geek Squad services and they are always helpful. I recently went in to find a charger for an old laptop. I came in and was greeted by TJ up front. I asked him a question and he led me in the right direction. I then got help from Juan. He was looking for a charger port to help me with my old computer. After conducting research, we then realized that Best Buy did not carry what I needed. Regardless if I didn't find what I needed, I know for a fact that I got great customer service. I wouldn't think of shopping for appliances, computers, phones, or accessories anywhere else. Great store, very professional... I scheduled an install for an alarm online. Apparently, the system made an error, this location doesn't install on Wed... The manager called the installer, the installer acknowledged the system error and came in to install my remote starter. Thank you, that was part of a gift for my wife and I took the day off. I am the first person to tell you that I prefer shopping almost exclusively online, especially for electronics, but from the second I walked in the door I was greeted by a security staff member and was given perfect directions to the aisle I needed to get to. The gentleman working in that department introduced himself when we got there and proceeded to listen to our problem and walk through the solution with us to make sure we were getting the right product for the job. I'm still going to do a lot of online shopping, but I won't mind stopping in from time to time when I need something in a pinch.

This is one of the better Best Buy stores I've been to. The employees are knowledgeable and quick to "appear" if you need help. One thing I've noticed that is usually a good sign of a well run location is that most of the employees there today are the same ones that were there years ago. Low turnover = happy employees = good customer service.
