Nathan was really helpful. I ordered a new hdd for my pc and it was missing the hardware for installation. Called him up and asked if he had any extra he would offer to sale. He had the hardware i needed and he said just come by and pick them up, No charge. Will be doing business with in the future.

As owners of a small business in Beaufort, my wife and I absolutely need our computer to be up and running to manage inventory and handle sales. Without it, we're literally dead in the water. I called Nathan and asked him to come out and take a look at what we thought was just a minor problem between a printer and the computer. Well, it turned into everyone's worst nightmare when the hard drive ended up crashing and we thought we had lost everything. It's fortunate for us that Nathan was there when it happened, and he handled it all like a true professional. He installed a new hard drive and had us back up and running within a few hours. If this situation had come up and Nathan had not been there to bail us out, our business would have really taken a big hit. It's good to know there is a guy like him out there that we can rely on for emergencies like this. He was there on-site to help us with our problem and didn't leave or bail out on us until it was resolved. To me, that's the definition of a true professional. We will definitely be calling on Beaufort Computer Repair again in the future. One other thing I'd like to note is that he was honest in his assessment and up-front with us from the beginning. He didn't try to sell us services or products we didn't need, and he gave us good advice on how to maintain the equipment we have in order to keep everything running well into the future.
