They went out of their way to pick up my computer and pick out a perfect computer for me to purchase to replace mine. They also returned my new computer after they put all my info from them old computer onto the new one. Jason delivered my computer and made sure I understood everything on the new computer. The Right Click recently fixed an inoperable fan on my laptop. The company technician determined something was impeding my fan from the interior, so the item was removed from the fan and now it is working fine. The company could have easily told me they replaced the fan and then charge me a fee for the service and the fan, but they did not. The repair was completed and the laptop is now working as good as ever. Right Click is my go to place for any software or hardware issues. They are honest and experts in the computer repair business. If you want your computer or laptop repairs done Right at a reasonable fee, then I would go to the Right Click for any hardware or software issues.

They have had my computer for 5 days. All I wanted was for it to be cleaned, hardware and software. Initially I was told 1-2 days from Jason who took it at the front desk. I have yet to get a phone call from ANYONE with updates. I have had to call every day to follow up because they can't manage to give me timely updates. Now, they have no idea when it will be ready, which is the nonsense I have heard since the technician, Ian, who is supposed to clean it, got his hands on it. I run my business in part, with this computer. The technician, Ian, also gave me completely erroneous information about Dot Matrix printers (obsolete, no one uses them anymore). In fact, Heating Oil Companies use them daily and our printer is a brand new Lexmark. This place is a disappointment at best, and at worst, I hope not to take action against them if they cause further problems. I would recommend that you not go here ever.
