Horrible costumer service! Rude, he couldn’t be bothered... I asked him if he could upgrade my windows 7 to current. He’s response “I’m not working on this it’s a waste of my time” Then he continues to say you can buy that refurbished table top computer I have over there it might be good enough for you… I went to this store about a year or 2 ago and there was another gentleman working there who was very professional, nice and understanding. He took good care of my iPad, I assumed I would get the same treatment this time. Please don’t waste your time going to this store, Whoever is running this store now obviously doesn’t care of customer service or taking pride in his work.

Love this company, very different experience as far as location model, however buisness wise. He was quick and easy to use. Not to mention he did an excellent job with my mother's Mac desktop when I brought it. No complaints. Would recommend and also bringing my wife's MacBook in for another repair today. He is my go to instalation guy.

Took my laptop in to replace the AC jack. Repair was fine, but once I got it home I discovered that the edge of the keyboard faceplate is now broken and will not stay down. One of the clips has been broken off. AC repair was fine. Am not happy about the keyboard though.

I'm all for supporting small business so we gave them a chance...PC was dropped and had damage to all panels, was quoted $150 to repair so figured good deal and went forward. Two weeks after the repair the plug stops charging, was given the"cost" price of $50 so we had that fixed (this should have been noticed during original repair and wouldn't have been damaged if corrected). Another two weeks later the LCD back panel breaks off the hinges (also due to initial drop damage), was given an "at cost" price of $99. In our discussion I'm told the top wasn't broken the first time I brought it in...Bought the part elsewhere for $65 and fixed it myself. They're over priced and have zero people skills. Not to mention the first two visits were done by my college student daughter...thanks for teaching her a valuable lesson!

Was told it would be 3 days for cell phone screen to be repaired, and ended up taking 12 DAYS. Owner was supposedly "sick". Went in to pick up and wanted even 10% more than verbal estimate and and still ended up costing 40% more than another place. Stay away.

Storytime! Years ago (14') I was looking for a used laptop, something just to burn CDs and play light games. I went in with these specifically in mind and told the employee so. I was sold a $250 laptop that I was told could do these things. I got home and went to set up my new to me computer. Come to find out this laptop would not function without being plugged in, strike one. Not too bad I could buy a new battery, seeing as how the laptop was so inexpensive. Then I check the hardware, this laptop had absolutely no disc burner!! One thing I was assured it had and that I truly wanted. Strike two! I brought it back in to see if they actually gave me the wrong thing, or what. They offered to replace the battery yet lied and said never said it had a CD burner, but offered to sell me a separate one?!?! Strike three! I returned the laptop completely. Years later (18') I moved back to town and thought I'd give them another opportunity. I was looking for a PC for my son, but clearly I was apprehensive. I purchased a tower for 300, after discribing once again exactly what he intended to use it for. We brought it home and he was excited, we we're excited, all was well. Until we tried to set the thing up... It sounded like a spaceship taking off upon pressing the power button! It was slower than molasses loading up! The thing can't even properly play solitaire, let alone the one or two larger games it was intended for! So I stick it in the closet and wait for the spare cash to take it back in to The Computer Store, and at least have them fix it. But after holding on to it, and buying myself a PC at Bestbuy Warwick (Love them great service, great products) I decided he might as well just get a different one, brand new. Today I called The Computer Store, where I was assured that if there were any problems I could turn to them. Not only did they have no suggestions on how to fix it, they refused to even buy it back for parts?! It was sold to me in March, so I assumed I couldn't get a full refund, that's understandable. But you're telling me that the PC you sold me less than 8 months ago isn't even worth it to you to buy it back!?! That says a lot about their products and the way they run their store. Will never deal with them again, and am in the process of reporting their behavior to the BBB. You should always shop local, unless your local store is filled with crooks.

I brought my iMac here to have an aftermarket SSD installed. Apple computers are notoriously un-upgradable. My initial phone call eased any worries based on the confidence of the employee whom I spoke with. When I dropped my machine off, the owner took me into the back shop where a different iMac was under repair. He explained what needed to be done, the risks in doing these things, and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend.

Never been dissapointed and always helpful to me as I am not computer savy! But today July 19, 2019 was very discouraging.. tech was not helpful, had no clue what to do..very insulting.. I had been going there for years and never ever treated like that..also bad mouthed previous help..wish I could talk to the owner who I was told he no longer worked there and moved to Florida...

While it may seem a little quiet and a little awkward when you first walk in, it's still an amazing place to purchase computer parts, video game console bundles, games themselves, pre built computers, monitors. This place has everything for such a low price, all in absolutely oerperf condition. This place is better than Best Buy in my opinion.
