These guys are good they've just moved into a new place on old Post road they always fix my computer they know what they're doing they're smart and they charge you a nominal fee always great to see him you always help me

Called for a quote on replacing a battery on an iPad and was told $99, which I believe to be a fair price. The person on the phone then told me that when they replace the battery the screen tends to crack and that I would have to pay $65 for a new screen. Well, if I bring it there with no cracks in the screen why would I pay for a screen that you think you are probably going to crack? Poor Customer Service on the phone, and up selling product because of poor workmanship? oh well off to Apple Store

I drove to their place of business to scheduled an in office appointment to solve my computer repairs. I left the one in charge my business card and he told me his field tech would be in contact with me by days end. Although I have told him it was my business computer and it was important to me and my business. Well that was two weeks ago and I still have not received a phone call from them at all. I don't believe they should be recognized as being given one star just to post this negative review

They're too expensive on their products and offers. They try to sell everything to you or trick you into going into the store. You want to see if they have hardware instock? Come in the store. You want to see if they'll do repairs? Come in the store. You can't get a simple answer over the phone if they have it in stock. And when you DO go in the store, they'll just order it online, but it's going to cost you a little extra for them to order it. I know how to use Amazon, I'm coming to you guys because I want it now. I'm more than capable of ordering things myself.
