In our search for a vechicle, we looked far and wide to find one that was right. State Line has an up to date website with the inventory, which helped us greatly. We also spoke with the staff before going and told them which vehicles we were interested in and they were sure to have them close by when we got there. Paula Gauthier truly made our experience superior. We have been to many dealerships for just the right vehicle and Paula is the one who made the difference that we decided to come back. Not only did she take her time to answer any questions we had, she took us to refer with other departments when answering questions regarding the differences in the engine specifics, and the mechanics were very pleasant and thorough when addressing our questions. We did not feel hurried or pressured. Not only was Paula a pleasure to work with, she was very organized and knowledgeable. We appreciated T. In the finance department, she also meticulously reviewed each of the legal papers, the options we had, and went over the fine print again when asked. When we left we had the keys to a new vehicle in hand ..... as well as the electronics programmed as a courtesy to our mentioned likes; for instance when noting that talk radio was a preference, the satellite radio Sirius was set up with talk radio on our favorites list.... as well Paula helped set up our local channels and sync with the phone while we were sitting in the vehicle just getting a “feel” for it. We left with a smile on our faces and nothing but a great experience with our new car dealership. Thank you again for making us feel like such valued customers.

Every time you get the after service car wash it is done with no effort. The car is never wiped down so it’s actually leaves more dirty then it was. With dirt spots everywhere from not wiping. Also when they adjust the tire PSI they never take into consideration that the tires are hot. So they actually take out 5 PSI and the following morning the pressure is really low and you have to take time out your day to get to somewhere to put air back in. Can’t believe these guys are “certified” . The good is the sale side of dealership is actually pretty good. The salesman is really helpful and mindful.

Cannon Michael is the sales consultant to see for your next car ! A+ service . Thank you for all you did to make our trip from NYC a great one. Love our new Rogue (= UPDATE: so much for driving home a new vehicle, financing woman blew that sale. They gave a good price on the vehicle but tried to make up for it with the high financing rate which was ridiculous. Maybe good for someone with a below 700 credit score but not for two people with well above 800 scores The search goes on. And I lefta 2 star rating because of the salesman Cannon, he did try. Rest of the dealer is a scam, shop elsewhere.

Three weeks ago, I was in an awful car accident and my car was totaled (two months after I bought my car!). I knew I was ripped off the first time from a different dealership so I didn’t want to go back there for another car. Instead I came here and spoke with the Sales Manager Wayne. He then brought me to Bobby Calise, who was the best salesperson I’ve had! He actually listened to what I wanted in my next car and showed me cars on the lot that I absolutely loved. He was honest, knowledgeable, and very entertaining, he didn’t try and stuff me in an expensive car and send me away, he worked with me and Wayne to get me a good price on the car I’m driving off the lot with today! They are a bunch of scam artists, and you should avoid at all costs. I drove up to this dealership from NYC and spoke with Chris multiple times to assure that the price I saw was the price I was receiving. When I got there, they said Chris was just an internet guy and just gets you into the dealership so you can you deal with one of their salespeople. You have to practically be in your car leaving in order for them to honor the price that you saw online. Their finance advisor is a shark that wants to give you a 6% finance charge on a pristine credit check. Go to a dealership that really wants to sell a car without playing games. I left with my original car. Remember the names Chris and Tina because they aren’t real.

They never try to sell me anything I don't need, and they offer military discount (for those few of us actually stationed up here!) When you find a reliable service center at a good price and convenient to home, you keep going back. Plus you can bank rewards and redeem for money off more expensive and less frequent services or emergency repairs (which unfortunately I've had a lot of moving back up here :/ )

Very nice customer service in the service Department! I was asked by Justin Lizotte if he could help me upon walking in the door! I didn't have an appointment and had questions about an oil change I have the car almost 8 months with a little more then 1,000 miles. He informed me that it should be changed every 6 months regardless because something could happen to the oil! I also had a question about my sunroof only opening up about 1" and he came back and said because I have a full view sunroof the little one only opens that much!! Very helpful and informative and he said if I was willing to wait, he would try to fit me in for an oil change, so I even got the oil changed in my car! Thank you Justin!!!
