Dropped my Galaxy 9+ off for broken screen, quoted 250 but charged $290. They broke the Sim card reader and the rear case. They have had it for an additional week and haven't even touched it! Now I'm out $290 and still have no phone. Employees are young and unprofessional. Save your time and money by going elsewhere

Dropped off phone in the morning to make sure there was enough time for it to get fixed went to pick it up small issue the gentleman that were working were very polite and dealt with the issue in a timely manner they made sure that the customer was fully satisfied before they left would highly recommend great service and great people working there

I've broken my iPad many, many times...I'm a klutz...I've cracked it, dropped it, smashed it...you name it- I did it. Each time I needed help, I was able to call or walk-in to the Screen Doctor. They've always have the part I needed in-store and available- so they could repair or replace that same day and sometimes even within the hour. They're incredibly nice people and the prices are always affordable (which is why I still even have an iPad). This is my go-to place every time I break an electronic.... They're awesome.

I dropped my phone face down twice, and my screen was completely destroyed. Not only did the folks at screen doctor revive my phone, they fixed it quickly like brand new, and had cute accessories to make sure there were no more mishaps. These guys are the real deal!

Im not positive if this is the same owner as in 2017-2018. I have since moved away, but was in the neighborhood. Thought why not, he helped me before knowledgeable great service. Well fast forward to yesterday.. If I could give 0 stars I would. Long story short after 1 phone call last week. And verification BEFORE the started the transfer on 3 phones to Simple Mobile. I was told NOT A PROBLEM. We start the process 3 sim cards $30 3 lines transferred to Simple Mobile $73. Come to find out the phone I QUESTIONED TWICE can't not be transferred. Im out $10 for sim and a month of service for tmobile. Can I get a refund NO! My phone needs to be unlocked, can I get a discount NO! FULL PRICE!! Mind you this is coming from the "manager". Then he has the audacity to ask why im mad on the phone. Mind you he's was.. why you so "tight" ! My husband drove from Bellingham to Pawtucket to pick up the phone today. THEY LOST THE OLD SIM CARD THAT STILL WORKED!!!!! ANY HELP ON THAT... NOPE!! At this point Mr Ghetto Manager I'm more than "tight" Do I recommend this place HELL NO OVER 2 HOUR WAIT TO GET SCREWED OVER. One employee working, managers not answering phone for his questions, people leaving the store. Most they do... leave your name on a piece of paper with your number and what's wrong with your phone. My manager will call you back, he's expected in 30 minutes. Mind you we were the 2nd people that morning. We left 2.5 hours later still no manager, didn't even bother picking up the phone tio the employee Jonathan. I even called from my phone, pressed 5, sent a SMS message. NOTHING. This place is horribly managed, rude ghetto managers, unknowable employees. Keep the money... you'll need out once you go out of business!!

I did have to pay up front so the screen I needed could be ordered, which seems to be policy with screen repairs if they don't have the one yoi need in stock. It came in when they said it would and actually did the repair while I waited in less time then the said. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a screen replaced i coldn't be happier with the service. Thanks Screen Dr. you saved me from spending money for a new phone.

They could have fixed my brother's phone on the spot but they broke the screen that they were trying to replace my brother's phone with so he had to wait a couple weeks for them to fix it as they ordered a new part

Horrible service. My boyfriend went to have his phone fixed. They didn’t have the screen so they had my boyfriend pay to order the screen. The screen came in no one called or gave us notice. The guy sold the screen to another usar and never refunded the money. When we came back to get the phone fixed he said we could order another screen and he’ll do the labor for free. We paid 75 for no screen and no service. We became so upset we just decided to buy a new phone. Don’t waste your time or money. Trash.

These people don't know what they are doing.... They take more than a week to replace a screen then provide you with an according date for pick up and still happens not to be ready. They use most convenient and cheap pieces on the market, totally wouldn't recommend anyone to fix their phones with them.

I feel completely robbed by this place. Last Friday (1 week ago) I came to get my screen replaced On my galaxy s7. Store was supposed to open at 10. Guy didn't show up til 1045. I work in Boston and was subsequently late for work. This morning I go to turn my alarm off and the screen won't light up. So I go back to the screen dr for 10 am when they open... again he didn't show up on time. Then when he sees my phone tells me I have to pay for another one for him to fix it . You stand by your work huh guy? Only a week and that screen didn't last. Needless to say I just paid because I need my phone for work. Now I'm out $300 all together. And i was late for work again because this time oh no it won't take 20 min like last time. Today itll be an hour. Horrible encounter.

Hack jobs. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Brought my phone in had it fixed and broken again the next day. They call and tell me it will be for sure fixed tomorrow, then the next day then the next day, until they finally tell me it won't be another whole week until its done and then that they forgot to order the part they were claiming to install all those days. Could have gone somewhere else had it repaired right the first day.

Dropped my phone off on Friday. It never got worked on I called the person who was supposed to fix the phone wouldn’t be in till 12 I said ok I called at 1:00 he still wasn’t there then finally they called at 1:30 said the phone will be done in 15 mins. I get there at 1:55 he never worked on the phone and I couldn’t question him because he left. But the person who gave me phone phone back was very nice.

I got my screen for my iPhone 7 replaced here. Ended up breaking after 2 weeks. I went to another place to get my screen replaced only to find out screen doctor ended up using a very cheap screen, and they also forgot to put screws back into my phone . Don’t go here for a screen replacement, unless if you want a low quality screen.
