I have been with Sampsonics for awhile now and every experience has been beyond the very best. I would also like to tell Scott that the young man who answered the phone earlier this afternoon helped me very easily over the phone . He was gentle and especially helpful to an older person who loves the internet but is not at all literate. Thank you Scott for running a wonderful business. very quick very friendly but the best was they new what they where doing , had issue with my new computer that I built the bios wasn't working right ,they fixed it and I will do business again . Thank You Arnold Sharkey
