This dealership will charge you so much diagnostics for a simple job. The people there are rude and even if you decide to do the job they still make you pay some crazy amount of money for diagnostics. They refuse to work with off the market insurance and will do anything to make you leave after they steal all your money on diagnostic charges.

i have nothing but positive experience at this facility,from the service and parts dept to date. I know there is new ownership, it does not seem to impact the business in any negative way. parts has been knowledgeable and prompt. although they did loose there best guy. service has stepped up and met my motor home issues. when a new faulty fuel line arouse as part of a fuel pump change. they were on it in a flash and did everything they could to make it happen. as time was not on our side, as trip already in place. As for new ownership so far so good. in the past and present service and parts have bent over backwards to help.

We’re from Phoenix and visiting in our motorhome. The dashboard ac went out and we took it to the local Freightliner repair center. RI Truck Center diagnosed the problems and ordered the parts. The parts arrived early and they were able to perform the repairs early! How often does that happen?!? Being that we are “on the road” , this was great. Our service advisor, Jeff Silvia, was with us from start to finish, even phoning with updates on parts delivery! What a pleasant surprise! Our thanks to Jeff Silvia, and RC, our technician for a great experience. Our drive to Maine was very comfortable. We highly recommend RI Truck Center for service!

NEVER AGAIN!!! If you want waste your money go to them. They do not know what they doing and are charging a lot $. They promised me that my truck will be fixed in 1 day now is 5th day and still nobody working on my truck. I tried calling them for updates but they do not answer any of my calls. I called to few other freightliner dealer services and they all told me that these people are charging me double for this job

I did my frightliner repair they robbed my money means the repair cost other place 1800.00$ They charged me 4,000.00 $. They put somebody business under water. Also worst repair they did for me. Horrible srevices,robbed the money, finally put out of business.

Poor Quantity Control for warranty work. I had a software update requirement recall and RITC did not complete the task. My version of software is still the same as I delivered it. RITC Customer Service suggest that I bring it to another Freightliner repair shop for service.

They serviced my trucks early on but the prices seemed to grow quite high over the years. To be fair the vehicle parts could account for a portion of the increase. I bought my first vehicle of this type from them. I still have all my records. Check back for the increase in labor cost.

From employee turnover, extremely poor customer service, being lied to and them simply trying to keep you and your money very far apart. The single handed worst place I’ve ever taken a vehicle in 52 years on planet Earth.

Brought my truck in for an engine light and was sold a bill of goods. After inspection I was told it needed a fuel injector , a/c condenser and king pins only to find out by another authorized dealer it only needed the injector and did not need any of those other parts. After spending over $3700 If my truck ever broke down in front of there place I would tow it away to a real trust worthy honest shop.

I have a customer with a freightliner broken in Providence. I call and got a hold of Jeff Silvia the in their service department. The were able to do a diagnosis with and told me what the truck needed the parts availability and estimated time of completion. With this info I was able to make a quick business decision pertaining to the driver and the load. Every thing I asked for! BIG thank you to Jeff and Rhode Island Freightliner

Will NOT communicate unless I call them. Have had my truck 5 days. Still no parts, tho they were ordered 3 days ago. No follow up calls to me OR warranty parts provider. Absolutely no urgency to make anything happen on their end. Meanwhile, I'm in a motel at $100 a day. At 4:03 pm Friday, 57 minutes til closing time, they're honest enough to FINALLY tell me they don't even know if it will be covered and have no way to track the parts that were ordered overnight on Tuesday. If you need something actually done...go to a provider that actually can get work out. These guys.... refuse to.

I went to this dealership twice and both times I was ripped off. They have awful customer service and they charge ridiculous amounts. I own a company with many trucks and have been to many dealerships and have never experienced something like this. For any truck drivers DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!! My first visit they asked for hours of diagnostics and they charge hourly. They kept asking for more diagnostic time and when they finished they asked me to pay the diagnostics even though I was continuing with the job. The diagnostics for a simple task ended up being 600 dollars. The second time I went after 4 hours of diagnostics they asked for more tim and I realized that they were just ripping me off because insurance doesn’t cover diagnostics. So they charge you fOr hours and hours and even if you continue with the job they still make you pay. I ended up getting frustrated and taking my truck back and taking it somewhere else. I warn all truck drivers and truck companies to stay away from this dealership, because they will rip you off. The kept my truck for 5 days doing “diagnostics”. I met many other customers in the same situation as me when I was at the dealership.

Brought me sprinter van here for a check engine light. Diagnosed as a nox sensor , they replaced it . Came to pick it up and before leaving the parking lot check engine light still on and indicating nox sensor ( 1400 ) . They cleaned the wiring harness (650) , two days later check engine light same problem. While that issue hadn't been resolved my turbo went bad. They replace it , two days later I had major oil leak . Brought it back turbo let go again and this time the oil cooler (1100) went also. So they replace booth . Pick up van drive about a week , can you guess what happened next. Yes that's right the turbo let go for third time . Now they've carjacked my van. Holding it ran some for payment. They put a mechanical lien on my vehicle . I won't pay for parts I didn't need , misdirected labor , and what I see as incompetence.OHh let's not forget the fuel injectors they quoted me 1550.00 for and now that invoice has gone 2900.00. Im not a dead beat trying to get out of a bill. I'm just a guy whose tired of being ripped off by mechanic s
