Legitimately the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was told my laptop repair would be a "quick fix" and it took a month and a half before my laptop was fixed (the screen was cracked). I never received any updates as to why the repair took so long. When I went to pick my laptop up, I noticed that the keyboard was broken- damage that was not present when I brought my laptop in to get fixed. I am incredibly frustrated with the level of incompetence that RamTech has demonstrated in handling what I was told would be a simple and quick fix. If you are considering bringing your electronics to RamTech for repair, DON'T.
