Absolutely terrible the phone worked better when broken! When I cracked my screen a few weeks ago I went to repair it. When I got it back the smallest amount of sweat from my thumbs will instantly make the phone unusable. If you try to type on it it will be impossible. I miss my cracked screen to be honest

The cracks on the face of my iPhone 7 were getting worse and worse. Called the Orange Wireless a guy told me he could replace screen right away. Showed up, gave him the phone and went for a walk. Came back thirty minutes later. Phone was perfect, no cracks. I said great, how much for the repair? He said $15 and I said for the cracked screen? He said that the screen protector that I had put on a year before was the super-thick kind and had cracked. He could have charged me $100, but was honest and ethical. Who knew that screen protectors could so radically crack. I had used the same screen protector on my wife’s phone, so she immediately fixed hers as well. I never would have guessed that a screen protector could so severely crack. Great job and love the honesty.

DO NOT GO TO THEM! I went there for a simple repair and when I picked up my phone the repair job lasted for less that six hours. When I called that day to get my money back they flat out refused. They have poor customer service and do not deserve business or the money they get from their overpriced rates and slow service

Went there with a broken screen. Left there with a semi-fixed screen and not being able to hear the other person when I'm in a call. Speaker phone it is I guess. I guess you get what you pay for. Waste of money.

Excellent customer service. I was greeted by the friendly workers immediately upon entering. I explained my issue to them and they were able to diagnose the issue and it only took them 15 minutes to get my phone fixed! The best part is that their prices are cheap! i wish i could give this company 0 stars. Went in 3 times to get my screen fixed. Not only was it the wrong model for my phone but he broke buttons on my phone trying to get it on. Brought it to another place and the tech said it was a horrible hack job. This company willbe getting a letter from my lawyer if i dont get a refund of my 94.00. DO not waste your money here

Called before I came, gave the iPhone models, claimed to have them but didn’t. Clerk said to come back at 7pm, so I did, driving from providence. then they said come back tomorrow. That’s a no go, either you want my business or you don’t. They must be earning enough to give folks the run around. I’ll be going somewhere else.

This place is phenomenal! I went there for my extremely broken IPhone 6s Plus and I wasn't able to see anything. They repaired the phone while I wait and they were like lightning fast and they gave me great deal for a case and glass protector. Sure I don't wanna break my phone again but if I ever do break it,I'll go back to Orange Wireless :)

I did go to a cellphone store Orange wireless,at 286 Columbia st,Fall RiveRiver, Ma. To fixe and change of company and contract ,gosh was surprised how this young man from Turkey treat me,decent honest ,very aknowledge about cell business to repair etc and not greedy at all.He got me as future costumer and came a couple people to changet I phones screens and saw him to do it fast profissional and very reasonable price.Was here other guy American greedy cheated me a few times was a different name lucky that he is gone.
