We found Next Tech Solutions and Connor through an online search. Impressed by their outstanding reviews, we gave him a call. Connor initially impressed me with his personality. To this date, I have never seen him without a smile on his face. Connor and his team are extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Next Tech has been able to fix all issues that have arisen within a very timely manner, usually within a couple of hours. They were even able to solve issues that our previous IT company could not. So far Connor and his team have: upgraded our computers to Windows 10, performed a server upgrade, assisted in a very complicated system upgrade (a 1990s Linux system to Ignite), installed cat5e cables and managed our email system. We also have an annual service contract with Next Tech. I would highly recommend Connor and his team at Next Tech. Open 24 hrs is a lie. Go to the Velvet Mill when the App says “open” and you will find a locked door with a sign saying “By appointment “. It should say “disappointment......”

Speedy diagnostics and friendly service! I went to NTS to make sure my CPU was busted before I replaced it. For the same amount of money NTS offered to do a diagnostics report on all my computer components to make sure my CPU was the soul problem. Would highly recommend NTS's services!

My son broke his iPhone. It was a mess. Connor brought it back to almost brand new. I called, he had the part in stock. I was able to drop it off right away and he even offered to drop it off to my house. He has quality replacement glass, and is quick and accommodating and affordable. The “other” places such as kiosks in the mall sell cheap glass and even charge extra for stuff. Connor replaced his camera at no extra charge today. So happy to have found this place.
